Vanessa Hudgens Taking Legal Action Over Nude Photos Posting

Already registering the nude photographs to the U.S. Copyright Office, the girlfriend of Zac Efron cites copyright violation as the reason why the pics must be removed.

AceShowbiz - Disney songstress Vanessa Hudgens has sued Butter Media for refusing to remove her nude photos from their website MoeJackson.com. Beside asking the judge an injunction to order the company to remove the pics, she is also seeking unspecified damages for the unauthorized photos.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ on Thursday, December 24, Vanessa refers the nude pics as "self-portrait photographs" which were taken by cell phone in her private residence. "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent," it was explained.

Vanessa's nude pictures were leaked last August before the premiere of her movie "Bandslam". After learning about that matter, she registered the photographs to the U.S. Copyright Office in order to avoid the leak to continue spreading.

That is not the first time Vanessa Hudgens is involved in a nude photos scandal. Back in 2007, several R-rated pictures of her also made their way to the Internet, seeing her nude in the bedroom. "It was really tough because I'm a private person and for something like that to happen, it's so mean," so she commented at that time.
