Ashley Horn, who shares the same father as Lindsay, has undergone $25,000 worth of plastic surgeries so that she looks more like her famous sister.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan's half sister Ashley Horn has spent $25,000 on plastic surgery to look more like her sister. Ashley debuts her new look and elaborates on the procedures in the latest issue of In Touch magazine.
"I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks," Ashley reveals. "My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old," she adds. After Ashley underwent the surgeries, she admits to the magazine, "I'm hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that."
Ashley, however, says that she is not like her estranged sister in terms of personalities. "I'm not Lindsay. I wasn't raised in that family," she insists. Ashley also says that she does not have any relationship with the Lohans and she does not want one. "I don't drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person," Ashley explains.
Lindsay's father Michael, who had a brief affair with Ashley's mother Kristi in the 90s when he was still married to Lindsay's mother Dina, apparently is not happy after learning that Ashley underwent the procedures. "It's disgusting and totally crazy!" Michael tells Popdust.
"It's totally shocking. Why on earth would she do something like this? It's just sick and twisted. She's only 18 years old and she's undergoing plastic surgery? She was a really pretty girl in her own right, why would she do something like this?" he says further.
"I suspect Kristi is behind the decision for Ashley to undergo all this surgery purely for publicity purposes. The crazy thing is Kristi is constantly complaining that she's broke and yet she manages to pay out $25,000 for her 18-year-old daughter to undergo cosmetic surgery when it's totally unneeded!" he adds.
