"Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" which comes from the hand of Guillermo del Toro has been previewed in a teaser trailer which is debuted by IGN. The first few seconds of the video only feature black shot with voice saying that there's nothing to be worried about in the dark. The statement, however, is in contrary to what is seen in the rest of the teaser since it features creepy things which threaten the human.

The film itself centers its story on a family living in a 19th-century mansion, which they are renovating, when young Sally unwittingly lets loose a race of ancient, dark-dwelling creatures who conspire to drag her down into the mysterious house's bottomless depths. She must convince Alex and Kim that it's not a fantasy-before the evil lurking in the dark consumes them all.

While Laurence Fishburne has not responded on his daughter Montana Fishburne's racy new career path, the 18-year-old beauty herself revealed what her father thinks about her decision to star in a porno flick. Montana recently told TMZ that the legendary actor is "very hurt".

"[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he's mad at me but I haven't spoken to him yet," Montana admitted. Still, she believes that she could patch things up between her and her dad, telling the site, "I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him."

Rapper Vado who lends his vocal on the track is also featured in this clip. "It was a good look, because that was my first official video, and it was with the big homie Cam," he told MTV. Of the track meanwhile, he had this to say, "[It's] about partying, living the Harlem life. Ballin'."

A trailer for drama thriller "Trust" has been made available for viewing pleasure. It opens with scenes which give a look at a perfect life of a family before showing how the happy family is torn apart when their daughter becomes a victim of an online sexual predator.

A father played by Clive Owen tries his best to keep his family safe but a threat comes from an unpredicted place. After knowing that her daughter is assaulted by an older man she meets on the internet, he searches across the country in an effort to track down her attacker and exact revenge.

"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe might have landed his heart on one young lady in particular. The actor, who just turned 21 on July 23, was recently seen strolling to shops near his West London home with a mystery brunette, who was inseparable from the actor in the last few weeks, Daily Mail reported.

During the afternoon outing, both Daniel and the mystery girl were spotted laughing and smiling. At one point, the brunette, who donned a loose white T-Shirt, a skirt and black leggings and is taller than Daniel, was seen clinging her left hand on the arm of Daniel, who took cover behind sunglasses.

Ahead of "Teenage Dream" U.S. release on August 24, Katy Perry brought forward two more fresh materials from the album. One is titled "Peacock" which she showcased live when performing at MTV World Stage in Malaysia, the other is called "Not Like the Movies" which she released on iTunes.

Although both tracks are included in the summer release, they have quite different vibe on the hook. "Peacock" produced by Stargate is a club track with provocative lyrics such as "Come on baby, lemme see/ What you're hiding underneath," while Greg Wells-produced "Not Like the Movies" is a ballad track with emotional lines about finding a true love.

Another report has come from the set of "Green Lantern" in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana. According to Comic Book Movie (CBM), an Earth-based scene involving the fear entity Parallax and Krona was scheduled to be filmed there on Monday night, August 2.

If the news is true, then it means that Krona will be introduced in the movie directed by Martin Campbell. It has not been known how the Oan scientist will relate to the storyline but CBM suggests that the film's creators could be secretly planning to conjoin DC's other superhero properties into one film universe.

It is time for "Leverage" fans to get to know the man who shaped Nathan Ford to be a good mastermind for his team. Jimmy Ford, Nate's father, will finally be presented on the show in person through "Brothers & Sisters" actor Tom Skerritt. The first look of him as the older but equally scheming Ford has been teased in a clip for the upcoming episode.

So far in the show's three seasons, Nate's father has only been told in stories. Nate once recalled his childhood experience with his dad at McRory's Pub in the second season episode called "The Bottle Job". It is known that his dad works as numbers runner in South Boston.

Eminem was stunned to learn about the untimely death of his "8 Mile" co-star Brittany Murphy, branding the December tragedy "crazy". The "Stan" hitmaker and the "Clueless" actress played lovers in the 2002 hip-hop movie and Eminem admits they became "very close" during filming.

Murphy died suddenly on December 20 after suffering a cardiac arrest at her Hollywood Hills home - and Eminem admits he was completely shocked by her passing. He tells Vibe magazine, "It was crazy. It's crazy. It's crazy because at one point we were very close and she was a really good person. It's crazy when you see things not just with her but just all these things that are happening in Hollywood with people in music, with people in acting."

