The "Supernatural" trio are back. Sam and Dean call Castiel for help when they investigate a case about several dead police officers who seem to have been killed by the plagues of Egypt.

Castiel confirms the staff of Moses was used to kill the cops and tells Sam and Dean that Heaven is in a state of chaos and God's weapons have been stolen. The three head off to find the thief and come face to face with an old enemy.

It turned out that Justin Bieber is nothing but a "dork" for Selena Gomez. The "Wizards of Waverly Place" star used the term to describe fellow teen star Justin during an interview with BBC's "The 5:19 Show" on Friday, October 1.

"He's a dork," Selena stated with a laugh as hosts AJ Odudu and Tom Deacon urged her with a question about their relationship. "He really is. Everytime we hang out I love it because the Bieber comes off... You see that he's just a 16-year-old kid who's really enjoying what he does."

Yahoo! Movies has got its hand on the U.S. trailer for "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest". After some flashback scenes, the video sees Noomi Rapace's Lisbeth Salander lying on a hospital bed before she is taken into a locked room.

In this final installment of the "Millenium" trilogy, Salander is fighting for her life in more ways than one. In intensive care and charged with three murders, she will not only have to prove her innocence, but also identify and denounce those corrupt government institutions that very nearly destroyed her life.

Soulja Boy visited BET's "106 & Park" to premiere a music video for his latest single "Blowing Me Kisses". A young Soulja is seen wooing a cutie of his age and continuing to come to her house as a teenager, only to find out that she's seeing another boy.

"Blowing Me Kisses" is recorded for Soulja Boy's upcoming third major-label album "The DeAndre Way" which is due November 16 in the United States. Tracklisting for the effort hasn't been revealed, but rumors suggest there will be 50 Cent, Trey Songz, Chris Brown and Justin Bieber making contribution.

Former NSYNC star Joey Fatone is lobbying TV producers on "Glee" to hand him a role on the hit show after watching his old pal Britney Spears make a cameo this week, September 28. The "Toxic" hitmaker joined the TV cast for a special episode dedicated to her back catalog of hits and Hollywood stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Javier Bardem have signed up to appear in "Glee" 's current second season - and Fatone wants to join them.

In a post on his Twitter page, he writes, " 'Glee' was good but I think my a** needs to get on that show a (and) be a teacher." He adds to People, "I love acting and I like to sing. It'd be perfect! Seriously, it's a great show. I'm a fan."

A museum dedicated to late music legend Ray Charles has opened in Los Angeles. The Ray Charles Memorial Library, comprising of seven galleries in an office building the star had built in the inner city Harvard Heights neighborhood, officially opened last week, September 23, on what would have been the star's 80th birthday.

It's filled with music and video recordings, memorabilia and Charles' personal belongings. The museum is run by a non-profit organization Charles founded in 1986 to help underprivileged kids and the museum is currently only open for school groups. The general public is expected to be allowed entry in 2011.

Singer Mandy Moore has spent the past week with aid workers in the Central African Republic to experience first-hand the battle against malaria. The star has teamed up with United Nations Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign and joined workers handing out long-lasting, insecticide-treated mosquito nets in the capital Bangui on Friday, October 1.

The UN intends to distribute nets to every family in the Central African Republic, which has a population of four and a half million people. Moore, who has also spent time with victims of malaria and families devastated by the disease, says, "It was an honor to join this trip to help prevent malaria, which continues to kill nearly one million people every year."

"JONAS L.A." is heading for another closure and Jonas Brothers and their co-stars appear in a behind-the-scene video to reveal why it's a "grand finale". Joe Jonas says, "This is a big episode for Joe and Stella". As said, Joe would be trying to catch up with heart-broken Stella who drives to the LAX for a trip back to New Jersey.

Meanwhile, as rumors swirl that JONAS are breaking up, the guys plan a surprise end of summer concert for their fans to prove that they are staying together. Macy who organizes for the concert is in panic for Nick is the only one showing up at the venue while Joe is still chasing after Stella and Kevin is nowhere in sight.

R&B singer Bruno Mars is facing up to four years behind bars for a felony charge of drug possession following his arrest in Las Vegas in September. The "Just the Way You Are" star was taken into custody on September 19 after a bathroom attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel spotted Mars with a bag of white powder, which tested positive for cocaine.

Mars, real name Peter Hernandez, has now been officially charged with possession of a controlled substance, which carries a maximum of four years in jail and a $5,000 fine, reports TMZ.

