Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has been forced to close one of his pubs in London as a result of falling profits. The "Hell's Kitchen" star's business empire has suffered in the recent economic downturn and in 2009 he was advised to file for bankruptcy because of his spiraling money issues.

Ramsay managed to stave off the debt-collectors momentarily by pumping $8 million (5 million pound sterling) of his own money into his businesses in a last-ditch bid to keep afloat, but has subsequently been hit with a series of bills and legal issues. And now the TV star has shut down gastro pub The Devonshire in the British capital, which he opened in 2007, as a result of the recession.

French singer/actress Vanessa Paradis has no plans to marry longterm boyfriend Johnny Depp - because the prospect of becoming his wife frightens her. The pair has been dating since 1998 and they share two children together - Lily-Rose, 11, and Jack, eight.

But despite constant engagement rumors, Paradis isn't planning to wed the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star as she's happy with their current relationship status. She explains, "There is something romantic about marriage and something scary about it. If you're happy without it, why bother?"

Actor Ian Somerhalder is urging bosses of hit U.S. show "The Vampire Diaries" to adopt more green techniques in a bid to help the environment. The star is backing a campaign by Go Green Mobile Power, which creates portable solar, wind or biodiesel generators for use in the entertainment industry - and he's starting with an overhaul of his bloodsucking series.

He says, "It takes a lot of power to run a movie set. We go through a lot of fuel. It's harmful, and we can start changing that a little bit. We can get rid of these noisy, stinky, disgusting gas generators. There's going to be a lot of thought that goes into this revolution that's going to happen."

Singer Enrique Iglesias will never marry his longterm girlfriend Anna Kournikova - because they can't see "the point" in walking down the aisle. The couple, which has been dating since 2002, sparked rumors of a possible engagement last year when the tennis ace was snapped with a sparkler on her left hand.

Both stars refused to confirm the rumors - and now Kournikova has revealed she is happy with their relationship without making it official. After British host Graham Norton asked if the couple has any wedding plans, she says, "Not really, no. We're fine. What's the point if you're happy anyway? Famed adventurer Sir Ranulph Fiennes has escaped a car speeding fine - after officials accidentally wrote the name of his distant cousin, actor Ralph Fiennes, on documents. The explorer was allegedly caught by a speed camera traveling at 50 miles per hour on a 40 miles per hour road in Cheshire, England.

But the case has now been dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service after officials sent a letter bearing the name of Schindler's "List" star Ralph to the wrong address. When Fiennes failed to react to the notice, another notification was sent to him but the letter was misspelled - it was written to Ranulph Feinnes.

Jennifer Hudson fought back tears as she spoke out about the 2008 murders of her mother, brother and nephew on TV for the first time - for an emotionally-charged episode of music documentary series "Behind the Music".

The show, which debuted in America on Monday, June 28 night, chronicles the Oscar winner's life and career from her gospel church background in Chicago, Illinois to her Oscar and Grammy wins, via the darkness of October 2008 when her former brother-in-law shot and killed her mother and brother and then murdered her seven-year-old nephew and dumped him in the trunk of an abandoned car.

The principal photography for "Scream 4" has apparently been kicked off earlier than it was expected. Reported to have July starts date, the movie has begun shooting in late June. Taking place in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the filming process has been documented in several videos by Kozzie13.

The videos do not feature any star of the movie, but it is said that Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere were involved during the June 28 production. Neve Campbell who reprises her role as Sidney Prescott has also stepped on the set as Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell managed to get her picture in what looks like a make-up room.

Mel Gibson's attorney Stephen Kolodny has cleared out rumor mentioning the 54-year-old actor knocked his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva's teeth out in a heated argument back in January. "Not true," Stephen told Radar Online, referring to the report.

"Her teeth are in her mouth according to our information," Stephen further said. The attorney also revealed that Grigorieva has provided zero medical evidence to support this claim. On the violence, which reportedly happened on January 6, Stephen said that Oksana "never called police or previously asked for a restraining order."

It's a reunion for Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow. The former bandmates are pictured walking on the set of a music video for their duet track "Shame". The clip was filmed in a country western bar earlier this month and will have a country western theme.

