AceShowbiz - 2009 CMT Music Awards winners have been announced on June 16, and it was revealed that Brad Paisley grabbed the most kudos, three in total. Another country music singer who walked home with multiple prizes at the event was Taylor Swift. She received two nods.

Brad's first victory came from Male Video of the Year category for "Waitin' on a Woman". "[Andy Griffith] was the perfect man to pass wisdom. He has passed wisdom his whole life to all of us. ... He has changed my life in so many ways, and to be on film with him, you can imagine what that would be like," Brad praised Andy for portraying the lead character on his video.

Brad also won Collaborative Video of the Year, sharing the prize with Keith Urban. "Thank you so much, the fans, for taking a song all about playing the guitar and making it something that radio made a No. 1 hit," he spoke up during his acceptance speech.

The third and last gong Brad received was shared with Alan Jackson, Dierks Bentley and George Strait for their "Country Boy" performance. This time, Alan got onto the stage for a speech. "Twenty years ago this week, I signed my record deal here in Nashville. I've made, I think, about 45 country music videos in that time, and CMT and all the fans have been there with me ever since. I appreciate it. God bless y'all," Alan said.

As for Taylot Swift, she beat down Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and Kellie Pickler on Female Video of the Year category. "Thank you to the fans that come out to my shows and spend such hard work making these amazing scrapbooks and writing me letters. Reading your letters and reading your MySpace comments, anytime I have a bad day, you make those days good," she said when handed the award by Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas from "Dancing with the Stars".

Taylor also took home the top honor of the event, Video of the Year. "I want to thank the fans for giving me video of the year when my whole family is here watching," she stated when collecting the award.