Alicia Keys and her superstar pals Jay-Z, Beyonce Knowles, Whitney Houston and Usher have helped to raise a massive $2.4 million for the R&B singer's children's charity. The "No One" star staged the seventh annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in New York on Thursday night, September 30 to generate funds for kids and families in Africa and India affected by HIV and AIDS.

A heavily pregnant Keys, a co-founder of Keep A Child Alive, performed at the event, teaming up for a duet with Sade and with Jay-Z for a rendition of their smash hit "Empire State of Mind", while singer/songwriter Janelle Monae also took to the stage.

Michael Jackson once approached J.K. Rowling with plans to turn her "Harry Potter" stories into a stage musical but his idea was snubbed because the author was not convinced it would be a success. Rowling's series of books have been brought to life on the big screen and even inspired its very own theme park in Orlando, Florida - but the Brit reveals there was one big proposal she rejected, even though it came from the King of Pop himself.

After a long delay, "The Hobbit" may come to production soon. Sources familiar with the matter tell Los Angeles Times that Warner Bros., its subsidiary New Line Cinema, and partner Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer are close to give green light to two parts of the "Hobbit".

Hollywood screenwriter and "The A-Team" producer Stephen J. Cannell has lost his battle with skin cancer at the age of 69. The star died on Thursday, September 30 at his home in California, with his wife of 46 years, Marcia, by his side.

A statement released by the producer's family reads, "Stephen J. Cannell passed away at his home in Pasadena on Thursday evening due to complications associated with melanoma. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones. Stephen was the pillar of strength within his family and he touched everyone he met. He will be most deeply missed."

"NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" star Michael Weatherly has escaped unscathed after he was involved in a car crash in Los Angeles on Friday, October 1. The actor was behind the wheel of his black Mercedes-Benz when he collided with a silver BMW as the lanes on the highway merged.

Photos of the smashed vehicles, obtained by TMZ, show the front bumper of Weatherly's ride hanging off the body of the car, while the BMW also sustained serious damage. The driver of the BMW claims Weatherly caused the accident and forced him to crash into a pole on the side of the road.

Jennifer Lopez is preparing to dominate U.S. TV next year - the newly-crowned "American Idol" judge is also producing a new comedy series about life as a Latina nanny. The "I'm Real" hitmaker got her start on the small screen, featuring in hit shows "In Living Color" and "Second Chances".

Fox network bosses revealed in September she was to make her TV return as a new panelist on "American Idol", next to Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler and returning judge Randy Jackson, when the new season of the show premieres in January 2011.

"Caprica" star Esai Morales is now taking on a new role, a father. The 47-year-old actor and his girlfriend Elvimar Silva welcomed a baby girl, who weighed in at 8 lbs., 11 oz., in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 24, People reported.

"I can't think of another time in my life that I've been happier than now. I know it sounds so cliche but we feel incredibly blessed!" Morales told the site in a statement. Morales and Silva named their baby girl Mariana Oliveira Morales.

Reunited rockers Soundgarden have made the most of new technology - they've released their first album in 14 years via hit video game "Guitar Hero". The band, fronted by Chris Cornell, signed a deal with video game bosses to feature their new project, "Telephantasm", in its entirety on the new "Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock", which was released in the U.S. this earlier week.

The album features some of the group's biggest hits from its heyday in the 1990s as well as a number of previously unreleased tracks and will not hit music retailers until next week. Cornell admits Soundgarden agreed to the rare move in a bid to reach a new generation of rock fans, reports the Associated Press.

Celebrated American actor and radio announcer Arthur 'Art' Gilmore has died, aged 98. Gilmore a World War II veteran, died of natural causes on September 25 in Irvine, California.

He started his lengthy career as a U.S. radio announcer for hit shows including "Amos 'n' Andy", "The Sears Radio Theater" and "Red Ryder", before turning his attentions to TV and film. On the small screen, he lent his voice to programs including "The George Gobel Show", "An Evening With Fred Astaire" and "Highway Patrol". He also appeared on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show", "The Waltons" and "Dragnet".

Hollywood legend Tony Curtis will be honored by close friends and family at a private memorial service in Las Vegas on Monday, October 4. The "Some Like It Hot" star passed away on Wednesday, September 29 after suffering a cardiac arrest. He is survived by his sixth wife Jill Vandenberg Curtis, who he wed in 1998, and his five children, including actress Jamie Lee Curtis.

Jamie Lee delivered a touching tribute to her father following the tragedy, insisting his legacy will live on through his "great performances". And the family will gather to pay tribute to the star in a small ceremony next week, reports CNN.

