The "Call Me Maybe" hitmaker is heating up the screen with her hunky man, goofing around and making out in various scenes. Their romance plays out against the big thumping beat of her song before it turns sour and they slowly grow apart.

Clive Davis continues to say that what he says about Kelly Clarkson in his new memoir is true, despite her denial. "We've had differences in the past," he explains on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest". "From the very beginning I believed in Kelly and I still believe in her as an artist. What our memory differs over is what and how much she disliked 'Since U Been Gone' and 'Behind These Hazel Eyes.' and how much I liked 'Because of You' when I first heard it."

Elizabeth Colbert Busch is eying South Carolina's vacant 1st District congressional seat left by Republican Tim Scott, who was chosen to replace former Sen. Jim DeMint.

'Zero Dark Thirty' Blasted by 9/11 Victim's Family Over Recorded Call in Opening Scene

Already receiving criticism from politicians and many others due to its controversial content, "Zero Dark Thirty (2012)" is facing new complaint. The movie about the hunt of Osama bin Laden is slammed by the family of a 9/11 victim Betty Ann Ong, a flight attendant who died in the tragic incident.

The family accuses the filmmakers of using Ms. Ong's recorded voice on a call from American Airlines Flight 11 before it hit the World Trade Center in the movie's opening sequence without consent. "I thought it was just outrageous, and totally poor judgment, and an abuse of the voices," her brother Henry Ong says, reasoning that use of the recording "has First Amendment value."

Mindy McCready's Funeral Set for February 26, Memorial Scheduled for March 6

official details of the memorial service for the recently deceased country music singer Mindy McCready were announced. A private funeral for the mother of two is scheduled to take place on February 26, and a public memorial is going to follow a week later on March 6.

The family will bid goodbye to McCready at Crossroads Church in Fort Myers, FL. Her friends and colleagues from the music industry will pay their final tributes at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville which she described as her second home after breaking into the music industry.

Lena Dunham Responds to N-Word Controversy

Lena Dunham finally spoke up in regards to N-word controversy involving her and comedian Lisa Lampanelli. On February 18, the comedian posted a picture of her and Lena with a caption read, "Me with my n***a @LenaDunham of @HBOGirls - I love this beyotch!" Public was enraged by the offensive N-word.

A journalist, Shayla Pierce, wrote an entry in xojanedotcom to address this issue. In addition, she took to Twitter to express her opinion regarding the N-word issue and mentioned the tweets to Lena. The author wrote, "I referred to @girlsHBO's @lenadunham as 'rad' in one of my most recent pieces for @xojanedotcom. I'd like to publicly retract that." She added criticism to Lena's silence, saying, "@LenaDunham has showed her true colors on this whole n-word debacle. Her silence speaks volumes."

Jermaine Jackson Officially Changes Surname to Jacksun

Starting Friday, February 22, Jermaine Jackson is officialy Jermaine Jacksun after a Los Angeles judge signed off a petition of the late Michael Jackson's older brother to change his famous surname. He sought the name change for "artistic reasons" and said that his decision on changing his last name was "a personal choice" and "not a big deal."

On the day the court approved his petition, the 58-year-old singer couldn't make it there. Bret D. Lewis, his attorney, said he was in Europe to perform with his brothers, Tito Jackson, Marlon Jackson and Jackie Jackson.

After releasing the title and poster artwork for her forthcoming "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour" a few weeks ago, Beyonce Knowles unveils the trailer to her four-month, transatlantic tour. The world tour is set to support her forthcoming, still unnamed new album.

In the two-minute clip, the R'n'B superstar gets dolled up in her royal attire before she makes a grand entrance, dancing in slow motion along with her entourage that included court jesters. Towards the end of the video, some behind-the-scenes footage are shown, filled with production people - assistants, choreographers and dancers - putting together such an elaborate production for a short teaser.

Getting closer to the Oscars night, "Argo" once again receives criticism from a political figure. This time around, the Iranian hostage thriller directed by Ben Affleck gets slammed by Ken Taylor, a former Canadian ambassador in Iran.

Taylor was not happy because Affleck failed to credit Canada in his movie. He also said that the Oscar-nominated film made Canada look like a meek observer to CIA heroics in the rescue of six U.S. citizens caught in the Iranian crisis.

'Twilight' Actor Bronson Pelletier Sentenced to Probation for Peeing in Public

Canadian actor Bronson Pelletier has been sentenced to two years probation after pleading "no contest" to public intoxication charge stemming from an incident in Los Angeles International Airport two months ago. In addition, the court ordered him to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, twice a week.

Last December, Pelletier was caught by the police after the 26-year-old actor made ruckus in a plane. The authorities decided that he was too drunk to fly and got him out of the plane. They allowed him to take the next flight when he sobered up.

Apparently "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" will be more than just a superhero movie. Instead of just presenting a heroic story of Steve Rogers fighting his nemesis, the film will likely be a somewhat political thriller. This was confirmed by Marvel boss Kevin Feige himself.

Feige explained that Marvel Studios had planned to expand the genre of its films far from their passing trend. As quoted by Variety, he said, "If it is a fad, it's one that lasts 30 to 40 years, as the Western did, because each one is so different."

Lamar's fans have been eagerly awaiting the new video, since the track had already been playing on the radio for quite some time after the album from where it is taken was first released four months ago.

The songwriting tandem of Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, frontman and guitarist respectively of legendary rock band Aerosmith, headline this year's inductees into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. They lead other inductees such as British songwriter Tony Hatch, rock group Foreigner members Mick Jones and Lou Gramm, Tina Turner resident songwriter Holly Knight and Eagles hit creator J.D. Souther.

Since they banded together in 1970 when they formed Aerosmith, Tyler and Perry have penned such rock classics as "Dream On", "Walk This Way" and "Love in an Elevator", winning four Grammy Awards along the way. The two have long been inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back in 2001.

Cleotha Staples of The Staples Dies at 78

Cleotha Staples, the eldest sibling of the influential and best-selling gospel group The Staples Singer, died Thursday, February 21. Bill Carpenter, a family friend and music publicist, said the singer who died at age of 78 had been suffering from Alzheimer's disease for the past decade.

When Cleotha died, she was under 24-hour home care. According to Mavis Staples, Cleotha's longtime caretaker was with her when she died at 11:11 A.M. in her high-rise condominium on the South Side, Chicago.

Intruder Attempting to Break Into Rihanna's Home Gets Arrested

A suspected intruder was arrested outside Rihanna's home in Pacific Palisades, California. Law enforcement sources tells TMZ that the man tried to sneak into the singer's home but he mistakenly broke into a house nearby.

Official Dates and Venues for Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z's 'Legends of the Summer' Tour Revealed

After major hints were dropped by Jay-Z on his official website regarding his upcoming joint tour with Justin Timberlake, event promoter giant Live Nation didn't waste time to officially announce the highly-anticipated jaunt. It's confirmed that the roadshow is titled "Legends of the Summer" and will hit 12 big outdoor stadiums in North America.

The duo will begin the road trip on July 17 in Toronto, Ontario at the Roger's Centre and continue through August 16 in Miami, Florida at Sun Life Stadium. They will make a stop in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hershey, Detroit, Baltimore, Boston and Philadelphia, playing in such legendary venues as Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Rose Bowl and Candlestick Park.