"Shame" is not only performed but also co-written by Williams with the help from Barlow. Recorded for Williams' upcoming compilation "In And Out Of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990-2010", the duet marks for the first time they made music together since 15 years ago Williams left Take That.

Los Campesinos! drummer Ollie Campesinos! has quit the band, just over a year after the group's keyboardist walked out. Aleks Campesinos! left the Welsh seven-piece in February 2009, so she could concentrate on her studies, and was replaced by Kim Campesinos!.

Ollie has now announced the group will be reduced to a sextet again - but he has given no reason for his departure. In a post on the Los Campesinos! official website, he writes, "It is with very sad regret that I have to announce that I, Ollie Campesinos!, have parted company with Los Campesinos!"

Rapper Lil Boosie has officially entered a not guilty plea for a first degree murder charge in connection with a 2009 shooting. The hip-hop star was convicted on gun and drugs charges last year and is currently serving a four-year prison sentence after violating his parole.

The "Wipe Me Down" hitmaker - real name Torrence Hatch - is now facing a murder charge in relation to the killing of Terry Boyd, who was shot to death at his home in Louisiana last October. Hatch was indicted by the East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury in Louisiana earlier this month, when he was also charged - along with a woman and a former prison guard - with drug possession and conspiracy to smuggle illegal substances into jail.

Following the success of "Mr and Mrs Smith", there are hopes that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will reunite for the sequel. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the "Wanted (2008)" star has explained why there has been no plan to make the follow up despite the good performance of the 2005 movie.

"People have tried," she reveals. However, since the on-screen romance between her and Pitt has now turned into reality, she claims it becomes harder to create a story for the second film, stating "And it's strange: do we have kids in the movie? We've thought about that, but it becomes personal now that we actually have kids. And if we work on it, we pull from our own life, which is funny to us, but you feel strange sharing too much."

Rage Against the Machine frontman Zack De La Rocha is planning a series of concerts to protest Arizona's controversial state immigration laws. The outspoken rocker is spearheading the Sound Strike campaign aimed at prompting touring acts to boycott Arizona until state officials agree to repeal the new law, which requires local authorities to determine a person's immigration status if he or she is suspected of being undocumented.

And now he's planning a series of protest concerts in July. He tells Billboard, "In the coming weeks we are going to be organizing a series of concerts that are respectful of the nature of the boycott in its attempts to isolate the Arizona government but not isolate the people, and especially the organizations that are fighting this on the ground."

Justin Rego, the guy who limps his way to Ali Fedotowsky's heart on "The Bachelorette" is officially off the competition. He has been eliminated along with Craig R. who actually won one of the challenges of the day, oil wrestling.

Ali and the seven boys traveled to Istanbul, Turkey for a getaway. The show kicked off with Chris Harrison's visit to Ali and a phone call from Jessie Sudilis who explains that Justin has not only one but two girlfriends back home. When Ali started confronting him, Justin walked away and said he did not want to talk in front of the camera. He later came back to Ali to deny all the relationships.

Rihanna has canceled the opening concert of her upcoming tour later this week, on July 2 due to "production changes". The "Umbrella" hitmaker was due to kick off her "Last Girl on Earth Tour" with Ke$ha and Travis McCoy at Auburn's White River Amphitheatre in Washington on Friday, July 2, but the show has been axed.

The trek will now commence on Sunday, July 4 in Vancouver, Canada. Tour promoters at Live Nation announced the news on Monday, June 28, blaming changes in production for the cancellation. The scrapped show means Rihanna has a little extra time with boyfriend Matt Kemp, who has been handed a little downtime by his baseball team bosses at the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Michael Jackson's former Las Vegas home has been vandalized. No one has lived in the sprawling estate since Jackson, and police have no idea when the vandals struck and spray painted walls inside with graffiti.

TMZ reports officials were only notified of the break-in and the vandalism as authorized people visited the site to commemorate the first anniversary of Michael Jackson's death over the weekend. The King of Pop took up residency in Las Vegas after declaring his Neverland Ranch estate was no longer home to him after lawmakers raided the place during the singer's child molestation trial in 2004.

Slipknot have yet to decide whether or not to continue as a band following the death of bandmate Paul Gray because recording and performing again without the bassist is almost unthinkable. The heavy rocker, 38, was found dead in a suburban Des Moines, Iowa hotel on May 24. Toxicology and final autopsy reports have revealed Gray died from an accidental overdose.

