The camera lenses follow Derek, Owen, Mark & Callie as they ambitiously perform a rare arm transplant surgery, Meredith helps Cristina put on a brave face for the cameras, and Bailey's patient, Mary, returns for her surgery which marks the first time they've all seen of each other since that fateful day.

Lindsay Lohan now can have a better night rest compared to the one she had in rehabilitation center. According to TMZ, the 24-year-old troubled actress left the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California on Thursday night, October 21 after spending 24 days in the facility.

Lindsay checked herself into the sober living house on September 27 after failing her court-ordered drug tests. The "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" star is due to face L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox on Friday, October 22 at 8:30 A.M.

Almost at the same time when Black Eyed Peas' new single "The Time (The Dirty Bit)" is debuted, a cover art of their upcoming album "The Beginning" is unleashed. It features the four members of the group, will.i.am, Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie, apl.de.ap and Taboo, in an animated picture which is seemingly inspired by video game.

The artwork coming out via Hip Hop MVP is most likely aimed at representing what they want to achieve in this album, which is "pushing new sounds and technology." will.i.am wrote on his DipDive blog, "I am so excited about our new album...the album comes out nov. 30th...The beginning is our departure to the new...I cant wait till you experience all that we have been cooking up..."

From the development of "Total Recall" remake, three names have surfaced as the possible depicter of a main character which was tackled by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1990 movie. The Hollywood Reporter reports that Colin Farrell, Michael Fassbender and Tom Hardy are among the shortlist with Farrell as the top choice.

The original film, based on Philip K. Dick's story "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale", follows a man haunted by a recurring dream of journeying to Mars who buys a literal dream vacation from a company called Rekall Inc., which sells implanted memories. The man comes to believe he is a secret agent and ends up on a Martian colony, where he fights to overthrow a despotic ruler controlling the production of air.

Rap veteran Bun B is turning teacher to school university students in his native Texas about hip-hop and religion. The UGK legend will take charge of a course at Houston's Rice University next spring, and he's already got an action plan in place should wannabe rappers try to slip him their demo tapes during class.

He tells XXL magazine, "If they're coming into the course specifically to give me a demo... that's a wrap on the first day. My plan was to out a (demo) box on the desk, and the box is going to stay there and everybody stays there until the course if over. Nobody gets to listen to (any demos) until the course is over."

U2 have recruited Gnarls Barkley star Danger Mouse to produce their next album. Frontman Bono tells fans the new release could be out early in 2011, because "it's just happening so easily".

"We have about 12 songs with him," Bono says. The album is tentatively titled "Songs of Ascent" and is just one of three albums the group is working on. They also working on new "club" album, which will feature collaborations with will.i.am and David Guetta, among others. Bono tells The Age, "U2's remixes in the 1990s were a real treasure. So we wanted to make a club-sounding record. We have a pile of songs."

For the first time ever, Lisa Marie Presley has finally agreed to open up about her ex-husband Michael Jackson after more than 15 months of his death. In a recent interview, which was recorded at her home in England, with Oprah Winfrey, Lisa admitted that she regretted she didn't try harder to save Michael.

"I know it's naive to think that I could've, but I wanted to," Lisa said on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" aired on Thursday, October 21. "Had I made a call, had I stopped being so shut off from him, had I just said 'How are you?' I really regret that I didn't." Lisa, however, believed Michael's death was inevitable, saying "I think that was a train heading in a certain direction that no one could have stopped. I've had to really get my head around that in order to stop the pain."

Irish music svengali Louis Walsh has laughed off persistent rumors entertainment mogul Simon Cowell is secretly gay, insisting he loves women too much. The live telecast of MTV European Music Awards is coming closer by day, and several big names have been added to the already star-studded line-up. Miley Cyrus, B.o.B and Paramore's Hayley Williams are recruited to perform at the November 7 event which will be held in Madrid, Spain.

