CSI: Miami Episode 10.05 Killer Regrets

When an assassin attempt is made against Anita Torres, Sheriff in a boarder town in Mexico, fails and instead kills her husband, Geraldo Torres, in a car explosion, she enlist the help of Horatio and his team. It seems as that Memmo Fierrro, head of the Mala Noche gang, is still calling the shots while serving time in a Miami prison. Anita's safety is threatened even further when the assassin comes after she and her brother in the safe house. Scott O'Shay, Civilian Oversight Panel, has issues with the team using city money to investigate a crime that took place in Mexico. The bomb found under the car is eventually tracked to an ATF weapons storage facility in Texas which raises even further questions as to its supplier. In the end it's discovered that Anita's husband Geraldo had close ties to Mala Noche and was assigned to assassinate his wife. He couldn't go through with it and faked his death to avoid Mala Noche coming after him. Horatio must find a way to lure him out of hiding without the Mala Noche finding out.
