As Kesha fans know, she's been trying to get out of her contract with Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records which is owned by Sony. She sued the producer in 2014, claiming he'd sexually and verbally assaulted her during their 10-year working relationship.

Last year, she requested a judge to allow her to record music without Luke. This Tuesday, Kesha will find out whether or not she can continue her career without her alleged sexual abuser. Some of her fans are planning to protest in front of the NYC courthouse where the latest hearing will be taking place.
