Robert Pattinson, like Kristen Stewart, refused to give a direct answer when asked whether they are back together. Promoting his latest movie "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II", the actor appeared solo for an interview with Savannah Guthrie on "Today", a day after Stewart's appearance on the show.

Guthrie mentioned to Pattinson that she asked Stewart about the nature of their relationship a day prior and asked whether he had seen it. "No, what did she say?" Pattinson asked back. Guhtrie said, "She said, 'Keep them guessing.' So I'm going to ask you."

Shaun White has settled a plea deal for public intoxication and vandalism charges. Susan Niland, the Nashville district attorney's spokeswoman, stated that the 26-year-old athlete agreed to undergo alcohol treatment, complete 24 hours of community service, and pay compensation to Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, which suffered from loss after he wreaked havoc earlier this year.

On Wednesday, November 7, a Nashville judge signed off on an agreement between the prosecutors and Shaun's attorney, which at first excluded alcohol treatment provision. Both the prosecutors and the attorney agreed to come back to court on Thursday, November 8 to include the alcohol treatment provision in the agreement. Shaun has to return to court again on January 25, 2013 after completing his provision.

"Parks and Recreation" has scored another VIP to appear in its upcoming episode. After featuring sitting senators John McCain, Barbara Boxer and Olympia J. Snowe earlier this season, the show has apparently filmed in Washington D.C. last summer with Vice President Joe Bidden.

Though the shooting took place a few months ago, the scoop isn't unveiled until after the Presidential Election on November 6. According to reports, various complaints were thrown at the 31-year old's raunchy video as it featured an assemblage of almost-naked women on board a yacht with the rapper. Critics also cite loads of other malicious and suggestive contents such as heavy petting, simulated sexual acts, and a very upfront product placement for a vodka brand.

Four Hollywood hotties are reportedly considered to bring world's most famous jungle man Tarzan to life in a new movie adaptation. Per Vulture, Warner Bros. Pictures has given a green light to "Harry Potter" helmer David Yates to direct "Tarzan" and the English filmmaker is said to have meetings with some fan-favorite hunky actors to tackle the iconic part.

Words are, Yates has set his eyes on "Man of Steel" actor Henry Cavill, "Pacific Rim" headliner Charlie Hunnam, as well as "True Blood" star Alexander Skarsgard. It is also said that he is keen to cast "The Dark Knight Rises" baddie Tom Hardy though it is unclear whether the Bane depicter is interested in taking the role.

Tom Hanks was swindled by Southern California insurance agent Jerry B. Goldman, according to the U.S. Dept. of Justice. The insurance agent was jailed on Wednesday morning, November 7 after a federal grand jury charged him for mail fraud and swindling money. The insurance broker overbilled four victims, including the "Angels & Demons" actor, for more than $800,000 on insurance policies.

The indictment states, "In order to lull his clients into a false sense of security and to prevent clients from complaining to federal or state authorities or bringing a lawsuit against him, when clients asked him for copies of their insurance policies, defendant Goldman sent copies of the insurance policies to the clients and redacted the true premium from the policy documentation to prevent his clients from discovering that they had been overcharged." The grand jury didn't specify the exact loss of each dupe.

"The X Factor (US)" returned with another live show on Wednesday, November 7, but not without a twist. After chopping down the contestant to 12 last week, the singing competition welcomed back an eliminated contestant to make the number of finalists to 13.

A$AP Rocky followers will be happy to know that the rapper and music video director will be joining Rihanna's "Diamonds World Tour" as the opening act. The series of shows will first land in Buffalo, New York on March 8 at First Niagara Center.

Fans will not see Tom Cruise returning to "Top Gun 2" after all since the long-gestating project has been dismissed by Paramount Pictures. The New York Times reports that the sequel to 1986 hit "Top Gun" has "fallen apart" following Tony Scott's shocking suicide back on August 19.

Still, there's a chance to see the original "Top Gun" returning to theaters as the studio is considering to release the 3D version of the movie. Completed earlier this year by Legend3D, the converted version of the film is reportedly projected to be released sometime in February 2013, beginning with a one-week exclusive showing in IMAX theaters in the United States.

Dish has claimed a victory in a court battle against FOX over its ad-skipping features. On Wednesday, November 7, U.S. District Court Judge Dolly Gee in Los Angeles denied the network's request for a preliminary injunction to block the satellite broadcaster's AutoHop and PrimeTime Anytime services.

However, Dish is not completely freed of the case. According to FOX, Judge Gee said that she would entertain theories proposed by the network that AutoHop violated copyright infringement.

Jermaine Jackson is going to change his famous last name. The 57-year-old brother of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, who made up The Jackson Five and later The Jacksons, has filed a legal petition in L.A. County Superior Court to alter his surname to Jacksun.

Jermaine cites "artistic reasons" as to why he wants to have a new name. A hearing is scheduled for February 22, 2013 in Los Angeles. He will be required to have his name change announced several times and printed in a local publication before he officially becomes a Jacksun.

Grammy Award-winning singers, Jennifer Hudson and Seal, will top bill at this year's Nobel Peace Prize concert which is set to take place at Oslo's Spektrum Arena on December 11. They will join other local Norwegian acts such as rap group Karpe Diem, singer Susanne Sundfor and Iranian-born Swedish singer-songwriter Laleh as performers during the concert's 19th year run.