Shontelle's latest music video for her single "Perfect Nightmare" has made its debut on VEVO. In the Colin Tilley-directed clip, she sings away her frustration over the fact that she can't tell her boxer boyfriend goodbye although she has been hurt for so many times.

Little did CNN anchor Rick Sanchez know that as soon as he blurted out the word "biggot" to follow "Jon Stewart", he would be out of job. Sanchez, a Cuba native, has been fired by CNN on Friday, October 1 afternoon following his comment on Jon Stewart in a radio interview with Pete Dominick on XM Sirius radio program.

"Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company," according to a statement from CNN. "We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well." Sanchez's 3 to 5 P.M. daily spot will be filled by "CNN Newsroom" for the "foreseeable future," CNN said. According to AP, Sanchez is not immediately available for comments for his contact number and e-mails were provided by CNN.

50 Cent has now addressed his explicit joke, which implies gay men should commit suicide, that he recently made on his Twitter page. On Thursday, October 1, the 35-year-old rapper explained on his micro-blogging site that he never meant to make an "anti-gay statement".

"The other night I made a joke about a blow job. My male followers enjoyed it. So I then went on to joke about women receiving the same," 50 Cent started. "Somehow they turned a simple joke about oral sex into a (sic) anti gay statement."

The couple will host a luncheon in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, October 3 to raise money for Alzheimer's victims through their For the Love of Our Fathers Foundation. The event will launch the charity's website and officially announce an upcoming benefit concert.

"Twilight" star Anna Kendrick has swapped vampires for electro-dance music - she is the star of LCD Soundsystem's latest video. The Oscar-nominated actress appears in the band's promo for new single "Pow Pow" and although she admits she is a "pretty lame dancer" she had a lot of "fun" making her music video debut.

She tells MTV.com, "I didn't have their new album, but this song is really cool, too... I can hear it every time we do a take, in my head. I'm kind of grooving. I can't help but groove to this song. It sort of came out of nowhere. (Director) David (Ayer) came up with this idea and asked me to do it. I've never done anything like this at all, so I was really excited about it. It's been really fun."

A representative for Rupert Grint is adamant the actor is not encouraging children to read graphic novel "A Clockwork Orange" in a new poster campaign - he was merely celebrating his favorite book. The "Harry Potter" star posed with a copy of Anthony Burgess' controversial work - which features scenes of rape and murder - as part of the American Library Association's READ campaign.

The scheme is aimed at encouraging children and teenagers to indulge in classic literature - but Grint insists he was not advising youngsters to read the 1962 novel. Rihanna is going to celebrate Halloween on "Saturday Night Live". According to Rap-Up, the "Battleship" actress will rock the late-night show on October 30 with Jon Hamm of "Mad Men" hosting. She will most likely perform song from her November 16 release "Loud".

Creepy comedy family "The Munsters" are heading back to the small screen in a new TV show with help from director Guillermo del Toro, according to U.S. reports. The original series, starring Fred Gwynne and Yvonne De Carlo, ran for two years between 1964 and 1966 and it spawned several films before it was revived in the 1980s for a spin-off called "The Munsters Today", which ended in 1991.

Now executives at Universal are reportedly planning to bring the ghoulish group back once again, with Pan's Labyrinth director Del Toro taking a behind-the-scenes role in the project. Bosses at TV network NBC are said to have commissioned a pilot episode, according to EW.com.

Whoopi Goldberg admits she can empathize with Mel Gibson in light of his recent personal problems - insisting she would be in trouble if anyone recorded her own foul-mouthed rants and leaked them to the media.

The "Lethal Weapon" star has hit headlines in recent weeks after his split from ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva turned nasty and became public when audio recordings of their arguments surfaced online. Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new poster for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I". It brings together the film's three lead characters, Daniel Radcliffe's Harry Potter, Rupert Grint's Ron Weasley as well as Emma Watson's Hermione Granger, who are seen running in the woods.

The first part of the last installment of "Harry Potter" film series will indeed see the young wizard trio on the run as Lord Voldemort hunts them. A group of celebrity hikers including singers Gabriella Cilmi and Alexandra Burke became embroiled in a police investigation during their charity trek through Peru after discovering a big bag of cocaine under a rock. The stars are walking the famous Inca Trail to raise money for a breast cancer charity, but the expedition was halted on Wednesday, September 29 when TV-presenter-turned-West End actress Denise van Outen stumbled across a hidden drugs stash.

Van Outen alerted their security team and called in police, who removed the cocaine, which is believed to have been dropped by smugglers. She tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "It was a shed load of coke, though, and the whole thing seems utterly unreal now. I spotted it from out of the corner of my eye as I went to find a makeshift toilet - a big, clear plastic bag containing loads of white powder."

