'Da Girl Right There' found its way online, allegedly a track from Usher's 2008 album.

A track from Usher has leaked, allegedly one of those which will be included in his highly-anticipated album. 'Dat Girl Right There' is a mid-tempo song featuring rapper Ludacris and is produced by Grammy-winning producer Rich Harrison.

Harrison reportedly will produce five other tracks in the album which is tentatively titled 'Regret'. Other known producers in the fifth studio album include Swizz Beatz, Jermaine Dupri, Kanye West, Polow Da Don and Timbaland.

Should the studio work goes smoothly, the album will arrive in the first quarter of 2008. It has been more than 2 years since he worked on the album which is the follow up of the highly-successful 'Confessions' (2004).
