AceShowbiz - It looks like Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have taken their relationship to the next level when they move in together. A new report has emerged, saying that the lovebirds purchased an apartment together in New York City in February.

According to Wall Street Journal, Jenny and Alex paid approximately $15.316 million for an apartment at 432 Park Avenue, the world's tallest residential tower. The unit features only four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, albeit spread across 4,000 square feet.

In addition to their unit, the "Shades of Blue" star and her athlete boyfriend will have access to about 30,000 square feet of amenities including a private restaurant, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a screening/performance venue.

While everyone thinks that the purchase was a great deal, one real estate agent doesn't think so. "I think she thinks they gave her a deal, although that's not what I think," says New York real estate agent Dolly Lenz, calling the apartment a "tall trash can."

Dolly speculates that the couple will "rent it out, which won't pan out." She continues, "She sees it as a good investment. But it isn't. There are a lot of choices when you have $16 million to spend."

Meanwhile, both Jenny and Alex have yet to comment on the report.

It is possible that their recent purchase is part of their long-term plan, as a source previously told Entertainment Tonight that the couple had talked about their future and marriage. "J.Lo and A-Rod are on the same and want the same things. They've discussed marriage and what their long-term plan is," the source revealed.

"They complement each other well. They are both driven businesspeople with the same background and are passionate about their charitable effort," the source continued. "Their families are now blended and live together."
