The 'We Bought a Zoo' actress was reportedly proposed by her journalist beau about a month ago with a vintage Art Deco ring.

AceShowbiz - Scarlett Johansson is reportedly set to walk down the aisle again, two years after her divorce from actor Ryan Reynolds was finalized. The Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow of "The Avengers" is engaged to her journalist boyfriend Romain Dauriac, PEOPLE reports.

The movie starlet was reportedly proposed by her beau, a former editor of French magazine Clark, about a month ago with a vintage Art Deco ring which she noticeably showed off when attending the Venice Film Festival. "They're engaged and very happy," a source said.

No official comment has been made, but Johansson was all smiles when she stepped out on the red carpet in Italy with her rumored fiance. Promoting her new movie "Under the Skin", she donned a Versace off-the-shoulder gown and a Bulgari High Jewellery necklace.

Since splitting from Reynolds after three years of marriage, the blonde beauty was linked to the likes of ad exec Nate Naylor and actor Sean Penn. She was often hit with engagement rumors whenever she was spotted wearing a diamond sparkler on her left ring finger.

In July this year, she denied yet another betrothal report which emerged after she was seen rocking an ornate gold ring with a diamond and ruby. She was "not engaged or close to being engaged," her rep said back then, any diamonds or rubies she was wearing were "simply a piece of jewelry."

In the same month, the "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" actress put on the market her one-bedroom bachelorette pad in Hollywood for $470,000.

Johansson, 28, and Dauriac reportedly met through a mutual friend, tattoo artist Fuzi who created her recent horseshoe inking. The couple went public with their romance in November 2012 after she called it quits with Naylor.

"I never think about marriage," she once confessed. "Is that weird? The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me, 'Would I get married again?' It's really not important to me. It has no relevance to me right now."

"I'm not having kids any time soon," she continued. "I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot and, like I said, [marriage is] not important to me...To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married."

Her former husband Reynolds married his "Green Lantern" co-star Blake Lively in September 2012 in North Carolina.