His Slipknot bandmates have been left devastated by the tragedy and guitarist Jim Root insists the group needs time to grieve before even contemplating continuing to make music together. He says, "There's going to be a big healing process that needs to happen before we even think about whether or not Slipknot will continue. And right now that's the furthest thing from our mind."

After taking a break from the road for a while, Lady GaGa is back with her extravagant traveling show, Monster Ball. The dance queen kicked off her 2010 summer tour opener at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC on June 28 night and got the party started with "Dance In the Dark". Prior to that, Semi Precious Weapons took the stage as her opening act.

We can't condemn him because of what happened. We hope he learns from this."

Taylor Lautner is cringing after signing a "Twilight" superfan's arm at a recent promotional event after learning she permanently inked his autograph on her flesh. The actor was greeting a long line of fans and was left speechless when one girl showed off impressive skin art on her forearm: a giant Wolf Pack tattoo in honor of his werewolf character in the vampire franchise.

"An Education" star Alfred Molina's final week on Broadway in hit play "RED" has shattered box office records at the Golden Theater. The production, which picked up the lion's share of prizes at the recent Tony Awards, broke the house record last week with a $724,156 gross for eight performances.

The record was previously set by Avenue Q at the end of 2006. "RED", which was named Best Play at the Tony Awards, recouped its $2.25 million production costs the week before. The play opened to critical acclaim in March.

After gathering at the world premiere of "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" in Los Angeles on June 24, some of the cast have headed to different places to promote the movie. On Monday, June 28, Kristen Stewart attended a special screening for the film at Crosby Hotel in New York City, while Ashley Greene appeared at "Eclipse" premiere at Kinepolis Cinema in Madrid, Spain.

Fans of "The Vampire Diaries" who are still wondering what kind of creature Tyler and Mayor Richard Lockwood are will get the answer in the second season. Not that Richard whose neck was snapped by one of the Tomb vampires will be resurrected but his blood brother would come to town.

"Our big new addition is Mason Lockwood, the mayor's much younger and cooler brother, who has been estranged from the family," executive producer Julie Plec told TV Guide. "His return introduces a lot of questions about what is so special about that creepy Lockwood family."

Katy Perry has broken radio records in the U.S. - stations can't get enough of her "California Gurls". The summer pop anthem currently holds the top spot in charts around the globe, including the U.S. and U.K., and now she's smashing radio chart records in America.

According to Billboard.com, Perry logged 11,816 plays among the survey's 132 panelists for the week ending June 27 - that's an average of 90 plays per station. That passes Ke$ha's 11,224 plays of "TiK ToK" in February . Lady GaGa is third on the radio play record list with 10,859 weekly plays for "Bad Romance" earlier this year .

Michael Jackson's father has dropped his legal petition to receive a monthly allowance from his late son's estate. Joe Jackson filed a claim for a monthly stipend of over $15,000 (10,000 pound sterling) in November 2009, claiming he had relied on the King of Pop's help to survive - because he had little income of his own.

In the legal documents, Joe Jackson stated he needed the cash to cover "maintenance expenses" and to "support his children or grandchildren". His claim was opposed by the "Thriller" star's estate, with executors John Branca and John McClain filing papers opposing the move.

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' marriage is officially over. A rep for Bullock told People that the estranged couple's divorce has been finalized on Monday, June 28 after the Oscar-winning actress filed the paper in Travis County, Texas on April 23.

Both Bullock and James have signed the final divorce documents. TMZ further reported that in the court filings, Bullock claimed the marriage "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities." Although it's still unclear whether or not Bullock and James had a prenuptial agreement, James won't be entitled to spousal support since in Texas, a spouse must be married for at least 10 years to qualify for support.

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is set to open up about the heated feuds with his band mates, which prompted him to briefly quit the group in 2009, in a new book. The "Dude Looks Like a Lady" singer admits tension reached a high after he fell off a stage during a South Dakota concert last summer.

The incident left him with multiple injuries and forced the band to cancel a North American tour with ZZ Top. While he was recuperating, Tyler announced his plans to take a two-year hiatus, and then abruptly quit the group.

