Full winner list of the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards in both movie and television categories has been unveiled. The newly-revamped event hosted by Adam DeVine at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium on Sunday night, May 7 wrapped up with the announcement of Taraji P. Henson as Best Hero and "13th" as Best Documentary.

With her amazing performance in "Hidden Figures", Taraji P. Henson managed to defeat "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" star Felicity Jones. Other nominees included Grant Gustin of "The Flash", Mike Colter of "Luke Cage", Stephen Amell of "Arrow" and Millie Bobby Brown, who won Best Actor in a Show for her role on "Stranger Things" earlier in the evening.

Meanwhile, Ava DuVernay's "13th" was honored with the award after beating out other competitors including "I Am Not Your Negro", "O.J.: Made in America", "This Is Everything: Gigi Gorgeous" and "TIME: The Kalief Browder Story".

Also at the event, Jeffrey Dean Morgan was named Best Villain for his role on "The Walking Dead". Earlier in the evening, Millie Bobby Brown won the Best Actor in a Show trophy, while Emma Watson took home the same title in movie category for her performance in "Beauty and the Beast (2017)", which also won the top film honor, Movie of the Year.
