The "Call Me Maybe" hitmaker is heating up the screen with her hunky man, goofing around and making out in various scenes. Their romance plays out against the big thumping beat of her song before it turns sour and they slowly grow apart.

Clive Davis continues to say that what he says about Kelly Clarkson in his new memoir is true, despite her denial. "Before this chapter went to press I had five independent, music major players read it, who were there during that period…and they totally verified it," he says to Ryan Seacrest in a new interview.

"We've had differences in the past," he explains on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest". "From the very beginning I believed in Kelly and I still believe in her as an artist. Already receiving criticism from politicians and many others due to its controversial content, "Zero Dark Thirty" is facing new complaint. The movie about the hunt of Osama bin Laden is slammed by the family of a 9/11 victim Betty Ann Ong, a flight attendant who died in the tragic incident.

The family accuses the filmmakers of using Ms. Ong's recorded voice on a call from American Airlines Flight 11 before it hit the World Trade Center in the movie's opening sequence without consent. "I thought it was just outrageous, and totally poor judgment, and an abuse of the voices," her brother Henry Ong says, reasoning that use of the recording "has First Amendment value."

official details of the memorial service for the recently deceased country music singer Mindy McCready were announced. A private funeral for the mother of two is scheduled to take place on February 26, and a public memorial is going to follow a week later on March 6.

The family will bid goodbye to McCready at Crossroads Church in Fort Myers, FL. Her friends and colleagues from the music industry will pay their final tributes at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville which she described as her second home after breaking into the music industry.

Lena Dunham finally spoke up in regards to N-word controversy involving her and comedian Lisa Lampanelli. On February 18, the comedian posted a picture of her and Lena with a caption read, "Me with my n***a @LenaDunham of @HBOGirls - I love this beyotch!" Public was enraged by the offensive N-word.

A journalist, Shayla Pierce, wrote an entry in xojanedotcom to address this issue. In addition, she took to Twitter to express her opinion regarding the N-word issue and mentioned the tweets to Lena. The author wrote, "I referred to @girlsHBO's @lenadunham as 'rad' in one of my most recent pieces for @xojanedotcom. I'd like to publicly retract that." She added criticism to Lena's silence, saying, "@LenaDunham has showed her true colors on this whole n-word debacle. Her silence speaks volumes."

Starting Friday, February 22, Jermaine Jackson is officialy Jermaine Jacksun after a Los Angeles judge signed off a petition of the late Michael Jackson's older brother to change his famous surname. He sought the name change for "artistic reasons" and said that his decision on changing his last name was "a personal choice" and "not a big deal."

On the day the court approved his petition, the 58-year-old singer couldn't make it there. Bret D. Lewis, his attorney, said he was in Europe to perform with his brothers, Tito Jackson, Marlon Jackson and Jackie Jackson.

The highly-anticipated trailer of "Game of Thrones" season 3 has finally made its way out online, sharing first actual footage from the upcoming chapter. The video teases another big war that will threaten the reigning king and his family as Daenerys has a legion of soldiers ready to fight for her.

Getting closer to the Oscars night, "Argo" once again receives criticism from a political figure. This time around, the Iranian hostage thriller directed by Ben Affleck gets slammed by Ken Taylor, a former Canadian ambassador in Iran.

Taylor was not happy because Affleck failed to credit Canada in his movie. He also said that the Oscar-nominated film made Canada look like a meek observer to CIA heroics in the rescue of six U.S. citizens caught in the Iranian crisis.

Iconic music superstar Madonna leads Billboard's list of the top forty money makers in music this year. Her claim to the no. 1 spot is fueled by her blockbuster "MDNA" tour. This is her second time to top the moneymakers list, having held the top spot back in 2008.

Before it gets premiered at the 2013 SXSW Festival in early March, "Some Girl(s)" debuts its first sneak peek online via Deadline. The clip features a simple scene involving Adam Brody and Emily Watson.

The two are seen revisiting a room, which is said to keep "lots of memories" for both Brody and Watson. The latter, however, doesn't seem to recall fond memories between them in the room. Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert described their relationship with a song on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon". When the Comedy Central host stopped by the late-night talk show on Thursday, February 21, they tried to show kindness to each other by exchanging invitations to each other's Oscar party.

Fallon said he couldn't make it to Colbert's party and vice versa, making them realize that they were neither best friends nor eternal enemies. Canadian actor Bronson Pelletier has been sentenced to two years probation after pleading "no contest" to public intoxication charge stemming from an incident in Los Angeles International Airport two months ago. In addition, the court ordered him to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, twice a week.

Last December, Pelletier was caught by the police after the 26-year-old actor made ruckus in a plane. The authorities decided that he was too drunk to fly and got him out of the plane. They allowed him to take the next flight when he sobered up.

Apparently "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" will be more than just a superhero movie. Instead of just presenting a heroic story of Steve Rogers fighting his nemesis, the film will likely be a somewhat political thriller. This was confirmed by Marvel boss Kevin Feige himself.

Feige explained that Marvel Studios had planned to expand the genre of its films far from their passing trend. As quoted by Variety, he said, "If it is a fad, it's one that lasts 30 to 40 years, as the Western did, because each one is so different."

After four years of dating, Nick Carter is set to wed his girlfriend, Lauren Kitt. He proposed to his fitness expert girlfriend on Wednesday, February 20, during their recent vacation on a secluded island in Florida Keys where Nick used to spend his time as a child.