Rapper Method Man has pleaded guilty to a tax evasion charge in New York, after falling $106,000 (GBP70,670) behind in payments. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper was arrested in October 2009 and charged with tax evasion after withholding state and personal income taxes from 2004 to 2007.

The MC was sentenced to a conditional discharge and all charges will be removed from his record if he stays out of trouble. According to his attorney Peter Frankel, the rapper has made his final restitution payment and immediately corrected the tax issue once notified.

In celebration of the United States independence day on July 4, NBC plans to hold an extravant show for its 11th Annual Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular. Justin Bieber, Enrique Iglesias and "Twilight" cast members are booked for the festivity with Nick Cannon and Alison Sweeney on the hosting duty.

Bieber and Iglesias are going to take the stage for a live performance along with another musical guest LeAnn Rimes. The Canadian pop star has done a rehearsal for the special event earlier this month. He reportedly will be joining the New York Pops and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for the gig which airs on Sunday, July 4 at 9 P.M. ET/PT.

Rocker Bret Michaels has revealed he is in talks with "American Idol" bosses about possibly replacing Simon Cowell as a judge on the show. The Poison star made his first live appearance after his recent brain hemorrhage and mild stroke on the talent show's finale and rumors have been rife ever since that he's the man to take over Cowell's chair.

And now he admits he's planning to meet with producers to discuss the idea. He tells Parade.com, "We have a meeting in L.A. in a couple weeks and we're going to sit down and talk. They did a poll and I think it was Madonna, P. Diddy, Howard Stern and myself, and I took 50 per cent or 60 per cent of the vote and that's tremendous. I would love to be a judge on 'American Idol'. I think I would bring a lot to the table."

Former tennis ace Jennifer Capriati was hospitalised on Sunday, June 27 after taking an "accidental overdose" of prescription medication, according to members of her family. The sports star, 34, was admitted to a Florida medical facility after paramedics were called to a hotel in Riviera Beach.

Capriati was still receiving treatment on Monday, June 28 but her relatives have played down the incident amid speculation about the drugs she had taken. Family members tell TMZ.com Capriati is "recuperating at a South Florida hospital from an accidental overdose of medication prescribed to Jen by her personal physicians".

Former "Melrose Place" star Amy Locane has been charged with killing a woman after allegedly crashing her car under the influence of alcohol. The actress, who starred opposite Johnny Depp in "Cry-Baby", was driving her Chevy Tahoe in Montgomery, New Jersey on Sunday night, June 27 when she reportedly struck another vehicle, which was turning into a driveway.

Helene Seeman, a passenger in the front seat of the other car, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver, Fred Seeman, was airlifted to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. He has been listed as in critical condition.

"American Pie" star Chris Klein has been formally charged with two misdemeanors stemming from his recent arrest for drink driving. The actor's car was pulled over by police in Los Angeles on June 16 and he was taken into custody after he was found to be almost three times over the legal limit.

He was released on $25,000 (16,660 pound sterling) bail and subsequently checked himself into rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah to seek treatment for alcohol addiction. The DUI arrest was his second in five years; he was previously busted on a similar charge in 2005.

Rap superstar Kanye West is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit from a little-known songwriter and producer over his hit 2007 single "Stronger". Vincent 'Vince P.' Peters has accused the "Gold Digger" hitmaker of copying chunks from his own composition, also named "Stronger", which he alleges was written in 2006.

Peters claims he gave music manager John Monopoly, a business associate of West's, a copy of the song during a meeting at his Chicago, Illinois home in November, 2006, and was stunned when the rapper's version began getting radio airplay a few months later.

Soulja Boy is not completely missing from Twitter. The rapper who invited questions when he deleted his @SouljaBoyTellEm account over the weekend, has announced that he did not try to quit the microblogging site but rather changed the user name and had it verified.

"Shoutout to all the media sites that posted I deleted my twitter becuz of a dumb ass trending topic lol basic asses thanks for the promo," Soulja said in one of his new tweets. He was referring to the trending topic of #ifSouljaBoysARapper which led to such posts as "then Windows 7 was really my idea" and "Stephen Hawking is a triathlete."

