Not blurred or edited in any way, the footage showing a contestant accidentally exposing her private part creates quite a situation for FOX.

AceShowbiz - FOX and the execs of "So You Think You Can Dance" received the accusation of missing one tiny part which is potentially harmful for young audience during their editing. Things went big after Perez Hilton posted a video of a contestant flashing her private part on national television.

FOX has since come out with a statement in defense. "The footage in last night's So You Think You Can Dance was reviewed thoroughly by the network's Broadcast Standards & Practices prior to air and it was separately confirmed with the dancer that she was wearing flesh-toned dance gear," the statement to TV Guide was read.

The infamous footage is taken from the Tuesday, September 29 episode which was covering the Atlanta audition. The contestant whose name and other identities are not revealed is numbered 22036. She jumped on air and fell to the floor upon hearing that she got to go through to the Las Vegas round.

Head judge and executive producer of the show Nigel Lythgoe himself has commented on the situation, telling TMZ on Wednesday, "None of us knew she did this. The show was always designed to expose talent, but not in this way."