This marks the first time Miley and B.o.B perform at the EMAs. The Disney star said, "I can't wait for the EMAs! It will be my first performance on this amazing show and the people of Madrid are going to be the best audience ever!" While it's still unknown what song which will be performed by Miley, the B.o.B set is already unraveled. The Atlanta rapper will be entertaining fans with his smash hit "Airplanes" with Hayley.

Country star Kellie Pickler had the thrill of her life during a recent appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show when Clint Eastwood dropped by to say hello. The singer was cooing about how much she adored the actor/director during a taping of Thursday, October 21's show when Eastwood strolled onto the set and embraced her.

Pickler could hardly contain herself, shrieking and jumping around the filmmaker. She then insisted her hero take her seat and sat on his lap, stating, "I don't want to break your leg, 'cos I'm heavy." Pickler also clasped Eastwood's hand to her chest, breathlessly telling him to "feel my heart".

A red band trailer for "I Love You Phillip Morris" has been made available for viewing pleasure to remind people of the upcoming U.S. release. Consolidated Pictures Group will distribute it in limited U.S. theaters on December 3 after they scrapped initial plans to drop it in April reportedly because of public's reaction to the film's sexual content.

Foundations hitmaker Nash has spoken out about the sad news and revealed Up inspired her to carve out a career in music, as well as helping her develop strong opinions as a woman. Laura Dern and her acting parents Bruce Dern and Diane Ladd will become the first family honored with separate stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on the same day to mark the famous Los Angeles landmark's 50th anniversary.

T.I.'s legal woes are mounting as he counts down to his latest prison term - he's facing a court battle with a concert promoter over his refusal to perform at a 'welcome home' party earlier this year. The "Live Your Life" hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., completed a sentence for weapons possession last December 2009 and signed a deal with Alabama promoter Carl D. Davis to throw a special bash celebrating his return home.

In legal papers filed on Monday, October 18, Davis claims he flew to the rapper's native Atlanta, Georgia and handed over an $80,000 fee to T.I.'s representatives to stage his first gig since his prison release. The event was due to be held at the Birmingham Jefferson Coliseum in May, but problems arose when the hip-hop star went on air and told a local radio DJ he would be hosting the party, but had no plans to perform.

Author L.J. Smith is getting richer for one more of her books is adapted into a TV series by The CW. Smith is the author of "The Vampire Diaries" book series and she also wrote the trilogy "Secret Circle" which will soon be seen coming to life.

Like "Vampire Diaries", the book also has female lead character and takes on a supernatural theme. It follows 16-year-old Cassie, who moves from California to live with her mom in New Salem and falls in love with a mysterious boy named Adam. This plot is almost similar to that of Stephanie Meyer's "Twilight" where teen Bella moves to Forks, Washington to live with her dad and falls in love with a 104-year-old vampire named Edward.

A leading Hindu statesman has taken aim at Playboy bosses over a racy new yoga video in which a naked Playmate shows off her bendy bod. Rajan Zed, the president of the Universal Society of Hinduism, tells WENN he and other top Hindus are upset over Playboy's use of yoga as erotica. In the online video, posted on Playboy.com, sexy model Sara Jean Underwood performs various yoga poses on a mat - totally naked.

Outraged Zed says, "Hindus are upset over what is the misuse of the age-old and revered system of yoga by Playboy for mercantile greed and we are urging the organisation to withdraw all its yoga-related products. Yoga is one of the six systems of orthodox Hindu philosophy and it is highly revered in Hinduism. It is actually a serious mental and physical discipline by means of which the human soul can unite with the universal soul."

Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder has been questioned by cops following her way to a courthouse in Orange County for a child custody hearing on Thursday, October 21. However, the porn star dealt with the police investigation not because of the custody matter but due to alleged assault to a snapper.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Janine was seen assaulting a paparazzi. It was all started when Janine headed to the court along with a female companion with several photographers following them through. However, things got nasty when one snapper got too close to her, leading the star lashing out at him and then throwing a hot coffee she was carrying over the paparazzi.

After making its way from one to another film festival in the U.S., "The King's Speech" has finally landed in England. The movie took part at the 54th BFI London Film Festival, being premiered at Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday, October 21.

