A little bit more than a year after debuting "Brendan's Death Song", have dropped a music video for the single. Staying true to the song's theme, the band once again pay homage to their longtime friend Brendan Mullen, who helped give birth to not only RHCP, but also the likes of The Go-Go's, X, The Weirdos and The Germs.
In the visuals shot in New Orleans under the direction of Marc Klasfeld, frontman Anthony Kiedis and his band mates are seen blending with a group of people, who attend a jazz funeral, and playing the song on the street. Despite the gloomy set, the four-piece group still deliver an energetic performance with a fiery backdrop toward the end of the clip.
