Synopsis

UPS AND DOWNS -- A nude, strangled female body found in an elevator shaft reminds detectives of a similar killing six months earlier. With few clues -- including a Polaroid film wrapper -- Logan and Cerreta try to find the common link between the crimes. Later, ADA Stone (Michael Moriarity) must prosecute a suspect in this high-profile case, despite the largely circumstancial evidence.
