The land reportedly fell into foreclosure after the star allegedly failed to keep up with mortgage payments and the local Carver County Sheriff's Office scheduled an auction to sell it off to pay the alleged $368,000 (GBP230,000) mortgage bill, according to Minneapolis' StarTribune. A foreclosure notice is said to have been posted in a local newspaper.

Incarcerated rapper Max B is hoping he will be released from prison later this year now he has filed an appeal against his 75-year jail sentence. The hip-hop star, real name Charly Wingate, was jailed in 2009 after he was found guilty of murdering David Taylor during a botched hotel robbery in 2006.

A 'Free Max B Campaign' was subsequently launched to raise money to fund an appeal. The rapper has now completed the necessary paperwork for the appeal to move forward - and Wingate is confident he will walk free as soon as the files are processed.

Pia Toscano's debut album might come out before the champ of "American Idol" season 10 drops his/her own record, according to executive producer Ken Warwick. He said that if it indeed comes out sooner rather than later, he's adamant the record would not jeopardize the success of the upcoming winner.

"Another Earth", a drama movie which won Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize at 2011 Sundance Film Festival, has got its first trailer. It begins with the discovery of a duplicate Earth, and moves to introduce its main characters, Rhoda Williams and John Burroughs, whose lives become irrevocably intertwined due to a tragic accident.

Brit Marling plays Rhoda, a bright young woman who is accepted into MIT's astrophysics program and aspires to explore the cosmos. Meanwhile, William Mapother portrays John, a brilliant composer who has just reached the pinnacle of his profession and is about to have a second child.

The last time "Weeds" fans saw of Nancy Botwin, she was confessing to the murder of Pilar. Actor Taylor Kitsch has been inspired to take photography seriously after portraying renowned combat snapper Kevin Carter in hard-hitting new movie "The Bang Bang Club". Sugarland have just debuted a music video for their latest single "Tonight". Columbia Pictures lets audience have a sneak peek of "30 Minutes or Less", a comedy which binds together Jesse Eisenberg, Aziz Ansari, Danny McBride and Nick Swardson. The red band and first trailer of the movie excludes the euphemism but does not include alarming nude scenes.

Nick (Eisenberg) is a small town pizza delivery guy whose mundane life collides with the big plans of two wanna-be criminal masterminds (McBride, Swardson). The volatile duo kidnaps Nick and forces him to rob a bank. With mere hours to pull off the impossible task, Nick enlists the help of his ex-best friend, Chet (Ansari). As the clock ticks, the two must deal with the police, hired assassins, flamethrowers, and their own tumultuous relationship.

Something that will chronicle the hours leading up to the next full moon will occur in the next episode of "The Vampire Diaries". As "Thor" U.S. release comes closer, Marvel unleashed a special viral video for the upcoming movie about the God of Thunder. Titled "Little Thor", the video spoofs the famous Volkswagen ad which led Little Darth Vader to become an internet sensation after the commercial was premiered on Super Bowl earlier this year.

Armed with a big hammer and dressed in his superhero costume, Little Thor goes through the same scenes as fellow Little Vader. He wanders around the house, trying to unleash his lighting power to strike the washing machine, the dog and the doll. Frustrated by the fact that nothing happens with his objects of experiment, Little Thor then tries it out on his father's car.

Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas are taking a vacation together in Hawaii, and give their fans a special treat. On Wednesday, April 20, the two-third of the Jonas Brothers played football on the beach in the Aloha State shirtless. Photo of the two flaunting their toned torsos and bulging biceps soon made it online.

"American Idol" is wilted down from 7 to 6 and the unlucky one was Stefano Langone. His elimination means another week for Jacob Lusk who surprisingly landed at the bottom two despite his moving performance of "Dance with My Father" on Wednesday.

It was Stefano's fourth time in the bottom three position. But it has become more and more apparent this season that a good performance does not mean a safe place in the competition. It's official, Jane Krakowski has become a proud mother to a baby boy. The actress playing Jenna Maroney on "30 Rock" has given birth to her first son with clothing designer fiance Robert Godley on Wednesday, April 13 in New York City. Her representative recently confirmed the happy news to Us Weekly.

"Jane Krakowski and Robert Godley are thrilled to announce the arrival of their baby boy, Bennett Robert Godley, born Wednesday, April 13, in New York," announced the rep in a statement, before offering more details, "Bennett, the first child for both Jane and Robert, weighed 7 lbs 12 ounces and is sporting blond hair just like his mom!"

The judge will also permit portions of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson's final concert rehearsal footage to be viewed in court, as requested by a District Attorney earlier this week.

Avenged Sevenfold's frontman M. Shadows beat Ozzy Osbourne and Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson to claim Best Vocalist, while Synyster Gates and Zacky Vengeance were named joint winners for Best Guitarist.

Former bandmate Mike Portnoy, who was temporarily drafted in to replace tragic %Jimmy 'The Rev' also triumphed by taking the Best Drummer title.
