Despite earlier rumor mentioning that Christina Aguilera's next studio album "Bionic" would be released sometime this March, new report said it has been pushed back. According to Rolling Stone's Spring music feature, the effort is now due in "July or beyond."
Christina Aguilera revealed the title of her new album in an interview for Marie Claire's February issue and gave the publication preview to her three new songs. Then, she showcased a fresh track called "Lift Me Up" during a live performance at "Hope for Haiti" telethon.
Beside occupied with the making of her new album, Christina also contributes to soundtrack of her upcoming movie "Burlesque". The Ali Marilyn Rose depicter sings a toe-tapping tune called "Spotlight" for the film which is due for November 24 U.S. release.

Hey hey people, its not pushed back until july or beyond!!! In rolling stones that have BIONC with spring next to it!!! I doubt she would push it that far back, I'm thinking may but not til july, c'mon christina aguilera is busy but that busy, making albums is her carreer...the album is set for springn either mid spring or late spring, it will be spring!!!
Beyonce and Gaga's music are meaningless?? So I guess, she's decided to make meaningless album this time too for hiring Sticky Tricky Stewart, The Neptunes, and Flo-Rida write/produce songs for her. Same people responsible for bringing Beyonce, Britney, Rhianna, etc on top of the charts. By now Christina knew exactly she needs to play this game.
I LOVE XXXTINA, I DON'T THINK ANY OTHER ARTIST CAN REPLACE HER, GAGA,BEYONCE AND THE REST ARE JUST A DRIVE BY, THEY RELEASE ALBUM AFTER ALBM WITH LYRICS THAT DON'T HAVE A MEANING AND SONGS THAT SOUND LIKE EVERY OTHER SONG OUT THERE. A TRUE XTINA FAN WILL ALWAYS BY HER ALBUM NO MATTER WHAT.
Christina, you cant be away for too long. You might be surprised to find out that when you have finally decided to release your fuc#!ng album some of the fans who supported you for 10 years wont be there anymore to support you again and buy your album. You keep pissing them off. I love Christina's talent --- Lady Gaga may not have her vocal prowess but she's keeping us all well-entertained for years now. She's gonna get bigger and attract more fans from different camps...including yours. Pls. remember you only sold roughly 250,000 copies of B2B album and roughly 79,000 of your Greatest hits album first week of their release. Not a lot for for a Pop Superstar like you. Im just saying it's gonna hurt your career if you lose more fans.
I love Christina Aguilera too but Lady Gaga is HUGGGGGEEEEE these days. "Telephone" is super hot...she's releasing a new album too, right? Maybe Christina- she's afraid to go head-to-head with Gaga with record sales and in the Billboard charts we all know Gaga will win. May be that's the reason why they have to delay the release again (for the nth time)!
the album must have sucked a lot until now that they keep redoing/remastering/adding new tracks to it. --I love Christina Aguilera( heaven knows that) but I have been like a fool trying to check the net almost everyday since Feb for the release of her 1st single from that album w/c they promised to release that month and then this month. Take all the time that you need Dear Christina...We are expecting a super PERFECT ALBUM on July. for the meantime I'd just stop holding my breath and just listen to Lady Gaga's songs.
I am very disappointed with christina Aguilera. I am a number One fan and once again they change the release date.
