Liam Payne and Rita Ora are giving their fans an inside look at their latest collaborative song "For You". As the anticipation grows for the twosome's collaboration, both artists have shared on Instagram a snippet of the "Fifty Shades Freed" soundtrack along with behind-the-scenes footage.
The short clip sees Rita and Liam joking around the recording studio while recording the track. Liam is seen getting on his knees while belting out the song, and at one point the two lays on the floor. "Waiting for a lifetime for you/ Been breaking for a lifetime for you," they sing the upbeat track. "Wasn't looking for love 'till I found you/ Ooh na-na ayy, for love, 'till I found you."
"We did this #ForYou! Had so much fun in the studio with @ritaora," Liam captioned the clip. "Our new single from the #FiftyShadesFreed soundtrack drops this Friday January 5."
The duo started teasing their collaboration last month, posting on Instagram a picture of themselves posing in front of large windows. Liam channeled Christian Grey by donning a dapper suit, while Rita leaned closer to the hunk, teaming up her semi-sheer pink dress with black heels.
Liam will be the second One Direction member to contribute to the soundtrack of "Fifty Shades" franchise, following former member Zayn Malik. Zayn previously collaborated with Taylor Swift for track "I Don't Wanna Live Forever", which served as the soundtrack for prequel "Fifty Shades Darker".
"Fifty Shades Freed" is scheduled to hit theaters across the nation on February 9. Based on the best-selling erotic novel of the same name by E.L. James, the third installment will follow the lives of business mogul Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and book publishing editor Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) after their wedding. Rita will reprise her role as Mia Grey, Christian's friendly sister.
