The next installments of "American Horror Story" and "Fargo" have got a premiere date each. During the Television Critics Assn. press tour in Beverly Hills, California, it's revealed that the "AHS" is scheduled to return on FX October 7 with the fifth entry, "Hotel", and Fargo is set to kick off the sophomore season on October 12.

"Hotel" lineup comprises of Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, Wes Bentley, Chloe Sevigny, Matthew Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson, and Lady GaGa. The likes of Lily Rabe, Darren Criss, and Naomi Campbell are expected to join the series as well.

Ryan Murphy said the Mother monster would play an evil character but he kept mum on the name of her character. "Part of her role involves fashion. You want Lady GaGa to look a certain way so the designers have been coming out of the woodwork," the series creator teased at the Comic-Con.

While "Hotel" is a mix of old and new cast members, "Fargo" will return with an all-fresh ensemble. It will star Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson, Jean Smart, Kirsten Dunst, and Jesse Plemons. It will revolve around an investigation what appears to be a murder at a diner.

Aside from the two returning shows, FX also set a date for a freshman "The Bastard Executioner". The medieval series from "Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter will debut September 15. Starring Paris Barclay, Brian Grazer, Lee Jones, Stephen Moyer, and Katey Sagal, the 10-episode drama will center on a broken warrior knight in King Edward I's charge.