Daniel Craig is hoping work on the next installment in the "James Bond" franchise begins soon - because he doesn't want to be away from the role "for too long". The British actor was scheduled to play 007 for a third time in the 23rd Bond movie, which was set for a 2011 or 2012 release date.

But production on the unnamed film has been suspended indefinitely due to uncertainty over the future of movie studio MGM. Craig is keen for the problems to be resolved so he can head back on set - because he loves playing the superspy. He tells Britain's Daily Star, "The new Bond movie is on hold but I am chomping at the bit to get going on it as quickly as possible. I love playing Bond. I don't want to be away from it for too long."

Actress Emily Blunt is indulging in all of her favorite foods once again after embarking on a drastic diet for her role in "The Adjustment Bureau". "The Devil Wears Prada" star was forced to slim down for her part as a ballet dancer in the film, which also stars Matt Damon.

Blunt admits Damon, who has previously lost weight for roles in "The Bourne" franchise and "Invictus", taunted her with her favorite foods during the shoot, but she's now relaxed the diet and allowed herself to eat more treats.

"The Bachelorette" star Ali Fedotowsky was spotted making her first public outing with now fiance Roberto Martinez in Los Angeles on Monday, August 2. The couple, who got engaged on the finale of the show, showed that they are so much in love as they couldn't wipe smile off their faces and Roberto never let go his arm from Ali's shoulder.

Rapper/actor Ice-T has no plans to delve back into Hollywood until his TV career is over - because he's having too much fun filming crime drama "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit". The hip-hop star, real name Tracy Marrow, entered the movie business in the 1980s, landing his breakthrough role in 1991's "New Jack City".

But he has spent the years since working on smaller film projects and has been a TV regular in hit series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit". Ice-T has a small voiceover role in Will Ferrell's new cop comedy "The Other Guys", but he admits he's not looking to shift his focus from the small screen anytime soon.

Kelly Rowland has posted on her official website a picture taken during the filming of her new single "Rose Colored Glasses". The former member of Destiny's Child is seen wearing a tube dress and putting on a huge smile.

The video shoot went into production starting the end of July. Rowland wrote on Twitter on the second day of the filming, "Things are turning out BEAUTIFULLY!" But, she did not mention when she plans to premiere it.

A representative for faceless French dance music duo Daft Punk has confirmed new songs purporting to be the band's work for Disney's upcoming "Tron" remake are fakes. A number of tracks which were seemingly made by the Da Funk hitmakers surfaced online last week.

The songs, which were posted on video sharing website YouTube.com, were said to be the dance act's latest material to accompany new Disney epic "Tron Legacy", which is set for release in December. But a spokesperson for the duo has told music website Pitchfork.com that the recordings are actually fake.

Justin Bieber and his team are apparently serious about the pop star's debut in movie industry. Following reports that the "Eenie Meenie" hitmaker will portray himself in a movie, it has been officially announced that the biopic is going to be made in eye-popping 3-D.

"Next Valentine's we r coming with a major 3D Movie telling the story with an Oscar winning director and also filmin the tour at MSG in NYC!!" so reads the statement posted on Bieber's Twitter. Further report mentions that "An Inconvenient Truth" helmer Davis Guggenheim is in negotiations to direct the upcoming film which is set to be released in the U.S. on February 11, 2011.

Actress AnnaLynne McCord is urging her Twitter.com fans to support a charity's bid to win a $250,000 grant to help the ongoing Hurricane Katrina clean-up operation in New Orleans. The "90210" star is backing the St. Bernard Project, which provides relief for survivors of the 2005 disaster, as the organization aims to raise funds to build a wellbeing center in the Louisiana city.

And she's hoping the charity will win the latest Pepsi Refresh Celebrity Challenge with the help of her Twitter followers. Singer Rob Thomas has pledged his support to the Arizona state boycott as his rock peers fight to overturn controversial new immigration laws. Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello is leading the Sound Strike campaign to speak out against the new legislation, which gives Arizona police new powers to arrest and detain anyone suspected of being an illegal immigrant.

