Steven Spielberg Said to Have 'Cracked' the Story of 'Indiana Jones 5'

In an interview with BBC, 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' actor Shia LaBeouf claims that the fifth 'Indy' movie is coming soon as Steven Spielberg gears up for the project.

AceShowbiz - Director Steven Spielberg may have found another adventure to be faced by the whip-cracking Indiana Jones in "Indiana Jones V". Shia LaBeouf who portrays Mutt Williams in "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" broke out the interesting scoop during an interview with BBC News.

While promoting his highly anticipated "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen", the 23-year-old confessed that right before he left for promoting the "Transformers" sequel, Spielberg has shared to him that "he cracked the story" on the potential fifth "Indy" movie. LaBeouf went on further by saying, "I think they're gearing that up." The interview can be seen via BBC.

Words on the making of "Indiana Jones V" were flying around ever since "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" hit the big screen and garnered $313.6 million domestically and $743.7 million worldwide. Some, including lead actor Harrison Ford, often suggested that the fifth movie is in its early stage, and others speculated that this time around Shia LaBeouf's character may take the lead part. Though so, the latter rumor has often been dismissed.