The event, which traditionally takes place a day after the prestigious award is handed to the winner, hopes to promote peace and celebrate the extraordinary people and organizations that receive the much-respected prize. For this year, the Nobel Peace Prize Committee will present the award to the collective European Union "for having over six decades contributed to the advancement of peace and reconciliation, democracy and human rights in Europe."

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man behind controversial movie "Innocence of Muslims", gets one year in prison after admitting to violating his probation stemming from a 2010 bank fraud conviction. He will be placed on supervision for four years upon his release.

Although none of his charges were directly connected to the content of the anti-Islam film that caused protests against America in the Muslim countries across the globe, they were actually stemming from his role as a producer in the making of the movie.

As Rihanna gears up for her "Unapologetic" album release and "Diamonds" video launch, snippet of "Nobodies Business", the singer's newest collaboration with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, finds their way out onto the web. The track has a very catchy tune and promises to attract more attention to the controversial R'n'B artist.

The new midtempo duet is the pair's third collaborative work this year following their 2009 break-up and Brown's conviction for assault charges against the Barbadian beauty. The track has very upfront lyrics that seem to sum up the singer's opinion about their tumultuous relationship.

Some latest on-set photos from "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" have uncovered a first look at Luke Evans as Bard the Bowman. Evans is seen filming a scene at a studio where he's attached to a wire and flown above what seems to be a rooftop. Sporting long hair, the Welsh actor is clad in a thick coat and rocking a quiver filled with arrows on his back.

For those who are unfamiliar with Bard the Bowman, the character is described as a "grim faced" skilled archer and the heir of Girion in J.R.R. Tolkien's book. A guardsman of Esgaroth, he's also known for his ability to predict floods and poisoned fish. Bard slays the dragon Smaug with the Black Arrow and later leads the Men of Esgaroth at the Battle of Five Armies and is crowned king of the re-founded Dale.

After breaking record sales last week, Taylor Swift's newest album "Red" still stays atop the Billboard 200 chart in its second week as it pulls in sales of 344,000 more copies. The number adds to the album's already impressive selling number of 1.208 million copies, which is the largest sales for an album in its debut week since 2002.

"Red" also becomes the second-biggest selling record of the year with 1.553 million sold so far and pushes One Direction's "Up All Night" to third spot with 1.331 million in total sales. Still ruling as 2012's biggest seller, however, is Adele's "21" with 4.132 million.

Emily Maynard pours cold water on the swirling rumors that she's dating NASCAR driver Jason White after breaking up with Jef Holm. "The Bachelorette" star denies the hookup reports on her Twitter, insisting that they are just friends.

The dating rumors surfaced after Emily and Jason were spotted embracing each other in a live concert. "Absolutely NOT!" she exclaims, adding that their relationship is strictly platonic. "He's been one of my good friends forever! Still totally single sorry :(."

Long-running series "Burn Notice" will stay on USA Network for another season. The cable network has ordered 13 episodes for a seventh season of the Jeffrey Donovan-starring show, bringing the action drama show to 100 episodes in total.

"Burn Notice is like a fine wine that gets better with age," USA Network co-presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel say in a statement when announcing the renewal. "Delivering high-octane action, gripping drama and nearly 7 million viewers for the mid-season finale, this veteran series is a proven staple of our portfolio."

Michael Bay seems to have changed his mind about casting Mark Wahlberg for "Transformers 4". After brushing off reports that he was considering his "Pain and Gain" actor to lead the next "Transformers" movie, Bay now indicates that he has a change of heart thanks to the internet chatter.

"I squashed a rumor that was on the internet last week. It was about Mark Walhberg," so Bay writes on his personal website. "Mark was rumored to be staring in Transformers 4. We are working on another movie together, not T4."

Ariel Winter's mom Chrisoula Workman denies any wrongdoings in response to allegations that she physically and emotionally abused her 14-year-old actress daughter. "It's all untrue, it's all untrue," the mother tells PEOPLE.

"I have my doctor's letter that my daughter's never been abused," Chris continues. "I have stylists' letters that she's never been abused." She's in the middle of hiring a lawyer to fight back the claim in a hearing set for November 20.

More high-octane scenes are exposed in the newly-released final trailer for "The Last Stand". In it, Arnold Schwarzenegger is featured going all-out to fight a smart criminal despite the fact that he's just an old sheriff. "How are you sheriff?" ask a man, to which Arnie answers, "Old," as he gets knocked down to the floor at one point.

After leaving his LAPD narcotics post following a bungled operation that left him wracked with remorse and regret, Arnie's Sheriff Ray Owens moved out of Los Angeles and settled into a life fighting what little crime takes place in sleepy border town Sommerton Junction.

NBC News was the most-watched cable television network on 2012 election night. Its presidential election coverage hosted by Brian Williams on Tuesday, November 6 at 8-11 P.M. drew over 12.1 million total viewers and 5.8 million viewers aged 25-54.

NBC News, which was the first to call the race for President Barack Obama, beat FOX News which placed second with 11.15 million viewers. ABC was third with 10.5 million total viewers, followed by CNN and CBS with 9.25 million and 7.9 million respectively.

Mariah Carey rejoices at Barack Obama's victory at the re-election by releasing a new song "Bring It on Home". The song had actually been performed by Carey at a fundraiser for Obama's campaign last summer but the recorded version has just been unveiled.

"Bring It on Home" is a self-penned song which Carey worked on with producer Jermaine Dupri. "New Mariah Carey song, she specifically wrote for Obama, btw this is the real version," Dupri tweeted. It is yet known whether the song will be released commercially.
