"Her Diamonds", a brand new song from Rob Thomas has just been released and its audio stream has hit the web. The mid-tempo track is confirmed as the first single from his sophomore solo studio effort called "Cradlesong".
Beside releasing the new song, the vocalist of band Matchbox 20 also lends one of the new songs in his forthcoming album as a theme song for NBA playoffs just like what Kanye West did recently. While Kanye lends "Amazing" for the NBA promo, Rob hands in "Give Me the Meltdown" for the ad of the basketball game.
On what the new album will be dealing with, Rob previously told Billboard that he "started off with the idea of doing a newer version of [Paul Simon's] 'Rhythm of the Saints'." He added, "And that kinda carried us a long way through. It gave us a whole new bed to work with, like 'How do I get my pop sensibility around this and work it into that?' It was a lot of fun."
In support of his new album, slated for June 30 U.S. release, Rob plots a roadshow across North America this fall. Complete dates for the tour are expected to be announced this summer.

Oh my gosh I really like this song and I don't like music so that is saying A LOT!!!!!!!!! I looked online and I was able to see the song and play it along with 'Good High' by Jah Roots. I still like this song a lot!

On May 10, the single will go on sale at Best Buy stores around the country. The physical disc also will be advertised in the circular and provide fans with the ability to pre-order the new album. I think it goes on itunes that day too.
