Putting to rest the persistent mounting rumors claiming her marriage to Marc Anthony is on the rocks, Jennifer Lopez denies she and her singer husband are heading for divorce, insisting "Divorce is not - and was never - an option." She makes the denial in an exclusive interview with In Touch Weekly.
Speculations have been mounting that Lopez and Anthony's marriage is in trouble judging from the fact that they are rarely seen together. The songbird added fuel to the divorce rumors after being spotted not wearing her wedding ring while attending the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 11.
Speaking of the couple's union, Lopez's close friend, Benny Medina tells In Touch Weekly that despite rumors to the contrary, "Jennifer and Marc are committed to the future and to one another." Medina adds, "All the rumors are just that - rumors."
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have been married since June 2004. In February 2008, she gave birth to their first children; twins Max and Emme.