U.S.' take on popular British TV series "Skins" is ready to launch with the release of a trailer on top of the January 2011 premiere. The trailer is sort of a shot-by-shot remake of the original pilot where Nicholas Hoult's Tony wakes up in the morning and starts making calls to his friends in preparation of a huge party.

In the MTV version, relatively new and young actors are cast. In Hoult's shoes as Tony is James Newman, red-haired Michelle is portrayed by Rachel Thevenard while Tony's best friend Sid is played by Daniel Flaherty but under the name Stanley. One distinctive difference between the original and the adaptation is they pick lesbians instead of gays.

Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has lost her fight against allowing cops to seize her computer as part of an investigation into extortion allegations. The "Braveheart" star and the Russian singer are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle over of their baby daughter Lucia, following their split earlier this year.

Grigorieva is also under a police investigation over allegations she attempted to extort money from Gibson in exchange for keeping private audio tapes of their shocking arguments out of the public domain. Lawyers working for Grigorieva asked a judge not to allow a recently issued search warrant to extend to her personal computer, insisting the device contained private snaps of her breastfeeding her baby daughter, as well as unreleased music tracks.

Music producer Rick Rubin has shed 130 pounds (58.9 kilograms) after embarking on a strict diet and workout regime. The 47 year old appears shirtless in the November issue of America's GQ magazine, showing off his newly fit frame as part of an interview with his latest collaborator, Kid Rock.

TV prankster-turned-actor Dax Shepard has teamed up with his "Punk'd" mentor Ashton Kutcher for his directorial debut. The "When in Rome" star has stepped behind the camera to make mockumentary "Brother's Justice", which chronicles his own desperate attempts to become a martial arts star.

The movie features Kutcher and Shepard's pals Tom Arnold and Bradley Cooper. The plot summary reads, "Together, they fight to realize Dax's true passion while facing rejection at every turn. With maniacal conviction, Dax journeys on a bizarre path that becomes increasingly nonsensical and destructive, all at the expense and exploitation of his personal and professional relationships."

Robert Downey Jr. fears he'd have hangars full of cars and antiques if he'd been as successful as he is now during his drug abuse hell in the 1990s. The "Iron Man" star has turned his life around following a series of drug-related arrests and rehab stints but admits his bad reputation in Hollywood saved him from becoming a spendthrift multimillionaire.

He tells Playboy magazine, "If I'd busted all the right moves, gotten on Antabuse (used to treat chronic addiction) or something, and done the stuff I'm doing now back then, I guarantee you I'd have a hangar filled with vintage this and that and maybe even a bronze of myself... a real squander-fest."

A lawyer for Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has hit out at her former bodyguard and branded him a "complete liar" amid allegations he was romantically involved with the Russian singer. Kristian Herzog was fired by Grigorieva in October after he was exposed as a convicted felon who had completed a jail term for firearms offenses in March and was on probation.

Grigorieva only became aware of the security guard's criminal background when Gibson obtained a restraining order against Herzog, banning him from being around their baby daughter Lucia. But Herzog, who was not made to sign a privacy agreement at the start of his employment, has since gone public with plans to release a book detailing claims he had an affair with Grigorieva following her split from the Hollywood actor. He has also alleged he's still in contact with the singer.

"Jack the Giant Killer", which has long been reported as Bryan Singer's next directorial film, has been green-lit by New Line Cinema, Deadline Hollywood reports. Now the man behind "Superman Returns" is reportedly looking for an actor to take the lead role.

According to the site, Aaron Johnson is circling the part and Singer has his eyes on him. Though so, the "Kick-Ass" actor has not landed the job as New Line is reportedly seeing a lot of other young actors as well. Previously, it was reported that Johnson and "The Social Network" actor Andrew Garfield met with Singer for the same role.

Despite repeatedly apologizing to Taylor Swift, Kanye West slams the country music singer once again. After publicly telling fans in last year's live television broadcast that she didn't deserve Best Female Video from Video Music Awards, now he says she was not good enough for a Grammy either.

