Tom Hardy has spoken up about his role in "The Dark Knight Rises" when appearing on British talk show "Alan Carr: Chatty Man". And good news for fans who are not into the way the villainous character looked in "Batman & Robin", the "Inception" star has stated that his version will be significantly different from the one in the 1997 film.

"Have you seen Joel Schumacher's 'Batman & Robin'? Doesn't look very menacing, does he?" Hardy starts his explanation with rhetoric questions. "Christopher Nolan will revisit the character so I wouldn't go by that at all." Asked further if he would wear Bane's mask in the film, he jokingly answers, "Only if I feel like it!"

"Being Human" viewers will get to see Josh's parents in the next episode. Emily and Josh return to their parents' house only to be joined by Aidan on the dinner table.

"You're going to see Josh eventually confront his family, in what is a really, really exciting episode," said show runner Jeremy Carver. Neil has now spoken out about the sentence and accepts his punishment "is what it is", although he insists it is "a little harsh". But I did it."

Actress-turned-fashion mogul Mary-Kate Olsen has gone public with the new man in her life - sneaker designer Seth Campbell. Actor Andy Garcia "almost died" when he was a youngster after he was knocked unconscious during a surfing accident. The "Ocean's Eleven" star had paddled out to sea to ride the waves when he was hit in the face with a board and passed out.

Garcia is amazed he survived because he was stranded in the middle of the ocean - but the incident was so traumatic, he hasn't been surfing since. He tells Total Film magazine, "You know what, I actually almost died surfing when I was a kid. I was 11 or 12 and I was hit by a board in the face."

Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z has won the latest round in an ongoing legal battle over the name of a restaurant in England. The rapper filed suit against celebrity chef Terry Miller five years ago over the name of his Rockafella restaurant in Newcastle, claiming the title would lead to confusion with his Roc-A-Fella Records music empire.

A judge ruled in Miller's favor and last year, he was granted the U.K. trademark for the restaurant and food-branding name Rockafella, while Jay-Z was ordered to pay the cook's legal costs. But the "99 Problems" hitmaker appealed the decision and was handed victory during a hearing in London on Monday, February 21.

Minnie Driver will be fighting crime in CBS drama pilot "Hail Mary" which recently saw "The L Word" creator Ilene Chaiken joining as the executive producer. Driver will take the lead role as a single mom who teams up with a hustler to solve crimes as private investigators.

"Hail Mary" will be shot in Atlanta under the creative direction of Brad Siberling and using the script from Jeff Wadlow. In the production team, Chaiken joins forces with Joel Silver.

"Star Blazers" is going to hit big screen. Skydance Productions is currently negotiating a deal to turn the animated sci-fi TV series into a live-action feature film, Deadline Hollywood says. David Ellison, Christopher McQuarrie and Josh C. Kline are set to produce the upcoming film project.

The site further reports Christopher McQuarrie will be hired to pen the script for the movie adaptation. The Academy Award-winning writer has previously penned "The Way of the Gun" and "Valkyrie". In the filming, "they give a little video has real life paint splattering in it, made by building a plexi glass box around the camera and filling water balloons with paint, and them throwing them at the glass in order to make them burst." Christopher Nolan's sci-fi thriller "Inception" has picked up more honors in the run-up to the Oscars, scooping two prizes at the Motion Picture Sound Editors Golden Reel Awards on Sunday, February 20.

The Academy Award-nominated film, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio, was recognized for best sound editing in the categories of sound effects & foley and music in a feature film. The actor was photographed cuddling up to the "Perfect Couples" star as they watched the New York Rangers take on the Philadelphia Flyers at Madison Square Garden in the Big Apple.
