In another sneak peek, Jessica coincidentally meets Jason in Merlotte's as they have an appointment with someone else. It seems that Hoyt arranges their meeting since he is also seen walking into the bar.

"The gay community here, and all around the world, have the same rights, to be treated with dignity, with respect, with tolerance, with compassion, with love," she told the crowds. She also made reference to Martin Luther King Jr. who fought for the African-American rights.

Words run rampant that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going to get married this weekend. The engaged couple, who are parents to six children, spark such rumor after it is learned that they are organizing a big gathering for family and friends in their Chateau Miraval vacation home in south France.

Brad's mother Jane and father Bill are among the guests who have arrived at the Chateau. Top jeweler Robert Procop, who created Angelina's engagement ring, is in the guest list as well. Brad's best friend George Clooney, who stays in his own home in Italy, is also expected to attend the party.

'Last Man Standing' Recasts Tim Allen's Eldest Daughter and More Characters

"Last Man Standing" will feature several new faces when it returns for its sophomore season. According to Entertainment Weekly, showrunner Tim Doyle has decided to recast some characters, including Kristin Beth Baxter.

Originally portrayed by Alexandra Krosney, the eldest daughter of Tim Allen's Mike Baxter will next be played by Amanda Fuller, who recently guest starred on "Grey's Anatomy". Flynn Morrison will also join the cast as the 5-year-old son of Kristin, Boyd, who was previously portrayed by toddler twins Luke and Evan Kruntchev.

Eminem credited his devotees for helping him battle an addiction to prescription drugs. In a concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom Thursday night, August 9, he dedicated his self-motivated song "Not Afraid" to others who've gone through the same ordeals.

The Slim Shady told the crowd that he "wouldn't have gotten out of that dark place without y'all." He then delivered his No. 1 single from his 2010 critically-acclaimed album "Recovery" as an ode "to anybody tonight who's been through personal struggles."

Fresh off his screenwriting gig in "Rock of Ages", Justin Theroux has landed a new movie project. This time around, the boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston is set to not just write the script but also serve as the director for an upcoming comedy called "Swear to God".

According to Deadline, Theroux will direct Will Ferrell and Steve Carell for the upcoming film, which is skedded to get into production in July 2013. Developed at Warner Bros. Pictures, the comedy project is produced by Ferrell and Adam McKay's Gary Sanchez Production.

Four Lana Del Rey Tracks off 'Born to Die' Reissue Leak

Four never-before-heard tracks by Lana Del Rey have just surfaced online. They are "Serial Killer", "Summer of Sam", "Ooh Baby" and "Ghetto Baby" which are expected to be featured in the "Paradise" version of her album "Born to Die".

"Serial Killer" is a percussive, beat-driven and dramatic track, while "Summer of Sam" is a bouncy track with a hip-hop beat. Del Rey shows her sexy side and sings a bit more nasally than usual in "Ooh Baby", and offers her own take on the song she wrote for Cheryl Cole in "Ghetto Baby".

Whitney Houston Remembered by Daughter Bobbi Kristina With New Tattoo

On August 9 that would have been Whitney Houston's 49th birthday, her daughter Bobbi Kristina got a new tattoo to remember her. She got "WH" surrounded by four little birds inked on the inside of her right wrist. "The doves have a spiritual connotation, flying free I suppose," said Inksomnia owner Mike Cummings who tattooed her.

Bobbi went to the tattoo parlor in Alpharetta, Georgia with Nick Gordon, her adoptive brother who now becomes her boyfriend. He got the same tattoo on his wrist to match hers. He tweeted, "Happy Birthday Mom You will be forever missed." She wrote, "Now your truly ALWAYS with us mommy (: we love you @nickdgordon always&forever{<3}."

Closer to the U.S. release of "The Bourne Legacy", lead actor Jeremy Renner took some time to share his unforgettable experience when shooting the high-octane actioner. The "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" actor recalled one intense chase scene where he and Rachel Weisz stormed the streets in Philippines on a motorbike.

"I'm happy that I didn't get injured," Renner told MTV News about the making of the 45-minute action sequence. "I'm pretty proud of that, because I did a lot of work to not get injured." Director Tony Gilroy elaborated further that the said scene was very dangerous since Renner was not allowed to use many of the tricks from modern action movies.

Rick Springfield Given 3-Year Probation After Pleading No Contest in DUI Case

Rick Springfield settled his DUI case, more than a year after he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The 62-year-old rocker agreed to plead no contest to reckless driving in exchange for his DUI charge to be dropped.

The "Jessie's Girl" hitmaker escaped jail time, but he was sentenced to a three-year probation, ordered to attend a three-month alcohol education course, and demanded to pay a fine as part of the deal. A progress hearing is scheduled in February 2013.

Beastie Boys File Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Against Monster Energy

Beastie Boys slam Monster Energy for using portions of their hit singles in a promotional ad without their consent. Michael "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz and the Estate of late Adam "MCA" Yauch demand retraction and seek unspecified damages for the unlicensed music.

In the lawsuit, the group believe the ad created for Monster Energy's 2012 Ruckus in the Rockies event "comprised substantially of excerpts from the Beastie Boys Sound Recordings and the Beastie Boys Musical Compositions totaling more than three minutes in duration."

TLC has seemingly found a new hit series in "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo". The reality show featuring "Toddlers & Tiaras" star Alana Thompson debuted to a total of 2.2 million viewers on Wednesday, August 8.

In the women 25-54/18-49/18-34 demo, the show was ranked No. 1 among other original shows on all ad-supported cable. It also placed second in the adults 18-49 demo with a 0.8 rating. "Dallas" season finale won the night in the coveted demo with a 1.3 rating.

A day after Lionsgate Films announced that Bruno Gunn has been cast as Brutus, the studio now confirms that it has hired the perfect actor to play Gloss of the District 1. The chosen thesp is Alan Ritchson, who recently starred on CBS' comedy pilot "Super Fun Night".

A former Career tribute from District 1, Gloss is competing in the Quarter Quell alongside his sister Cashmere. The brother-sister duo is described as twenty-something in the Suzanne Collins book. The siblings are killed by Katniss Everdeen and Johanna Mason on Day 2 of the Third Quarter Quell.

"Snooki & JWoww" has not found a location for the filming of its sophomore season. 495 Productions, which produces the MTV reality series, made a request to two New Jersey towns to shoot the show, but none of them gave a permission for the production.

The Point Pleasant Beach Council unanimously voted against the request, the Asbury Park Press reported. "It's not what we need at this point," a Point Pleasant Councilman said about their consideration for not allowing the show to film there.

Amy Winehouse's Ex Blake Fielder-Civil on Life Support After Booze Binge

Amy Winehouse's former husband Blake Fielder-Civil was rushed to hospital and placed on life support after having a booze session with a friend. The 30-year-old suffered multiple organ failure and was placed in a medically-induced coma. "Terrible news about Blake this morning. Remember Amy loved him. Let's pray for his recovery," Amy's father Mitch tweeted.

Blake was found by his girlfriend Sarah Aspin choking on his own vomit in his bed Friday morning, August 10 in West Yorkshire, England. "I went to get up and heard a horrid scratching and grating breathing sound. I looked round and saw Blake lying there completely gray," she told The Sun.