Morello's strike has won the support of artists including Maroon 5, Bright Eyes and Kanye West, who have vowed to boycott all gigs in the state until the laws are changed. Thomas admits he is watching the campaign unfold from the sidelines because he's not currently touring, but the Matchbox 20 frontman insists he is fully behind the action.

The lead singer of San Francisco, California metal band Early Graves has died in a horror car crash in Oregon. Makh Daniels was killed in the early hours of Monday morning, August 2 when the van the group was traveling in left a local freeway route in Medford and rolled over on the roadside.

Local reports claim Daniels, 28, was ejected from the vehicle because he was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the van, Justin Garcia, is alleged to have fallen asleep at the wheel as he drove the band and members of rockers The Funeral Pyre after a show in Eugene, Oregon on Sunday, August 1.

Adult film fans will get an X-rated glimpse of Lindsay Lohan's time behind bars - her legal troubles are set to be spoofed in a new Hustler video. The "Mean Girls" star was originally sentenced to 90 days in jail but she walked free on Monday morning, August 2 after serving just 13 days of her punishment.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has called for a "worldwide law" to ensure new mothers breastfeed their babies for six months after giving birth. The Brazilian stunner became a first-time mum to baby Benjamin in December and has credited feeding him naturally with helping her regain her slim figure.

She's baffled as to why some mothers choose not to breastfeed - and she wants U.S. lawmakers to introduce a bill enforcing the practice to ensure newborns get the nutrients they need. Bundchen tells America's Harper's Bazaar magazine, "I think breastfeeding really helped (me keep my figure)."

Legendary comedian Bill Cosby has urged online hoaxers to stop reporting his death - because his friends always fall for the sick rumors. Reports surfaced online this week alleging "The Cosby Show" star had passed away.

Cosby's rep moved quickly to dismiss the rumors, stating: "Mr. Cosby is alive and well." The death reports came just months after similar rumors emerged in February - and Cosby, 73, is calling on the pranksters to stop the erroneous jokes for the sake of his loved ones.

"Cowboys and Aliens" could be one of the most anticipated movies by fanboys in next summer. As if the footage shown at Comic Con was not teasing enough, the film will present another jaw-dropping sequence as Olivia Wilde has bared all for a scene in the movie.

Adam Beach who plays Harrison Ford's henchman Nat Colorado in the film has dished on the filming process, telling Jam "We just finished shooting Olivia Wilde naked in front of a bonfire in front of 500 Apache warriors." He additionally gushes, "That was beautiful. You won't get to see what I saw, but you'll get a glimpse."

Justin Bieber may not realize that his power affects TV shows too. The pop star is partly responsible for the renewal of MTV's scripted comedy "The Hard Times of RJ Berger" which he mentioned on Twitter once. The music channel has given the show a second season after it receives an increase of 31% in rating.

Statistically "Berger" performed quite mild in the first half of season 1. But after the July 19 tweet by Bieber in which he said, "Just met the guys who created that new show on @MTV 'The Hard Times of #RJBerger' - good dudes. Show's on tonight at 10pm. Funny stuff," the rating went up by 9% that night. Then the next week, it absorbed even larger audience with 14% increase.

"Glee" star Lea Michele has been left shaken after witnessing a horror collision which narrowly avoided her own car on Sunday, August 1. The actress was on her way to an interview session in Hollywood when she saw a car collide with a truck, causing the big vehicle to flip over multiple times.

It landed just feet away from Michele's car but she escaped unscathed, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The 23 year old stayed at the scene until paramedics and the fire department arrived, before heading off to the Emmy Roundtable at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

OneRepublic's frontman Ryan Tedder is officially a first time dad. Tedder, the man behind Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" and Beyonce Knowles' "Halo" hits, welcomed his son with wife Genevieve on Monday afternoon, August 2, E! Online reported.

The tot wasn't actually scheduled to be out until August 8. While Tedder's rep has not yet released details about the newly-born baby boy including his name, a source told the site, "Mom and baby are doing well and the couple is very happy."

Sony Pictures has given away a new sneak peek to "Resident Evil: Afterlife" by debuting a TV spot. Though it is short, the snippet shares a lot of never-before-seen scenes which give a look at what is faced by Milla Jovovich's Alice as she fights Umbrella Corporation.

