Through her Twitter, Mariah Carey confirms that she is working with Timbaland for her new album.
It is official, Mariah Carey has been working with rap mogul/powerhouse producer Timbaland for her new album. Breaking the news is the singer herself through a post on her Twitter.
No further details are shared by Mariah concerning the follow up to her 2008 record "E=MC²", but hours after announcing her partnering with Timbaland, the wife of Nick Cannon posts another message stating, "I have an exclusive announcement for you guys at 3:27 P.M. tomorrow!!!" It is still unclear whether the announcement has something to do with the new album or not though.
Mariah Carey's new album was rumored to be called "MC3" back in January. However, the speculation was quickly turned down by Mariah as she claimed that "its not called MC3 or whatever."
Aside from the scoop of her new album, Mariah was recently dissed by Eminem in his new song "Bagpipes From Baghdad". Offering no words upon the mockery, she was defended by her husband Nick Cannon and fellow musician Busta Rhymes.
