People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" for 2005, Matthew McConaughey, is ready to settle down. The star of upcoming film "Magic Mike" has proposed to longtime girlfriend and mother of his children, Camila Alves.

McConaughey popped the question just in time for Christmas. He posted the news of their engagement on Twitter and included a photo of them kissing. "Just asked Camila to marry me," he wrote on Sunday, December 25. "Merry Christmas."

Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife Maria Shriver is having a second thought about divorcing the former Californian government. Shriver, according to TMZ, is telling her friends that she doesn't want a divorce because her religious beliefs do not condone it.

Shriver, a devout Roman Catholic, filed the divorce on July 7, citing "irreconcilable differences", after she found out that the actor has a lovechild with their long-time housekeeper. Although she kept the separation civil, Shriver moved out of their marital house and has bought a $10 million mansion in Brentwood, CA, which is still under renovation.

Cheryl Burke has an advice for those who want to stay in shape during the holiday season. Acknowledging that there are many challenges to keep fit over the holidays, the two-time winner of "Dancing with the Stars" reminded others that "it's all about doing something fun, whether it's an outdoor activity or yoga."

Met by PEOPLE at a New York City event for Macy's activewear line Ideology, the 27-year-old pro-dancer said, "For me, Jazzercize works amazing. If you don't have time, just run on a treadmill. It makes you want to eat better." She added, "If you really care about your body, then your mind starts to work better. So it's important that it all stays balanced."

Fans of Stieg Larsson's thriller trilogy "The Millennium Series" might have noticed that there are some significant differences in "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)" story compared to the original book. Admitting that he did make several changes in the film's storyline, screenwriter Steven Zaillian explained that he had to give a little streamline to make the movie "watchable" because the book is too long.

"I think there were probably about a hundred pages setting everything up, in terms of Blomkvist and his situation," he told Entertainment Weekly. "There's probably another 50 or 60 pages of [Larsson] doing the same thing with Salander. Those things obviously had to go."

Rita Wilson will be making a return to "The Good Wife". On Christmas Day, the wife of actor Tom Hanks revealed on Twitter that she will reprise her role as Viola Walsh on the series. "FYI for 'The Good Wife' fans...I will be coming back this season as Viola Walsh," so she wrote. "The B***h is Back!"

Wilson has appeared twice on the CBS legal drama during its second season. In her last appearance as Viola on the "Great Firewall" episode, she ended her friendship with Diane Lockhart and offered Alicia Florrick a job at her firm. It is still unclear whether Viola will return to the third season to check up on her offer to Alicia.

After being leaked on the web in its low-quality version a while ago, Sean Kingston and Nicki Minaj's new song "Born to be Wild" finally came out in its full, untagged version. The catchy track samples "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" popularized by doo-wop group The Tokens in 1961, and is expected to appear in Sean's upcoming studio album.

"I was just a player in the game of love/ Till she came and turned mi tables around," the Jamaican-American singer kicks in the track. Tami Roman has another legal trouble brewing against her. A little more than a week after she was sued by a former manager for refusing to pay for his services, the "Basketball Wives" star is being slapped with a $500,000 lawsuit by a woman named Constance Corleone over hair extensions.

According to TMZ, Corleone owns an extension line called Bella Dream Hair. In her lawsuit, the woman claimed Roman requested to try out her product through her representative last September. She further said that Roman later launched her own extension line under the name of Curls By Roman, and used her products when advertising the line.

A new clip for "Joyful Noise" has been released by Warner Bros. Pictures. The snippet presents the scene in which Jeremy Jordan's Randy Garrity comes to Queen Latifah's Vi Rose Hill and tells her he wants to join her choir group, but Vi is quick to say no and sticks to her decision although her team try to convince her to decide otherwise.

In this musical comedy, Vi Rose Hill and G.G. Sparrow are forced to work together in their attempt in saving a small town Gospel Choir after budget cuts threaten to shut them down. With the help from G.G.'s grandson Randy and Vi's daughter Olivia (Keke Palmer), they must work hard to win the grand prize of a national choir competition.

Taylor Swift is celebrating Christmas by scoring another No. 1 single. The country music beauty tops iTunes Songs chart with her latest single "Safe & Sound", which features The Civil Wars and serves as a soundtrack for highly-anticipated movie "The Hunger Games".

Re-tweeting the Civil Wars's tweet which informed people about the No. 1 single, the 21-year-old singer/songwriter quickly wrote a thank-you note to her fans. "I'm also counting this as another beautiful Christmas gift.. Thank you for making 'Safe & Sound' the #1 song," she enthused.

Nicole Scherzinger sparked rumor that she might leave "The X Factor (US)" in a recent interview. The former lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls revealed that in 2012, she's going to focus more on her music, something that she had no time to do this year due to her tight schedule as a judge on the singing competition.

Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first official image for Steven Soderbergh's male stripper dramedy "Magic Mike". The fresh photo features Alex Pettyfer, Channing Tatum, Joe Manganiello and Matthew McConaughey. While the first three three show off their guns in sleeveless white shirts and army pants, McConaughey flaunts his ripped abs by going shirtless.

In the movie, Tatum plays Mike Martingano who takes a young dancer called the Kid under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women and making easy money. Pettyfer tackles the part of the Kid, while Manganiello and McConaughey play Big Dick Richie and the veteran Dallas respectively.

"Pretty Little Liars" will return with the second half of season 2 on January 2, 2012, but with all that have happened to them, the Liars are not on good terms with one another. When met at an event recently, two of the series' main cast, Troian Bellisario and Shay Mitchell, addressed the situation.

Bellisario shared to TV Guide, "The girls have formed this schism, especially between Spencer and Emily. They have two very different ideas of how to approach what A has done to them." Mitchell, meanwhile, noted that Emily is standing up to the girls. "Emily has gained so much confidence," she explained. "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" successfully tops the North American box office on this Christmas holiday weekend. The Tom Cruise-starring action movie rakes in $29.5 million for a total domestic cume of $59 million since its December 16 release date.

Last week chart-topper, "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows", secures the second place this week with approximately $17.8 million, dropping 55.1% from last week. The sequel to 2009's "Sherlock Holmes" collects a total cume of $76.5 million after two weeks playing in cinemas.

Hot on heels of Lady GaGa's announcement that she's going to release one of her unreleased songs from "Born This Way" on Christmas Day, two of her never-heard-before tracks hit the web over the weekend. One is called "Take You Out", while the other is entitled "Stuck on F**kin' You".

Commenting on the former track, the Mother Monster tweeted, "The track that leaked yesterday is NOT the Born This Way B-Side I will release at midnight tonight NY time." She added, "So funny 'Take You Out' a song I wrote in 2008 leaked. I wrote it for an artist to sing as the World Cup song! Maybe they'll use it now! :)."

Words on the streets are, Dido has become a mother to a baby boy for a few months now. According to the Daily Mail, the "White Flag" hitmaker gave birth to her first son with husband Rohan Gavin, a writer she married quietly in 2010, at the Portland Hospital in central London back in July.

Other details surrounding the baby boy's birth were still kept under tight wraps, but the British tabloid claimed that the British singer, who turned 40 on Christmas Day, named her son Stanley. The given name has been assumed to be an ode to Eminem's hit song, "Stan", that helped launch her career.