Angelina Jolie has revealed on why her 4-year-old daughter Shiloh, a girl she has with partner Brad Pitt, likes to dress like a boy. During an interview for August's Vanity Fair, the 35-year-old beauty said, "Shiloh, we feel, has Montenegro style. It's how people dress there," adding that's why she dresses her "like a little dude."

"She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy," Jolie further shared. "So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers."

First Showing has got its hand on a new poster for "Rango", revealing the title character that has Johnny Depp providing the voice. The photo captures a chameleon with a very thin neck wearing a flowery shirt and standing with a background of what looks like a desert.

Earlier June, a teaser trailer for the film has been released but it does not give much explanation about the plot. So far, it is only known that the story focuses on the chameleon having an identity crisis which goes on an adventure to discover its true self. Some other characters from the movie can be seen at the official site, RangoMovie.com.

In order to give fans what to expect from his upcoming single "Something 'Bout Love", David Archuleta offers an audio preview. The snippet unveils mid-tempo catchy hook with a short message from David included.

"Captain America: The First Avenger" has almost cast all the lead roles. Following reports that Tommy Lee Jones is added to the stars line-up in the film, Marvel Studios has just released a statement to confirm that the actor indeed joins the project to play US Army Colonel Chester Phillips.

The press release also gives a bit explanation about Jones' character, mentioning that Phillips recruited Steve Rogers to join Project Rebirth, the secret experiment that created the Super Soldier known as Captain America, in the early comics. However, in the film the character will be updated.

Mexican singer Sergio Vega has been killed in a gunfight just hours after he dismissed false online reports of his own death. The 40-year-old star, who was also known as El Shaka, was gunned down on his way to a concert in Sinaloa, Mexico on Saturday night, June 26. The musician is said to have been murdered by unknown gunmen who targeted Vega's red Cadillac and shot him dead after the vehicle crashed to a halt, according to the BBC.

He was killed just hours after he gave an interview to entertainment website La Oreja in which he silenced online gossip which suggested he had been murdered. Vega told the website, "It's happened to me for years now, someone tells a radio station or a newspaper I've been killed, or suffered an accident. And then I have to call my dear mum, who has heart trouble, to reassure her."

Angelina Jolie is considering quitting acting for good because she's much happier in her role as a mother and a humanitarian. The Hollywood star recently completed filming of her latest movie, "The Tourist" with Johnny Depp, and has several projects lined up including a big-screen adaptation of Patricia Cornwell's popular Kay Scarpetta novels.

But Jolie, who has six kids with her partner Brad Pitt, reveals she's growing tired of acting and might not "do it much longer". She tells Vanity Fair magazine, "It's (acting) not the most important thing in my life. Acting helped me as I was growing up. It helped me learn about myself, helped me travel, helped me understand life, express myself, all those wonderful things."

For showing a good number in the first three episodes, "Pretty Little Liars" life gets extended. ABC Family has put down an order for 12 additional episodes that turns the total number of episodes in season one to 22.

" 'Pretty Little Liars' is a breakout hit for the network," Kate Jeurgens, the EVP of Original Programming said. "We're thrilled that our Millennial viewers have responded so strongly to the show. It's a perfect fit with the network's strong slate of original scripted dramas, including 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager' and 'Make It or Break It'."

Megan Fox was never really on the market due to her long-term relationship with Brian Austin Green, but the "Transformers" star is now officially off. TMZ reported that Megan and Brian have tied the knot.

The site claimed Megan and Brian wed at a small, intimate ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, last week. However, an insider told Star Magazine that "they had a fairly large wedding." The insider added, "But there were clearly more security people than guests! They had so many security people that they had to call in local security because the hotel security alone wouldn't do. It was very hush hush. Everyone was sworn to secrecy."

Jermaine Jackson has sparked further controversy over the death of his brother Michael Jackson - he's convinced the star's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray is just a "fall guy" and the person to blame for his passing is somebody "higher up than the doctor". Murray stands accused of administering the powerful anaesthetic Propofol which led to Jackson's death last year and has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

He has been allowed to keep his medical licence ahead of his preliminary trial date, which has been set for August. Jermaine intends to be in court to see Murray and "support" his famous family - and he's sure further revelations will come to light during the trial. During an appearance on U.S. talk show "Larry King Live", he says, "I'm there for support. There to keep my mother strong and my father and the family."