Beside criticizing Swift, the outspoken rapper also hits three other Grammy-winning acts. In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, he stated, "Where's our instant replay clock? Why are the last four Albums of the Year: Taylor Swift, Dixie Chicks, Ray Charles and Herbie Hancock? Like, you know, with all due respect...that's inaccurate."

Simon Cowell is not opening his mouth yet over who would judge his U.S. version of "The X Factor". However, one interesting name came up during his chat with Terri Seymour of Extra although the producer did not confirm whether it's even a consideration.

"He [Justin Bieber] put himself forward to judge some of the episodes," Cowell said. He indeed had some calls from important people over the weeks. "We had a phone call from someone on the weekend, someone very well known who out of the blue wanted to be a judge on the show," Cowell revealed. "Literally out of the blue, and it's one of the most famous singers in the world."

Camilla Belle has really put ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas behind her following their split in July 2009. When recently asked about Joe and his current girlfriend Ashley Greene, the "Three Stories About Joan" actress simply said that she doesn't know the two of them.

Christina Aguilera is the latest musical guest added to the line-up of this year's American Music Awards. The singer will perform "Burlesque" soundtrack at the awards show which will be held on November 21, a few days before the movie is released in theaters across the country.

"Christina is known for her powerful and engaging performances," said AMAs producer Larry Klein. "We are looking forward to her 'Burlesque' number, which will showcase moments from one of the most anticipated films of the season."

Hip-hop mogul 50 Cent is expanding his acting resume - the rapper is set to star opposite Hollywood veterans Meg Ryan and John Lithgow in a new drama. Writer/director Chris Rossi has assembled the eclectic cast for "Lives of the Saints", a film about a group of Los Angelinos seeking redemption for past mistakes.

The picture, which also stars Joe Anderson and Kat Dennings, is scheduled to begin filming in Los Angeles on November 13, reports Variety.

Gospel singer Tye Tribbett suffered from such terrible depression during the breakdown of his marriage, he contemplated suicide "almost every day". Tribbett's relationship with his wife Shante became strained after he admitted to having an affair with a woman from his choir, Greater Anointing, in 2009.

The damage to their marriage was compounded when Shante sought revenge by cheating on Tribbett with another man, sending him spiraling into a deep depression. He tells the Associated Press, "I thought it was something that'll never happen. I saw infidelity with my mum and dad who was a pastor, which made them split. I told myself that I would never do that. So when it happened in my marriage, it was like 'Whoa.' God broke down my self-righteousness, my pride..."

Rock and blues legend Leon Russell defied medical odds after undergoing brain surgery in January this year. He was back in the studio days after the five-hour operation to record with Sir Elton John.

The 68-year-old singer/songwriter bounced back from surgery for a brain fluid leak and made a triumphant return to the stage weeks later at the 2010 Grammy Awards, where he performed with the Zac Brown Band. But the Rocket Man reveals Russell had been hard at work much sooner than the Grammys, recording tracks for the pair's new album "The Union".

R&B hunk Usher cheated on ex-girlfriend Rozonda Thomas aka Chilli after the TLC star rejected his proposal for marriage. The "Yeah!" singer dated Thomas for two years before they split in December 2003, amid rumors he had been unfaithful.

Thomas confirmed the claims during a radio interview two months later, telling an Atlanta, Georgia DJ, "Usher did the ultimate no-no to me... I will never be with him again, and that is that." Usher has since come clean about the allegations and admitted to cheating, but in a new interview with Vibe magazine, he insists he was driven into another woman's arms after Thomas turned down his offer to become his wife.

"Glee" star Lea Michele is putting off plans to follow her TV co-stars Matthew Morrison and Mark Salling into the music industry by releasing her own album, because she's not ready to make such a "big commitment". The singer/actress, who has shown off her powerful vocals on Broadway as well as on the hit TV musical, admits she would love to one day record a disc of her own songs, but she would need enough time to nurture the project from start to finish.

She tells Us Weekly, "I think it's definitely in my future, but that's a really big commitment. (Her 'Glee' character) Rachel's my baby, and making an album would be like taking care of another baby. And I'm not really ready to have another kid yet!"

