Jennifer Lopez is expected to drop a new single in September and a new album in January 2010.
Jennifer Lopez's new single is slated to be released in September, according to Italian news channel TG5. During an interview with the TV channel, Jennifer also spilled the beans that her new album will be put out sometime in January 2010.
Who will be involved in the making of the new album, which is yet to be titled, hasn't been confirmed by Jennifer. But recently, Pitbull tweeted about working with her and Jim Jonsin in this studio project. Furthermore, it was said that Mike Caren, the mastermind behind Madonna, Beyonce Knowles, T.I. and Keyshia Cole's hit singles, will also make contribution to the set.
Since stepping into music scene in 1999, Jennifer Lopez has released six major studio albums, one in Spanish and the others in English. She dropped her latest effort "Brave" in October 2007, which sold only 53,000 copies in its first week. As for compilation album, Jennifer has dropped two records; "On the 6/J-Lo" and "Jennifer Lopez".