Grammy-winning composer, singer and music producer Mitch Miller has died, aged 99. He passed away in New York City's Lenox Hill Hospital on Saturday, July 31 after a short illness. A record executive at Columbia Records, Miller made hits with singers including Rosemary Clooney, Patti Page, Johnny Mathis and Tony Bennett.

He was also the star of popular 1960s U.S. TV program "Sing Along With Mitch". As an oboist, Miller played in numerous orchestras, including one put together in 1934 by George Gershwin. In 2000, he was lauded with a special Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award. Miller is survived by two daughters, a son, two brothers, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

As release date of his new album "Passion, Pain & Pleasure" is getting closer, Trey Songz unleashed official cover art of the effort. It features a picture of the 25-year-old R&B singer in his close-up shot with water splashed all over it.

Rapper Rick Ross has been hailed for his charity work as he prepares to support troubled youths in his annual back to school initiative in his native Florida this week. The hip-hop star will host the Third Annual Rick Ross Be Out Day in Miami on Wednesday, August 4, which aims to provide underprivileged kids with free food and drinks and study supplies for the upcoming school year.

This year's event, held by his Rick Ross Charities organization, will be presented in collaboration with North Miami city official Alix Desulme, The Children's Trust and The Urban League of Greater Miami. Ross has also called on his rap pal Waka Flocka Flame to join the activities, and Desulme has heaped praise on the heavyweight star for his philanthropy.

Beastie Boys star Adam Yauch has called on officials at the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) to reconsider the adult rating awarded to new Holocaust documentary "A Film Unfinished", insisting the film is "too important" to be banned from schools. The powerful documentary, written and directed by Yael Hersonski, documents an unfinished Nazi propaganda film shot in 1942.

It has been given an R rating because it features "disturbing images of holocaust atrocities including graphic nudity". The restriction means only people aged 17 and older can view the movie in the theater unless accompanied by an adult, and the project cannot be shown in classrooms as an educational documentary.

Hulk Hogan's son has no idea who to believe over reports his mother Linda Hogan is engaged to marry her toyboy lover because he "knows nothing" about it. Wrestler-turned-reality TV star Hogan split from his wife Linda in 2007 and entered divorce proceedings, putting an end to their 24-year marriage.

Actress Hilarie Burton is refusing to divulge details about the baby boy she welcomed with boyfriend Jeffrey Dean Morgan earlier this year because she wants to do all she can to "protect" his privacy. The former "One Tree Hill" star, 28, began dating the "Watchmen" actor Morgan, 44, in 2009 but the private couple managed to keep the romance under wraps and tabloid reports in May revealed the pair had quietly become parents.

Burton has now confirmed the happy news, telling the Associated Press, "(We are) really happy, and we're a very good team. And we got very lucky that our family is what it is." But she insists on keeping the tot's name and birth date secret. She says, "I want to protect them like a mama wolf should."

A lawyer for Kim Kardashian is putting Los Angeles authorities on alert amid concerns a man banned from contacting the socialite has breached his restraining order by "tweeting" her sister and boyfriend. Kardashian took legal action against Dennis Shaun Bowman in January after he claimed he was romantically involved with the beauty.

In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kardashian recalled how the obsessed fan began contacting her on social networking site Twitter in September 2009, before moving from Georgia to be near her Calabasas, California home. Kardashian was finally awarded a permanent restraining order against Bowman in February, which banned him from having any contact with her until 2013.

With Christopher Nolan behind the next "Batman" movie, taking part in the film could be a dream for every performer. Words on the street are, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt who have worked with him in "Inception" are longing to star in untitled Batman 3 project.

The three actors are allegedly battling to play The Ridder in "The Dark Knight" sequel. Comic Book Movie, which obtains the information from an inside source, reports that Warner Bros. allows Nolan to hire one of the actors because of the extra publicity and attention it would bring to the movie as they were praised for their performances in "Inception".

Young Jeezy goes white from head to toe in a music video for his latest single "All White Everything". Filmed in Atlanta, the music video is directed by TAJ and features Jeezy's featured guest Yo Gotti and a couple of chicks.

"He is very hands on, but he's also open to positive suggestions," TAJ said of working with Jeezy. "We've been batting 1000 in terms of what I like versus what he likes. Our styles are very similar. It's been really easy to come together with ideas."

