Through Entertainment Weekly, Neil Burger publishes a teaser image for his highly-anticipated film "Divergent" with Theo James featured in it. On board to play Tobias "Four" Eaton, James certainly makes a perfect Dauntless leader as well as Shailene Woodley's on-screen love interest as he is seen looking handsome in a navy blue shirt, showing off his muscles.

In an interview with the site, James explains that the photo captures the moment of him showing the Dauntless initiates around their new headquarters. "I've introduced them to this world and they're still in the beginning stages of training," the 28-year-old actor says. "At this stage you don't really know what Four is all about."

James himself has even rehearsed for leadership performance in a boot camp before filming. Tapped to lead around 50 supporting actors in the Dauntless training, he says, "I know it sounds ridiculous but it was really quite useful: it helped set a tone for those scenes, being able to live the character a bit."

Impressed by the actor's hard work, director Burger reveals a funny moment during the training. "They didn't know he was playing Four, they thought he was our stunt coordinator," says Burger with a laugh. "He put them through it."

James then adds, "At one point, Shailene [Woodley] was laughing and I got real serious with her and said, 'Don't. Laugh.' [And] Shai was like, 'Um, are you joking right now?' "

Adapted from Veronica Roth's novel, "Divergent" is set in a dystopian future where society is divided up into five factions. Also supported by Kate Winslet, it will hit theaters nationwide on March 21, 2014.
