Synopsis
DETECTIVES STUMBLE UPON A SERIAL KILLER WHILE INVESTIGATING A TEENAGE MURDER -- The discovery of the body of a raped and mutilated teenaged girl in an alley way sends Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) tracing the victims last hours in the hopes of finding a suspect. However, when the pattern of the attack links the killing to a five-year-old homicide, the detectives face the horrible possibility of a serial killer and the task of ending his half-decade murder spree.