Andrew Morton, who has written unauthorized biography of Angelina Jolie called "Angelina: An Unauthorized Biography", said that Jolie's partner Brad Pitt "calls himself Mr. Mom." During an appearance on "Fox & Friends" on Monday, August 2, Morton claimed Jolie used her adopted kid Maddox to "bait" Pitt away from Jennifer Aniston while filming "Mr and Mrs Smith".

Rocker Ronnie Wood has finally learned how to use the internet - so he can have regular chats with his daughter Leah in Australia. The Rolling Stones guitarist found it confusing to master emails and online phone network Skype, but Leah's move Down Under earlier this year forced him to wise up to modern technology.

Actor-turned-singer Michael Imperioli is considering a permanent move to Detroit, Michigan after selling the building that housed his New York City theater company. The former "The Sopranos" star ran Studio Dante from a theater in Manhattan's Chelsea district with his wife, Victoria, and the couple has sold the property for a reported $4.15 million.

The news comes one week after the Imperiolis listed their TriBeCa neighborhood townhouse for $7 million, after temporarily moving to the Michigan city with their three kids while the actor films U.S. TV drama "Detroit 1-8-7". And Imperioli, who plays a Detroit detective on the series, admits he's considering making the relocation permanent if the show does well.

Former "Baywatch" stars Traci Bingham, Nicole Eggert, Donna D'Errico and Gena Lee Nolin are bouncing back to the small screen in a new U.S. reality series about living together in a beach house. The foursome, who rose to fame as Los Angeles County lifeguards in the '90s series, will co-star in "Back to the Bay", a docu-comedy about the actress' new careers.

Angelina Jolie takes care to schedule 'date nights' with her partner Brad Pitt - because she's convinced a little bit of romance will help "hold" their relationship "together". The actress admits she carefully plans time away from their six children so they can be together as a couple - even if it only means sneaking off to another corner of their house to have dinner on their own.

She tells Britain's Mail on Sunday, "We actually schedule them (date nights). We just had one the other night and we went next door so we didn't have to worry about the paparazzi and the kids didn't know where we were. We have a house that has two sections so we go to the part that's normally the studio and the office and just have dinner as a couple."

Oprah Winfrey is prepared to say goodbye to "The Oprah Winfrey Show" which has been running for 25 years. Debuting on September 13 will be the "farewell season" which trailer sees Oprah hosting the show and interacting with people of every kind over the years.

Oprah opening her very first episode on September 8, 1986 kicked off the trailer. "One of the biggest things I've learned over the years is that people want to be heard," she says in the trailer. "Every human being, no matter what age, no matter how old we get is looking for the same thing. What everybody want is to know."

After having his fans singing along with him, Justin Bieber is now hoping to make his fans read. Although he is still 16, the YouTube sensation has recently announced that he will publish his memoirs entitled "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story", ABC News reported.

Bieber has signed a deal with HarperCollins which will publish the illustrated memoir. The tome, which is said will include "exclusive never-before-seen photos" as well as a "story", is due in stores in October. The hardcover book will be sold for $21.99.

Angelina Jolie is glad she turned down the chance to star opposite Daniel Craig in "Casino Royale" - because she would never have felt comfortable playing a supporting role to a male action hero. During a hearing in an Aspen, Colorado court on Monday, August 2, Charlie Sheen pleaded guilty on a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from a 2009 Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller. Charlie pleaded guilty in exchange for a plea deal with no jail time and more serious charges dropped, Associated Press reported.

The serious charges which were dropped were charges of felony menacing and criminal mischief. Moreover, as part of the plea deal, Charlie has now been sentenced to 30 days in a rehabilitation center, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management. According to the site, the actor has 30 days to make arrangements for his sentence at Promises Treatment Center in California.

Nicolas Cage has left "Trespass" in lurch. Deadline Hollywood first breaks the story which is later confirmed by Millennium Films via Entertainment Weekly. The star bails on the upcoming project before the movie is set to begin production in Louisiana in just two weeks.

According to Deadline, Cage has been on vacation in the Bahamas and nobody can reach him. Insiders say he is not coming back for the project and Millennium will move forward without him. The studio also plans to keep the film on schedule though they have not found a suitable replacement.
