AceShowbiz - The first performers for the upcoming annual MTV Movie Awards are revealed. Ariana Grande and Halsey are confirmed to make merry the annual Golden Popcorn show scheduled to take place April 10 at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California.

Grande is set to treat the crowd to the title track from her forthcoming studio album, "Dangerous Woman". Halsey, meanwhile, is expected to perform the live debut of "Castle", a soundtrack for the upcoming feature film "The Huntsman: Winter's War".

"This will be the first time I perform 'Castle'," she said. "This song is so important to me as a woman; it's about not letting anything get in your way. I'm so happy MTV & The Huntsman are giving me the opportunity to present that message on television. Plus it'll look sick."

The event will be hosted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his "Central Intelligence" co-star Kevin Hart. Will Smith will be feted with a special Generation Award. Kendrick Lamar is added as a presenter, joining Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Chastain, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Olivia Munn and Gigi Hadid.
