Synopsis
Bart becomes convinced that his new neighbor, Walt, is his archenemy, Sideshow Bob (guest voice Grammer), disguised and back for revenge. But when Marge tries to convince Bart otherwise by taking him to visit the state penitentiary, a disturbing truth is revealed.
