The drummer has threatened the website that posted the photos of him which are intended for personal collection.
Travis Barker is unhappy that his nude pics are spreading out in the web world, threatening the first source. The Blink-182 drummer has just given gossip site Media Take Out a cease and desist letter through his lawyers.
Barker hired Evan Spiegel of the law firm Lavely and Singer to send the letter in which it is claimed that the pictures are an "unauthorized use of private photos". Sources told TMZ that the naked pics of Barker are more than five years old and were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else."
Media Take Out has removed the post from its home page. It previously claimed that the photos were sent to an unnamed female admirer of him. The site wrote that Barker's "jank is the size of a microphone."
