TV

Second Hand High may have their dream to win a recording contract crushed when they got rejected during "The X Factor (US)" audition, but they still have something to be proud of. Following the Wednesday, September 25 episode which featured the Karmin-like rap duo, the show's judges debuted a music video for their own version of the rejected contestants' original song "You Better Ask Me to Dance".

Kelly Rowland does some booty shaking moves, Paulina Rubio sways her body, while straight-faced Demi Lovato lip-syncs the chorus, "You better ask me to dance," in the video. Simon Cowell even delivers the rap verses with two pretty girls next to him, but the short clip ends as Demi wakes Simon up from his nap.

During the audition, Second Hand High got the audience excited and Kelly getting on her feet to dance to their fun song. The former Destiny's Child member admitted that she liked the song, and Demi called it "catchy," but the judges gave them "no" answers when they had to decide whether or not the formerly-engaged couple should move on to the next round.
