After failing to attend a court date on Thursday, February 21, a judge issued two arrest warrants for Suge Knight. Both warrants are stemming from driving with a suspended license in 2011 and 2012, one with an attached bail for $5,000, and another for $30,000.

Knight is reportedly already under three-year unsupervised probation from one of the violations, while another violation is still pending. The court hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday was scheduled for both cases.

ABC has spilled one of the cast members of "Dancing with the Stars" season 16. During the live broadcast of the 85th Academy Awards, the network revealed that NFL player Jacoby Jones would be dancing on the ballroom. "He's already won a Super Bowl ring," an announcer said in a promo. "What's he going to do next? Dance."

The Baltimore Ravens wide receiver follows the footsteps of other football athletes including Donald Driver, Hines Ward and Emmitt Smith who have participated on the show. Each of them won their respective seasons.

Chenoweth, who according to MacFarlane opened the Oscars red carpet show, sang with first-time Academy Awards host who has similarly sung several tunes aside from doing spiels during his opening monologue.

Disney-bred star Demi Lovato's forthcoming single "Heart Attack" has leaked ahead of its March 4 release date, but Lovatics would have to settle for a low-quality recording for now while they wait for the big day of its official debut. "Heart Attack" is the first cut off her next album set to come out this year, Lovato's follow-up to her successful 2011-released "Unbroken" album.

An up-tempo track, "Heart Attack" was co-written by Lovato along with Mitch Allan, Jason Evigan, Sean Douglas and Nikki Williams, and produced by the Suspex. In this new electro-pop track, the 20-year-old singer does some Kelly Clarkson-like wailing, backed up by an organic drum-and-bass instrumentation.

Celebration for the movie's biggest night continued as movie stars flocked to Sunset Tower in West Hollywood, Calif. for an extended party. Natalie Portman, Amanda Seyfried and Alessandra Ambrosio were only three among many Hollywood beauties who stole attention at the extended celebration.

Jessica Chastain dismissed rumor she's feuding with fellow Best Actress nominee Jennifer Lawrence ahead of 2013 Academy Awards on Sunday, February 24. "I don't (like girl fights). I think the image of women like cats, this catty thing, I don't find that to be true. So I'm not interested in keeping up the myth. Unless it's for a movie. A girl fight in a movie is fun," Jessica told MTV News on the Oscars red carpet.

British rock singer-songwriter Elton John has just wrapped up work on his thirty-first career album, "The Diving Board", saying it is "the most piano-oriented album of my career." The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is eyeing a September release date for the thirteen-track album, and unveiling the complete track list in advance of the still far off release.

"We wrote 11 songs in three and recorded them in four days," John revealed to friends, associates and journalists who came to the Village Studios for a listening party hosted by the "Candle in the Wind" singer to preview his latest work. Apparently, John had written all the tracks in his new LP within only two sessions with lyricist Bernie Taupin.

Shortly after that, the winner of Best Song award was announced. As predicted by a lot of people, Adele was the one who successfully grabbed the prize for "Skyfall". Rick, Michonne and Carl will go for a drive together in the next episode of "The Walking Dead". Realizing they are heavily outgunned against the Governor's forces, Rick leads an expedition to get more weapons in the town.

While on the road, they encounter a stranger who is looking for help, but they ignore him and drive by. Also on their way to the town, they see lifeless bodies on what appears to be the scene of a car crash, where they get ambushed by some walkers when the car's tire gets stuck in the mud.

Madonna gets a warning from Instagram less than two months after joining the social media. She receives a letter from Instagram's team who claims she has violated their community guidelines. She's asked to clean up her act, or else she is banned from the networking site.

The letter includes a warning not to "share photos that contain nudity or mature content," something that Madge has done numerous times since she made her debut on the site. She's asked to delete any contents that may not fall in line with its term of service.

The 85th annual Academy Awards is nearly halfway to the end of the show. After "Les Miserables" picked up its third Oscar with Anne Hathaway winning the Best Supporting Actress, its "Argo" which was called on stage to claim its first award. The Ben Affleck-directed film won the Best Film Editing prize for William Goldenberg.

