The late singer's estate isn't the only one who criticizes Ye for sampling her music as Ozzy Osbourne previously slammed the rapper for using 'Iron Man' on 'Vultures'.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's track "Good (Don't Die)" is no longer available on Spotify. On Wednesday afternoon, February 14, the song was taken down from the music platform according to request from Donna Summer's estate.
The electro-pop song interpolates some elements of Donna's 1977 hit "I Feel Love" on the pensive chorus. Hours after the rappers' "Vultures 1" was released over the weekend, the late singer's estate claimed "copyright infringement" and disapproved of Kanye's use of the alleged sample.
"Kanye West… asked permission to use Donna Summer's song I Feel Love, he was denied… he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it's I Feel Love… copyright infringement!!!" the estate wrote in an Instagram Story on the official Donna Summer account Saturday, February 10.
Donna Summer's estate wasn't the only one who criticized Ye for sampling their music. Earlier this month, Ozzy Osbourne took to his social media account to slam the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian for using "Iron Man" on "Vultures". "@kanyewest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF 'IRON MAN' FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY," he said.
The Black Sabbath frontman continued, "HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!"
Through her representative, Ozzy's wife Sharon Osbourne also revealed that they're considering suing the Yeezy designer. "We are considering legal action," Sharon's rep told The New York Post. It's also added that Ozzy hasn't spoken to Ye after the rapper sampled the rock band's "Iron Man" on his song "Vultures", but their teams have been in communication.
Sharon further blasted the Chicago star in an interview with TMZ. "Kanye f**ked with the wrong Jew this time," the former "The Talk" co-host, who was raised Jewish, said. She revealed that Ye's team did ask permission to use "Iron Man" three weeks ago, but the couple replied, "Absolutely not."
She said that while Ozzy rarely refused that kind of request, it was a "special f**king occasion to say no." The British star further called Ye a "disrespectful antisemite" who "represents hate." She added, "The motherf***er's a pig."
