These days, society seems to be completely reliant on technology, and Bryan, David, Goldie and Shania are no exception. While trying to enjoy a nice dinner together, everyone's glued to their iPhone or iPad, completely checked out from the world around them. Goldie puts her foot down, demanding that everyone put their screens away for dinner. David and Bryan concede that maybe they should wean themselves off technology; surrounded by screens is no way to bring a baby into the world. For starters, the gang decides to just go one day technology free and get back to the things that are really important in life.

Jane's decided to try to get her real estate business off the ground in Los Angeles and gets a little unsolicited advice from Rocky. Flyers and an ad in the yellow pages are no way to run a business anymore; it's all about web presence. Rocky helps Nana set up her Twitter handle, @NanaUrBusiness. Little does she know what a monster she's created, as Nana's unfiltered and offensive tweets get her upwards of 400 followers in just one day! Nana's already a woman to be reckoned with in the Twitter-sphere.

On the hunt for her next offensive tweet, Nana comes across an incriminating video on Bryan's desktop. It turns out to be a music video that Bryan created for David, remembering all of their wonderful memories together. Nana sees this as an opportunity and tweets out this secret video with the message: "Gayest video ever."

Meanwhile, the gang enjoys their technology-free evening while prepping dinner together. But Shania's ready to take this to another level and emerges in her pilgrim garb with candle in hand. They decide to humor Shania and REALLY drop all modern conveniences, opting for a lights-out evening.

The dinner's going well enough, but things get awkward when the gang runs out of things to talk about, and they don't have their electronics handy. Bryan catches David sneaking off to check his fantasy football scores, and David agrees to give Bryan a peek at Twitter as a trade off. Little did Bryan know that while he was offline, a social media crisis was unfolding! Bryan's video for David that Nana tweeted out has gone completely viral! Bryan is humiliated and tracks down the perpetrator, @NanaUrBusiness. He gives Nana a piece of his mind, but she simply retorts that nothing is private anymore. If you can't do the time, don't record the crime!

When Bryan arrives on set and everyone is abuzz about his video, Bryan demands that the whole team give up their electronic devices. But he then has a change of heart when the cast expresses their appreciation for what he did; he pulled back the curtains to show everybody the true Bryan! And as it turns out, #BryanIsASoftie is trending. Change of plans, everyone, retweet!

When Shania wakes up Goldie at the crack of dawn to boil the water for their baths, Goldie finally concedes to her ridiculous charade and agrees to give Shania back her laptop, but only under the condition that Shania won't call Goldie out as a liar when she tells other parents that she only lets Shania have one hour of screen time a day. Meanwhile, David and Bryan agree that going technology-free on Saturdays is a trend they should continue for their future baby. But when they crawl into bed, they can't help but compulsively check their phones one last time!
