AceShowbiz - The astonishing Anna Nicole Smith has surprised audiences at the MTV Video Music Awards in Sydney on Thursday March 3, 2005, when she suddenly took off her dress and proudly showed her decorated MTV logo breasts as she took to the stage. She then went on to disclose her a big-breasted mermaid tatoo on her back.
Additionally Smith had also did the same shocking thing when she, at the American Music Awards in November last year, appeared drunk on the stage and mumbled , "Like my body?" to the audience.