Actress Bryce Dallas Howard is desperate to work with her father, director Ron Howard, but he insists she isn't ready to be cast in his films. The "Spider-Man 3" star has gone so far as to lobby her dad for a part in his latest project - but he refused to even let her audition.

She says, "I called him up the other day with my agent. I was pleading for an audition for a role in his next movie and he flat out turned me down and said that I wasn't ready."

"Cougar Town" actor Josh Hopkins was hurt and disgusted by the tabloid furore an innocent dinner date with Jennifer Aniston caused last month, because harsh rumors of a failed romance spread like "wildfire". The U.S. TV star befriended Aniston over the summer when she filmed a cameo for her best pal Courteney Cox's show and they reunited for a catch-up over a meal in September.

Gossips immediately claimed Hopkins had become Aniston's latest love interest - only for subsequent reports to allege he had dined and ditched the actress. But the intense media speculation was too much for Hopkins - and he's developed a real sympathy for Hollywood's biggest stars as a result of his own treatment in the tabloids.

Actor-turned-activist Nicolas Cage has called on the international community to put up a united fight against organized crime and do more to help victims of human trafficking. Cage, who was named a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador for Global Justice in 2009, spoke out at a conference aimed to boost support for a U.N. convention to curb organized crime in Vienna, Austria on Thursday, October 21.

The Oscar winner appealed to non-governmental organization executives, judges, prosecutors, doctors and religious leaders to work together to eradicate the "highly contagious" problem. He continued, "Organized crime is too big for communities or even states to confront on their own. States must work together... No part of the world is immune to trafficking and organized crime."

Days before she announced her split from music executive husband Jordan Bratman, Christina Aguilera was reportedly taken to hospital for face injuries due to fall and Radar Online has obtained a picture of the injury. The image shows the singer, who pulled her hat down over her eyes, had a cut just below her lip.

The photo also shows a bruise on Christina's right cheek as well as her swollen looks. An eyewitness told the site that Christina had "bumps and red bruises" as well as a bloodied lip. However, the site mentioned that much of the star's injuries was inside of her mouth which was not visible in the shot.

It seems that John Mayer has heard of Taylor Swift's song "Dear John" which is rumored to slam him over their brief fling. According to a friend of Mayer, the "Your Body Is a Wonderland" hitmaker is now thinking of revenge and Swift should be worried about that.

"She can bet that right now he is sitting in his apartment thinking of some witty way to respond," the source told PopEater. "Writing a response to 'Dear John' called 'Dear Taylor' would be too obvious, so expect something much bigger than that." The insider added, "Sure Taylor has a right to say whatever she wants but she needs to know she is playing with fire."

It looks like CBS has found its pace this Fall. Instead of announcing a casualty, the Eye revealed that all five of its freshman series, "Hawaii Five-0", "Mike & Molly", "$#*! My Dad Says", "The Defenders" and "Blue Bloods" have received a full season order.

"Everything has clicked so far this year - from development in January, to scheduling in May, to production over the summer, to marketing and publicity in the fall," said Nina Tassler, President, CBS Entertainment. Christina Aguilera has credited her family and friends with helping her through her painful split from husband Jordan Bratman, revealing there are days when she can't even "get out of bed". The singer announced her separation from Bratman last week and subsequently filed divorce papers in a bid to officially end the union.

Aguilera has now opened up about the breakdown of her marriage, admitting she has struggled in the aftermath of the split, but her loved ones have been invaluable in helping her cope. She tells Redbook, "It's not easy, and there have been a lot of tears and sadness. It's impossible to redefine yourself and your life overnight."

Taylor Swift is planning to celebrate her upcoming 21st birthday with a wintry Christmas-themed party. The country star will reach the milestone on December 13 and admits she is already making arrangements for the big day.

Swift reveals she wants the bash to be full of Christmas cheer to celebrate her love of all things festive. She tells MTV.com, "The plans for the 21st birthday probably are going to be winter-themed. I love winter. I love Christmas, and my birthday is December 13..."

Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first trailer for "Unknown (2011)" via Yahoo! Movies. It stars Liam Neeson as a man who wakes up after a car crash in Berlin to discover that his wife suddenly doesn't recognize him and another man has assumed his identity of Dr. Martin Harris.

Ignored by disbelieving authorities and hunted by mysterious assassins, Neeson's Harris begins to collect every piece of clues to get his identity back. Aided by an unlikely ally Gina, Harris plunges headlong into a deadly mystery that will force him to question his sanity, his identity, and just how far he's willing to go to uncover the truth.

Jennifer Lopez's two-year-old twins, Max and Emme, have made their modeling debut in a campaign for fashion house Gucci. Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony welcomed the tots in 2008 and now the youngsters have appeared with their mother in a new photoshoot for the brand's children's line.

The singer/actress is pictured walking on the beach with the twins in her arms in the shots and Lopez admits she is delighted with the results. She tells US Weekly, "It's the first time I have worked with my kids in that way. It was a totally special experience... I did a photo shoot when they were three weeks old, but now that they are two and a half, it's totally different!"

It turned out that New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush was still upset about Kim Kardashian dating Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin following their split in May. The "Rocket Man" admits he can empathize with Lohan, who has spent this year in and out of prison and rehab as she tries to get sober, but fears she may be taking the wrong approach to her treatment. Lohan is currently a patient at the Betty Ford clinic in California, but John is urging her to ditch rehab centers with "televisions and swimming pools" for a strict regime at the tough Hazelden clinic in Minnesota, where stars including Ozzy Osbourne, Eric Clapton, Liza Minnelli and Melanie Griffith have all received treatment.

Justin Bieber's mother has dismissed rumors the teenage pop star has fired his manager, branding the reports "absurd". The "Baby" hitmaker was said to have dismissed his longtime representative Scooter Braun, but Bieber's mum Pattie Mallette is adamant stories of a falling out aren't true.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Gabourey Sidibe are joining forces in the fight against sex trafficking - the actresses have signed up to lead a campaign to stamp out the illegal practice.

The two stars have been announced as the new faces of a scheme run by the Brooklyn District Attorney's office in New York City, which aims to raise awareness of the plight of women who are sold into prostitution. The pair will appear on flyers and posters to publicize a telephone hotline to help stop human trafficking, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Bruce Willis" is determined to continue his "Die Hard" franchise for two more films as he fears movie bosses will replace him if he quits. The Hollywood hardman reprised his role as tough cop John McClane in 2007 for the fourth installment in the series, and he recently confirmed work will soon start on a fifth movie.

Willis has now revealed he won't walk away from the action films, as studio bosses want to make at least two more and he is worried they will carry on without him if he pulls out. He tells Showbiz Spy, "In the next few years they could easily find a replacement for me or call the character someone else. But for me, I want to do Die Hard 5, then one final Die Hard movie - Die Hard 6 - before finally hanging that white vest up for good."

It seems that Mel Gibson won't easily get his first movie role after hit with personal problems involving ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. Just days after he was reported landing a cameo role in "The Hangover 2", director Todd Phillips has confirmed that the plan has been canceled.

"I thought Mel would have been great in the movie," Phillips said in a statement. "And I had the full backing of [Warner Bros. Pictures president] Jeff Robinov and his team. But I realize filmmaking is a collaborative effort, and this decision ultimately did not have the full support of my entire cast and crew."

The Slits frontwoman Ari Up has died at the age of 48. The punk pioneer passed away on Wednesday, October 20 after suffering a "serious illness", according to her stepfather, Sex Pistols rocker John Lydon.

No further details of her cause of death were given as WENN went to press. Lydon, who is married to Up's mother Nora, confirmed the sad news in a post on his official website. The message reads, "John and Nora have asked us to let everyone know that Nora's daughter Arianna (aka Ari-Up) died today after a serious illness. She will be sadly missed. "Jersey Shore" wrapped up its second season on Thursday, October 21 but the producers are able to reveal about the next season for they had finished filming it. Co-creator and executive producer SallyAnn Salsano announced that season 3 will begin January 6 and it won't lack in hookups, breakups and, most of all, drama.