The second series to experience broadcast casualty this week is ABC's "My Generation". The new drama failed to crank up some huge rating in the most crucial second week, pulling only 3.9 million viewers which is down 31% from the equally poor-performing premiere last week.

Production has been stopped on the series while a replacement in the Thursday, 8/7c hour is not yet announced. E! Online said there's a possibility that repeats of "Modern Family" and "Cougar Town" will take over until they have a replacement.

British singer Cheryl Cole led the Digital Music Awards in London on Thursday night, September 30, taking home two trophies for her solo efforts. The Girls Aloud star released her own album, "3 Words", while the band has been on hiatus and her solo work was rewarded with two prizes at the glitzy ceremony in the British capital.

Cole triumphed in the Best Song category with her hit "Fight for This Love" and she was presented with the Best Female honor. Boyband JLS also scooped two awards, for Best Group and Best Video for "Everybody In Love".

Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville's marriage is now officially over. TMZ reported that Eddie and Brandi's petition for a divorce has been granted by a judge in L.A. County Superior Court on Friday, October 1.

Eddie and Brandi's marriage fell apart over Eddie's infamous affair with his "Northern Lights" co-star LeAnn Rimes. And now that their divorce is final, Brandi told E! News, "I look forward to a happy future and hopefully one day being able to get along with LeAnn and Eddie, for the sake of my children."

Calvin Harris has dismissed rumors he is planning to take legal action against Chris Brown for allegedly sampling one of his songs without permission - insisting a lawsuit wouldn't do any "good". The Scottish DJ took to his Twitter.com page this week to rant about the singer's new track, "Yeah 3x", revealing he almost "choked on (his) cornflakes" when he heard the alleged similarities to his own song, "I'm Not Alone".

But although Harris is adamant that "stealing is stealing, doesn't matter who you are", he won't be taking his complaint to court as he doesn't want to become tangled in years of expensive litigation. In a series of posts on his Twitter blog, he writes, "Stealing is still stealing, doesn't matter who you are! Because Chris Brown is an international celebrity doesn't make it OK to rip off a guy from U.K. not many people have heard of... How are you going to call me irrelevant when his brand new song sounds just like my two-year-old song?"

Hollywood actor Matt Dillon has filed suit against the producers of Oscar-winning movie "Crash" over allegations he was cheated out of $100,000 in profits. Dillon appeared in the 2004 film alongside a star-studded cast including Sandra Bullock, Brendan Fraser, Don Cheadle and Thandie Newton, and the movie went on to win three Academy Awards, including the coveted Best Picture prize.

But Dillon claims he wasn't properly paid for his role in the film, which grossed around $98 million worldwide, and only found out when his accountants discovered an inaccuracy during a 2006 audit of his company's finances.

A judge in Los Angeles has ordered Mel Gibson to increase his child support payments to his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva as the former couple's custody battle rages on. The pair, who became parents to daughter Lucia last year, ended their relationship in April and the break-up has turned ugly in recent months as they attempt to negotiate the terms of their split.

Grigorieva accused Gibson of beating her during an alleged altercation in January and tape recordings of their bitter arguments hit the web. The Russian singer went to court in August to demand an increase in Gibson's child support payments for Lucia, with her lawyers arguing the $5,000-a-month installments are not enough to cover her expenses.

The next episode of "Smallville" is named after the returning character, "Supergirl". Clark is stunned when Kara (guest star Laura Vandervoort) returns to Earth and tells him Jor El sent her to stop the dark force that is coming because he doesn't believe Clark can handle it.

Meanwhile, Lois confronts Gordon Godfrey (guest star Michael Daingerfield), a shock jock radio DJ who has been crusading against heroes, after he threatens the Green Arrow. However, after Godfrey is possessed by the dark force, he takes Lois hostage and Clark and Kara have to come to her rescue.

R&B singer Mario was arrested on early Friday, October 1 for allegedly assaulting his heroin-addicted mother at their Fells Point apartment, The Baltimore Sun reported. According to the site, the 24-year-old star has been released from custody after posting $50,000 bond and charged with one count of second-degree assault.

The arrest was made after police were called to the 900 block of Fell St. at about 12:50 A.M. Once the officers arrived, they saw Mario's mother Shawntia Hardaway in the lobby where she cried and informed them that her son was "throwing and damaging property" as well as pushing her which caused her a "minor pain".

Mariah Carey has finally given the first taste to her upcoming holiday album "Merry Christmas II You". Debuted on PopEater, the fresh single is titled "Oh Santa" and comes from production hands of duo Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox.