Hip-hop recording artist Kendrick Lamar finally releases the music video to his Janet Jackson sample single "Poetic Justice", the second track off his "good kid, m.A.A.d city" album. Canadian rapper Drake assists him in the Scoop Deville-produced track.

Despite Lamar's repeated requests for her to make a special cameo in the music video, Jackson does not appear in the clip, but even without the R'n'B/pop superstar, the final product is nonetheless cinematic. Lamar's fans have been eagerly awaiting the new video, since the track had already been playing on the radio for quite some time after the album from where it is taken was first released four months ago.

Lucy is closer than ever to find her daughter Amelia in the next episode of "Touch". A preview for the upcoming outing sees Lucy is screaming her daughter's name while a car, possibly carrying Amelia, is leaving.

Jake, however, may finally meet Amelia in person. It will be a race against time as Jake contacts Amelia with coordinates to a meeting location and both manage to escape their supervision.

A first look at Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro in "Grudge Match" has been unveiled for viewing pleasure. A Twitter user called @w_whitehurst shares the photo, giving a look at Stallone and De Niro as two senior boxers on a ring.

Stallone, channeling his inner Rocky Balboa persona, sports bloodied face while rocking white boxer pants and boots and flaunting his muscular arms which are tattoo-free. De Niro, meanwhile, looks sweaty with a battered face while putting on green boxer pants.

The Mad Hatter could get his own series after making appearance on "Once Upon a Time". Deadline reports that ABC is considering to spawn the fairytale drama series into a new show focusing on the famous character, which usually becomes part of Alice in Wonderland tale.

Words are, the Mad Hatter will return to "Once" later this season. However, another actor will step in the shoes of the eccentric character since the original depicter, Sebastian Stan, is not available for the potential multi-year commitment should the network move forward with the spin-off.

Amber Rose shared the first picture of her baby Sebastian Taylor Thomaz with fiance Wiz Khalifa. The picture posted on Instagram on Friday, February 22 shows Wiz wearing pink flowery jacket and holding baby Sebastian who is wrapped in a white blanket. The baby's face, however, can't be seen in the photo.

The new mother also wrote praise for Wiz for helping her take care of the baby, "Best daddy ever.... Up with the baby so Muva can go back to sleep." The songwriting tandem of Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, frontman and guitarist respectively of legendary rock band Aerosmith, headline this year's inductees into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. They lead other inductees such as British songwriter Tony Hatch, rock group Foreigner members Mick Jones and Lou Gramm, Tina Turner resident songwriter Holly Knight and Eagles hit creator J.D. Souther.

Since they banded together in 1970 when they formed Aerosmith, Tyler and Perry have penned such rock classics as "Dream On", "Walk This Way" and "Love in an Elevator", winning four Grammy Awards along the way. The two have long been inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back in 2001.

Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson look glowing in a brand new poster for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire". The theme of the poster is "Victory Tour" and it sees the Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark depicters in their all-white Victory costumes.

Katniss dons a simple white dress while holding a bouquet of white roses on her hand, while Peeta oozes masculinity with a super sleek look in a white shirt and trousers. Rose petals are featured flying around them.

Cleotha Staples, the eldest sibling of the influential and best-selling gospel group The Staples Singer, died Thursday, February 21. Bill Carpenter, a family friend and music publicist, said the singer who died at age of 78 had been suffering from Alzheimer's disease for the past decade.

When Cleotha died, she was under 24-hour home care. According to Mavis Staples, Cleotha's longtime caretaker was with her when she died at 11:11 A.M. in her high-rise condominium on the South Side, Chicago.

Jane Lynch is getting busier lately. After scoring her first Broadway role (as Miss Hannigan in "Annie"), the Sue Sylvester of "Glee" is tapped to host NBC's planned summer series "Hollywood Game Night". The hour-long game show comes from producers Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner.

Based on Hayes' real-life "game nights," the show will feature A-list celebrities hanging out and playing games with non-celebrity contestants in a cocktail party atmosphere. At the end of each episode, one of two contestants will take home a cash prize.

Filming with a horse was not always fun for Johnny Depp. Stopping by "Late Show with David Letterman" on Thursday, February 21, the 49-year-old actor opened up about his near-death experience while riding a horse during the shooting of his upcoming movie "The Lone Ranger".

Starring as Indian warrior Tonto, Depp recalled that he had to ride horses quite often for the Gore Verbinski-directed film. However, things turned awry after a long day of running the animals at "top speed" and "everything went very sideways."

A suspected intruder was arrested outside Rihanna's home in Pacific Palisades, California. Law enforcement sources tells TMZ that the man tried to sneak into the singer's home but he mistakenly broke into a house nearby.

The trespasser was confronted by neighbors who were suspicious of his presence on the property. He was lurking around for a while but managed to get apprehended and held until police arrived on the scene to take him into custody.

After major hints were dropped by Jay-Z on his official website regarding his upcoming joint tour with Justin Timberlake, event promoter giant Live Nation didn't waste time to officially announce the highly-anticipated jaunt. It's confirmed that the roadshow is titled "Legends of the Summer" and will hit 12 big outdoor stadiums in North America.

The duo will begin the road trip on July 17 in Toronto, Ontario at the Roger's Centre and continue through August 16 in Miami, Florida at Sun Life Stadium. They will make a stop in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hershey, Detroit, Baltimore, Boston and Philadelphia, playing in such legendary venues as Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Rose Bowl and Candlestick Park.