"All the relationships start taking a turn, some for the good, some for the bad. There's plenty of drama," Salsano told The Hollywood Reporter. "There are some new hook-ups both in the house and outside. The kids legitimately grow up and come into their own in front of your eyes. They're still the same cast, but I think how they deal with situations is completely different."

Former porn star Jenna Jameson is hoping to land a role on Broadway - she is in talks to join the cast of hit musical "Rock of Ages". The 36 year old has enjoyed a variety of acting roles since she made her cross-over from adult entertainment, with appearances in Howard Stern's 1997 movie "Private Parts" and 2008 comedy "Zombie Strippers".

She is now hoping to take her talents to the stage in New York, playing a strip club owner in the hit show. Roseanne Barr's ex-husband is taking her to court over allegations she agreed to fly him out to Hawaii to visit their son and then reneged on the deal. The actress was married to Ben Thomas from 1995 to 2000 and they are parents to a 15-year-old son, Buck.

Barr relocated to Hawaii with the teenager earlier this year and Thomas claims he only sanctioned the move after the star agreed to fly him out there once a month. Thomas alleges Barr agreed to pay for his flights and accommodation, but called off the deal shortly before he was due to make his first visit. He claims Barr cancelled his flight and sent him an email which read, "I decided that I'm no longer interested in abiding by this ridiculous arrangement. You want to visit (our son)? A lawyer representing Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has vowed to fight a search warrant which will allow cops to seize the singer's computer - insisting the device contains files of a personal nature. The "Braveheart" star has been locked in a bitter fight with his former partner over custody of their baby daughter Lucia, following their split earlier this year.

Cops are also investigating allegations Grigorieva attempted to blackmail the star by asking for money to keep explosive tapes of their bitter arguments private. The judge presiding over the case has now signed a search warrant which will allow members of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department access to Grigorieva's personal computer.

The Quinn Fabray depicter addressed the matter on her official blog, stating that her comment didn't represent Lea, Monteith, the show, or FOX - only herself.

Eva Longoria has escaped unscathed following a nasty car crash in Los Angeles. The "Desperate Housewives" star was driving along the city's famous Hollywood Boulevard, close to her Beso restaurant, on Wednesday nigh, October 20 when her car collided with another vehicle.

The actress and the unnamed other driver are said to have suffered minor injuries in the smash but did not require hospital treatment. The accident is now under investigation, according to TMZ.com.

Slowly but sure, "The Hobbit" is making its way to The Shire. After getting a green light, the movie is gathering its cast ensemble. Peter Jackson has made an official announcement about who will appear in the film, confirming wide speculation that English actor Martin Freeman ("The Office") will play main character Bilbo Baggins.

"Despite the various rumours and speculation surround this role, there has only ever been one Bilbo Baggins for us," the director/producer/scribe says. "He [Martin] is intelligent, funny, surprising and brave - exactly like Bilbo and I feel incredibly proud to be able to announce that he is our Hobbit."

After one week of absence, "The Vampire Diaries" is officially back on screen with more of Katherine's eccentricities. In "Masquerade", Stefan and Damon decide on a new plan to deal with Katherine at the Lockwood's masquerade ball. Katherine calls on an old friend, Lucy (guest star Natashia Williams), to attend the ball with her.

Bonnie, Jeremy and Alaric all do what they can to help Stefan and Damon, but Katherine has a surprise planned that none of them could foresee. Chris Brown shows what is the best way to relieve the boredom in a singing-and-dancing music video for his new single "Yeah 3x". The R&B performer goes to the streets in a sunny day and leads a mob of kids and teens for a dance which shows off his fancy footwork mixed with a bit of acrobatic stunt.

The music video is directed by Colin Tiley with Brown's good pals Teyana Taylor and Kevin McCall making cameos. It was shot on the Paramount lot in Hollywood which provides a backdrop of old-timey storefronts and brownstones.
