Conor Angus Cloud Hickey, known professionally as Angus Cloud, was an American actor who captured the hearts of audiences with his breakout role as Fezco O'Neill in the HBO drama series Euphoria. Born on July 10, 1998, in Oakland, California, Cloud grew up in a close-knit family and attended the Oakland School for the Arts, where he initially studied stage design and production rather than acting. His path to stardom was serendipitous; while walking down a street in New York City, he was discovered by a casting scout who was searching for actors for Euphoria. Despite having no prior professional acting experience, Cloud impressed the show's creator, Sam Levinson, with his natural charisma and authenticity, landing the role of the gentle drug dealer Fezco, a character that quickly became a fan favorite for his loyalty, humor, and protective nature toward his grandmother and friend Rue, played by Zendaya.

Cloud's performance in Euphoria earned him widespread acclaim and a devoted fanbase, leading to opportunities in film and music. He appeared in the 2021 independent film North Hollywood, and later starred in The Line in 2023, showcasing his range as an actor. He also ventured into the world of music videos, appearing in projects by artists such as Noah Cyrus, Juice Wrld, Becky G, and Karol G, further expanding his cultural footprint. At the time of his death, Cloud had completed work on the horror film Abigail and the animated feature The Garfield Movie, both of which were released posthumously in 2024, cementing his legacy as a rising talent whose career was cut tragically short.

Off-screen, Cloud was known for his down-to-earth personality and close relationships with his Euphoria castmates, particularly Sydney Sweeney and Maude Apatow. He often spoke about his Irish heritage and his love for his hometown of Oakland. On July 31, 2023, at the age of 25, Cloud died in Oakland from an accidental overdose, a loss that sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry. His passing prompted an outpouring of tributes from fans and colleagues alike, who remembered him as a kind, genuine soul with an undeniable gift for storytelling. Though his time in the spotlight was brief, Angus Cloud's portrayal of Fezco remains a defining element of Euphoria, and his work continues to resonate with audiences who were drawn to his unique blend of vulnerability and strength.
