Banks calls out Azalea on Twitter and calls her 'Igloo Australia' after grand jury decided not to indict a New York City officer who put Garner in a chokehold which led to his death.

AceShowbiz - Azealia Banks has started a Twitter war with Iggy Azalea by attacking her over racial issue. Banks started the online fight after a grand jury decided on Wednesday, December 3 not to indict a New York City police officer who put a man named Eric Garner in a chokehold during an arrest. The action led to Garner's death and prompted protest by many people in New York City.

Banks then took to the social media, slamming the Australian raptress for staying silent. "It's funny to see people Like Igloo Australia silent when these things happen... Black Culture is cool, but black issues sure aren't huh?" she wrote. "If you're down to ride with us b***h you gotta RIDE ALL THE WAY."

"I just really want to know what your fascination with Black women is," she later wrote directly to Azalea. "Why do you want to act like us? I need to know. Why do you imitate us in such a way that i feel like you are actually making fun of us? Why?"

Azalea, who just finished rehearsal, surfaced on Twitter to find the angry messages. "I see all hell broke loose while I was at rehearsals today," she wrote. She then wrote a string of posts to encourage people to take part in what they believe.

"Theres more to sparking a change than trolling on social media. World issues shouldn't be used as a poor excuse to promote fan battles. Make sure you do something to let YOUR government know how you feel when something is unjust., not JUST your followers on twitter. Make sure you sign petitions, hit the streets and protest or donate to groups helping to support and rebuild the community too," the "Fancy" hitmaker explained.

"Also try not to judge anothers support or 'lack there of' solely on if they have ranted on twitter about it, thats not right or helpful. The world is too hung up on what is or isnt said on twitter. theres an actual world out there and multiple ways you can promote change," she added.

Many celebrities such as Gabrielle Union, John Mayer and Aaron Paul took to social media to share their thoughts about the Grand Jury decision. Sean "P. Diddy" Comb, meanwhile, looked emotional in an Instagram video.

#WATCH .......I can't take it anymore! It's Enough, and enough is enough! Honestly my emotions are all over the place. We as artists, myself included, all have to step up and be better leaders in our communities. It's a hard burden to bear, but we have been chosen whether we like it or not. We need to do whatever we can in a POSITIVE way, to help unite people of all colors in this injustice! In order to be successful, it is very important that we have a well ORGANIZED, STRATEGIC plan. This is super important in order for us to make change!! REAL organization, REAL strategy and a TRUE commitment to not forget and move on like we usually do when the news stops reporting. This has to stop and we as a people are the only ones that can stop it. I truly do not have the right to preach, but I do have the right to speak. #EricGarner #MikeBrown #UNITE
