Jon Bon Jovi recently suffered a torn calf muscle on stage. The Bon Jovi frontman limped during a final set of the band's concert at New Jersey's New Meadowlands Stadium. The rocker, who often jumps up and down during his concerts, injured himself reportedly when singing "Glad All Over".

"My calf muscle just blew out," he told keyboardist David Bryan. Despite the injury, Bon Jovi managed to continue with another song to close the entire concert. The vocalist even laughed at himself, telling the crowd "I'm old, what can I tell you."

"Good Luck Charlie" literally gets its wish for Disney Channel has renewed the show for another season. It was also announced on Sunday, July 11 that the series starring Bridgit Mendler will get a TV movie treatment much like the other Disney shows such as "Wizards of Waverly Place".

The series itself follows two teenagers, Teddy and Casey Holliday, and their 10-year-old brother, Gabe, whose parents enlist their help when they return to work after the birth of their fourth child, Charlotte, aka Charlie. Since its premiere in April this year, the show has been averaging 4.1 million viewers per week.

Reggae star Sugar Minott has died. He was 54. Minott passed away at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica on Saturday, July 10, his wife Maxine Stowe has confirmed to the Associated Press. She did not disclose the cause of his death.

He sparked concerns for his health after canceling performances in Canada two months ago, citing chest pains. The singer started his career in the late 1960s as a member of reggae trio the African Brothers, before embarking on a solo career in the 1970s.

Angelina Jolie has opened up about her decision to skip "Wanted 2" despite the filmmakers' efforts to resurrect her character. Met at the junket for her upcoming flick "Salt", the actress explained that the plot which kills off her character in the end of "Wanted (2008)" was one of the reasons of her departure.

"Being dead makes it difficult. They were (trying to bring me back) but I kind of feel like if I die in a movie, I should die actually," she shared to Coming Soon. Jolie additionally revealed another point that led her to leave the project, saying "I'm that way, and that character is not as complex as Salt. It would just be doing the exact same thing in another movie, so it's not that interesting to me."

Former Take That bandmates Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow are set to poke fun at their tumultuous relationship by filming a spoof of gay cowboy movie "Brokeback Mountain". "Angels" hitmaker Williams has returned to the studio to record a new album with the British boyband, which he left in 1995 to pursue a solo career.

The reunited five-piece will release the CD at Christmas this year before reportedly embarking on a tour in summer 2011 but first they'll tease fans with the parody clip. The promo for "Shame", which was co-written by Williams and Barlow, will see the pair likening their friendship to the 2005 romantic drama, which starred Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal as forbidden lovers.

Singer Brian McFadden has lashed out at his ex Kerry Katona, accusing her of using their kids as "pawns" in her reality TV shows. The Irish singer, who married the Atomic Kitten star in 2002, has lost two legal battles to regain custody of their daughters, eight-year-old Molly and Lilly-Sue, seven.

A letter written by Peter Sellers attempting to secure his troubled daughter a larger inheritance is due to be auctioned off, 30 years after his death. "The Pink Panther" star originally decided to leave his youngest daughter Victoria just $1,200 of his fortune but changed his mind in early 1980 and tried to increase the amount to $30,000.

The funnyman suffered a heart attack and died on July 24, 1980 before the changes could be made to legal documents. Now Sellers' doomed request is to be auctioned off, along with the actor's Golden Globe trophy for 1979's "Being There", at an auction in Wiltshire, England on Saturday, July 17.

Tom Hanks has opened up about his childhood, blaming his dysfunctional upbringing for his inability to form lasting bonds in adult life. 50 Cent has rapper Lloyd Banks to thank for saving him from a potential fan attack after an overzealous devotee invaded the stage and launched himself at the superstar during a recent concert. The "In da Club" hitmaker has been performing in Brazil as part of his South American tour but one show almost ended in chaos when a man ran up onto the platform and approached 50 from behind as he played his hit single "Ayo Technology".

Video footage of the incident, posted online by other concertgoers, shows a quick-witted Banks wrestling the man to the ground before punching him twice as security guards rush to help subdue the male, whose identity has not been revealed. However, 50 Cent refused to let the stage invader interrupt his set and he can be seen continuing with the track as the fan is led away.

American actor Lou Taylor Pucci has undergone surgery to rebuild his face after he was severely beaten in an alleged attack in New Jersey earlier this month. The 24 year old, who starred in the critically acclaimed 2005 film "Thumbsucker", was reportedly targeted by four men on July 3 outside his friend's house in Belmar in what appears to have been a random act of violence.

According to his father, Pucci was knocked unconscious in the beating and suffered five broken bones in his face. His picture taken after the incident shows Pucci having a bruised eye. He has since had a titanium plate put in his face and is recovering from the surgery, reports TMZ.com.

A representative for Nicolas Cage has played down reports the actor was involved in a bar fight following the New York premiere of his new film "The Sorcerer's Apprentice". The rep insists there was no "physical altercation".

Cole's rep has confirmed the star is making "good progress" in her recovery but she will no longer take part in England's V Festival on August 21 and 22. Crooner Tom Jones has received an apology from a record label boss over a leaked email which described his spiritual new album as a "sick joke". British pop star Cheryl Cole was reportedly "hours from death" in her battle with malaria - and is still drifting in and out of consciousness, a week after her diagnosis. The Girls Aloud singer was admitted to University College London Hospital (UCLH) and diagnosed with the potentially deadly disease last weekend after collapsing at a photoshoot. She is believed to have contracted the mosquito-borne illness during a trip to Tanzania last month.

Actor Bobby Spillane has died after falling from a sixth floor window in New York. The star, who appeared in TV shows including "Law & Order", is said to have fallen to his death from a Manhattan building on Saturday, July 10. He was 45 years old.

There is no foul play suspected, according to TMZ.com. Spillane's father was legendary mobster Mickey Spillane, who was gunned down in 1977.

The Saturday and Sunday line-ups for San Diego Comic Con 2010 programming have been released. Some big studios will present their upcoming big projects on July 24, while the organizers arrange the last day to be "Kids' Day".

Possibly getting the most attention on Saturday, July 24 will be Warner Bros. which is going to bring "Harry Potter" film franchise for the first time by presenting a sneak peek to the last installment, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", but the studio has confirmed that the cast won't attend the panel. As if it is not enough, the studio will also tease attendees with a look at "Green Lantern" and "Sucker Punch".

The third day of San Diego Comic Con International 2010 will be marked with a Seth McFarlane and Matt Groening fiesta in addition to a number of new series screenings. But beloved series like "Chuck" and "The Vampire Diaries" are also cramped on the usually most-crowded day.

"Chuck" which is known for its dedicated fans will be the first TV panel to occupy the Ballroom 20 that day. Last year, they set the bar high by featuring a performance by the Jeffster. Then starting from 11:00 A.M. Seth McFarland will take over the room to present panels for animations he created like "Family Guy". Matt Groening gets his turn at 12:45 P.M., kicking it off with returning series "Futurama".

"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford's nightmare divorce battle is over - her split from ex-beau Daniel Giersch has been made official. The actress filed for divorce from the German businessman in December 2008 while she was pregnant with their second child, and the couple subsequently became embroiled in a custody fight over their two kids.

The war turned nasty when Rutherford accused Giersch of making threats and trailing her, her mother and nanny, and took out a temporary restraining order against her ex. Friends are urging Lindsay Lohan to stamp out her tobacco habit before she heads behind bars - because smoking is banned in the prison where she'll serve time, according to reports. The actress is due to surrender to authorities on July 20 to begin her 90-day sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.
