Synopsis

ÂA killer is loose in Miami and he's torturing and killing prostitutes. Our team must race to find his next victim, Angela Olsen, before she dies. Upon further evidence we discover that our main suspect is Esteban Navarro, doctor at the free clinic and also son to the most influential businessman in Miami. By tracking Esteban's jogging pattern through his online GPS, Horatio is able to track down where he stopped along his run, leading them to an abandoned building. There they find Angela badly beaten and barely alive. However, Esteban is able to hide behind his father's money and power and walks. Horatio knows the killings aren't over.
