"Drop Dead Diva" is going to stay alive for at least another year. Lifetime has renewed the drama series for a fourth season consisting of another 13 episodes which will premiere sometime next year, so the network announced on Thursday, September 22.

"Drop Dead Diva is a signature series for Lifetime that continues to resonate with audiences with its heart and humor," Lifetime Networks' President and General Manager, Nancy Dubuc, said in a statement about the show which has averaged 2.3 million viewers this season. The Milo Boyd of "The Bounty Hunter", however, quickly clarified his claim by assuring,"It was a shell, but it sounds better to get shot." Summit Entertainment has debuted the first trailer for "Man on a Ledge" via Yahoo! Movies. In it, the lead actor Sam Worthington is seen stealing people's attention by standing on a window ledge of a tall building in New York City. He is seen attempting to commit a suicide, while at the same time his brother is involved in a massive diamond heist.

Earlier before the fresh trailer arrives, a poster for the movie has also been made available online. The one-sheet sees Worthington's character from the upper angle, standing tall alone on the ledge with a crowd of people gathering under the building. It has a tagline that reads, "You Can Only Push an Innocent Man so Far".

Highly-promoted new reality show "The X Factor (US)" failed to deliver excellent ratings. The premiere episode which aired Wednesday, September 21 on FOX only drew 12.5 million viewers and 8.7 household rating, with a 4.4 rating in 18-49 demo.

Posting far below the expected 20 million viewer rating, the singing competition created by Simon Cowell only garnered audience less than a half of the number "American Idol" season 10 premiere earned in January (26.2 million, 9.7 in demo). The British music mogul previously revealed his goal to beat "Idol" with such huge tally, admitting that anything below 20 million viewers would be a "disappointment."

After naked photos of hers made their rounds online, Scarlett Johansson issued legal threat against a number of websites to refrain them from publishing the revealing pictures. The cease and desist letter, however, didn't seem to discourage an artist from planning to plaster the images in the streets in the name of art.

While Chris Hemsworth is currently still busy filming "The Avengers", Marvel Studios has already planned a storyline for him in "Thor 2". Kevin Feige, the president of the company, has unveiled to Entertainment Weekly that the sequel would "take Thor literally to other world."

Beyonce Knowles has revealed how she came up with the idea to announce her pregnancy at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, which was held in August. Speaking to Jill Martin of Access Hollywood, the "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" hitmaker spilled, "You know, I dreamt it, actually."

"There were so many rumors about me being pregnant every three months for the past couple of years - I thought the best way and classiest way was to just show it," the 30-year-old singer explained further. "And my husband and I have been together for 10 years, so I guess people felt a part of it and it makes me feel really good."

Klaus and Stefan are going nostalgic in the upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries". The former takes the latter to Chicago to bring back memories of the good old ripper days. Also there, Stefan is reunited with a vampire who hasn't really moved on from her interest in him decades earlier.

In a flashback to Chicago in the 1920s, Stefan comes face-to-face with a shocking chapter from his wild past. After Damon gets a tip on Stefan and Klaus' whereabouts from an unexpected source, he and Elena follow their trail although their last plan to find Stefan did not work well.

First official photo of Tim Burton's supernatural drama "Dark Shadows" has arrived. Presented by Entertainment Weekly, the image features Johnny Depp's Barnabas Collins standing tall in the middle other cast members in a Gothic chamber.

Burton explained that the cast picture is actually inspired by the original image of ABC's 1960s soap opera of the same title. "I remember seeing a group photograph of the cast of the original series. For me it captured the weird 'Dark Shadows' vibe in a single image," he said.

Jonah Hill has a beef with Matthew Morrison. The 27-year-old comedian stopped by "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" on Wednesday, September 21 to promote his new movie "Moneyball", and used the occasion to share the not-so-friendly encounters he had with the "Glee" star.

The first single from "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I" soundtrack album has finally been revealed. Unlike the previous "Twilight Saga" theme song compilations which were led by songs crafted by bands, this upcoming one will feature new music from a solo artist on the lead.

Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Bruno Mars is chosen to sing the first offering. Titled "It Will Rain", the single will be available worldwide on iTunes on September 27, and in the U.K. on October 31. "Remember that song I told yall I finished? Well its called It Will Rain #ComingSoon," so he tweeted.

Kiefer Sutherland is going to return to FOX with a new series "Touch". The network has officially ordered 13 episodes of the drama project which follows the Jack Bauer depicter as a widower and a single father to a mute 11-year-old boy, who communicates through numbers and has the ability to predict events before they happen.

Another ambitious series from "Heroes" creator Tim Kring, "Touch" is described as a "distinct and colorful drama in which science and spirituality intersect." FOX has planned a 2012 spring premiere for the drama series.

Lady GaGa is heartbroken after a 14-year-old boy who got bullied for his sexuality decided to take his own life. A fan of the singer, Jamey Rodemeyer said in "It Gets Better" video back in May, "She makes me so happy. She lets me know that I was born this way. And that's my advice to you from her: You were born this way. All you have to do is hold your head up and you'll go far."

Although his spirit was lifted back then, the boy from Buffalo could no longer hold it together. Rodemeyer's parents found his body on Sunday, September 18 outside their home. "The past days I've spent reflecting, crying, and yelling," GaGa tweeted. "I have so much anger. It is hard to feel love when cruelty takes someone's life."