Taking his Oscar from presenter Sandra Bullock, Goldenberg sang praise to Affleck on his speech. He gushed, "You're my brother, I love you and thank you for this." Adele then took the stage to perform the original song for "Skyfall" after being introduced by Jennifer Lawrence.

An unreleased track by R'n'B artist Frank Ocean entitled "Eyes Like Sky" reportedly from his "Channel Orange" recording sessions has leaked online. The almost four-minute song is a guitar-accompanied ballad that runs along the same lines as his "Forrest Gump" track which made the cut in "Channel Orange".

Ocean is having a conversation with a higher power looking over him in the track. "I said, 'I wish you could see the ocean.' He said 'I wish you could see hope.' I said, 'Have you ever seen the mountains?' He said, 'No but my faith can move those.' I said, 'I wish you could see the stars.' He told me I should see love," are just some of the deep lyrics in the said song.

Still ongoing at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood & Highland Center, the 2013 Oscars continued to reveal more of its winners following a tribute to the musical session. John Travolta, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jennifer Hudson and the cast of "Les Miserables" all worked on their pipes to give the best performances for the tribute session.

After the tribute, "Les Mis" claimed its second award during the night as it won the Oscar for Best Sound Mixing. Meanwhile, "Zero Dark Thirty (2012)" and "Skyfall" are tied for the Best Sound Editing award, marking the first Oscar during the night for both movies.

Erin Andrews dodged a kiss from 50 Cent while she was live reporting for FOX at NASCAR's Daytona 500 race on Sunday, February 24. Andrews was on the pit lane and looking for driver Danica Patrick, the first female to lead a lap in a NASCAR Cup race, before the race began when she ran into 50 Cent.

"Of course, 50 Cent here," Andrews said when she noticed 50 Cent in the crowd. The rapper came forward and leaned in to plant a kiss on her. She pulled back and turned her head a few times to avoid it before she offered him one of her cheeks.

More winners were unveiled at the ongoing 85th Academy Awards. "Anna Karenina" claimed its first Oscar by taking home the Best Costume Design award thanks to Jacqueline Durran, who accepted the golden statuette from presenters Channing Tatum and Jennifer Aniston.

Staying on the stage, Tatum and Aniston then announced the winner of Best Makeup and Hairstyling. The Oscar went to Lisa Westcott and Julie Dartnell for their works in "Les Miserables". This marked the first gong during the night for the Tom Hooper-directed musical film.

The 85th annual Academy Awards was finally kicked off this Sunday, February 24. Failing to claim the no. 1 spot, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new actioner "Snitch" opens on the runner-up place with an estimated $13 million. The movie opens in a slow weekend amid the busy week of 85th Academy Awards ceremony, but it still bests the $8 million opening of Johnson's 2008 pic "Faster".

Fresh off her critically-acclaimed role in "Beasts of the Southern Wild", Quvenzhane Wallis is signed on to star in upcoming movie "Annie" that has Will Smith and Jay-Z among the producers. The nine-year-old actress who becomes the youngest Best Actress nominee in Oscar history is tapped to play the titular character in the new take on the classic orphan girl.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are on speaking terms again and put their difference aside for their children. The former married couple was caught on camera attending a local youth sports organization in Jupiter, Florida with their son and daughter.

According to TMZ, Woods came at the event first with their kids before Nordegren joined them an hour later. They dressed casually with him wearing a t-shirt and shorts and her donning a tank top and jeans. They began drawing attention after about 30 minutes and decided to leave in her car.

Kanye West gave an impression that he was not happy about his "Watch the Throne" collaborator Jay-Z making a duet with Justin Timberlake. In a London concert recently, he took a break from his scheduled setlist to diss "Suit & Tie" and music business including denouncing the Grammy Awards and taking shots at promoters.

"Remind me again who's the original super-fly? And I got love for Hov but I ain't f***ing with that 'Suit & Tie'," he began his fiery rant as the Hov-assisted "Clique" music played on the background.
