Synopsis
Sean takes on a client's morbid request for plastic surgery in order to ease his own feelings of loneliness. Christian proposes to Michelle, but his promiscuous past makes him question his ability to make a long-term commitment to any woman. James derives a plan to use the McNamara/Troy's operating room for her own benefit.