Lindsay Lohan's family is heading back to TV - the actress' mother and her siblings have landed a deal to star in a new reality show. Lohan's mother Dina previously appeared in "Living Lohan", which focused on 16-year-old Ali Lohan's attempts to break into showbusiness.

The show ran for one season in 2008, amid scathing reviews from TV critics. But the famous family is giving reality TV another go with plans for a brand new show, which Dina claims will also feature the "Mean Girls" star in several episodes.

British royal Prince Harry narrowly escaped serious injury following a terrifying fall at a polo match in New York on Sunday, June 27. The 25 year old was taking part in the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic charity game on Governors Island, off Manhattan, to raise money for African orphans.

But the star-studded crowd, which included Susan Sarandon, Mary J. Blige and Val Kilmer, was left fearing for the young royal after he was thrown from his horse and hit the ground hard. However, Harry escaped unscathed and after brushing himself off and catching his breath, he was back in the saddle again.

Stephanie Seymour was ordered to attend a court hearing after she missed a mandatory drug test while she was on vacation in the Caribbean. The former supermodel has been ordered to undergo regular testing, along with her ex-husband Peter Brant, as part of the pair's messy divorce proceedings and ongoing custody battle over their three children.

Seymour was forced back to court in Connecticut after she missed a scheduled drug test while she was enjoying a sun-soaked vacation in St. Barts with two of her kids in March. The 40 year old claimed she did not see emails which asked her to meet with a doctor who had been sent to her hotel to perform the test.

Actor Dominic West has wed his college sweetheart in a romantic ceremony in Ireland. "The Wire" star married Catherine Fitzgerald in front of their loved ones at Glin Castle, the bride's family home in Limerick, Ireland, on Saturday, June 26.

Prior to the wedding, West said, "I'm so nervous I can barely speak", while Fitzgerald told reporters outside the ceremony: "I feel so excited, really happy, really thrilled. It's a fairytale." The happy couple was also joined by West's co-stars from the hit U.S. cop show, Wendell Pierce, Andre Royo, Sonja Sohn and Doug Olear.

Mel Gibson's lawyer has slammed Oksana Grigorieva's claims the "Braveheart" star was "cruel" towards her during their union and is failing to pay child maintenance for their daughter - branding them "sensational allegations". Grigorieva opened up about their acrimonious split for a British tabloid on Sunday, June 27, insisting the actor wasn't paying towards the upkeep of their seven-month-old child Lucia.

The former couple is embroiled in a battle over visitation rights, with the singer reportedly winning a restraining order in Los Angeles against Gibson last week, prompting the movie star/director's legal team to call for a modification so their client can spend time with his daughter. But Gibson is fuming over Grigorieva's allegations, and his lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, has spoken out to defend his client.

A week after declaring his sobriety and announcing the release of his tell-all book which details his struggle with alcohol and drugs, Motley Crue's frontman Vince Neil was arrested for suspicion of DUI on early Monday morning, June 28, Associated Press reported.

Vince was taken into custody after police pulled his Lamborghini over near the Las Vegas Strip. Detecting alcohol, cops gave him a field sobriety test and later arrested him for suspicion of DUI. The 49-year-old rocker was booked at Clark County Detention Center at about 11.15 P.M.

More TV shows will get to go home with surfboards. The 2010 Teen Choice Awards has announced the second batch of nominees whose winners are determined by fans votes. Not dominant in the first wave, "Modern Family", "Community" and "One Tree Hill" will now give a tough competition.

"Modern" which has been nominated in TV Show Comedy the last time, is now vying also the prizes of Breakout Show, Female Breakout Star, and Male Breakout Star. "Community" meanwhile, earns its first nominations through Spanish teacher Ken Jeong who is up for Male Breakout Star and the first season which is up for Breakout Show. "Hill" is now put under three additional categories, Female Scene Stealer, Male Scene Stealer, and Parental Unit.

Michael Douglas is facing a legal battle over his pay cheque from the upcoming "Wall Street" sequel - his ex-wife has filed a lawsuit alleging she is owed a share of his salary. The Hollywood star has reprised his role as greedy Gordon Gekko for a follow-up to the 1987 movie, "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps", which is due for release later this year.

But Douglas is facing a fight to keep hold of his payment for the film after his former partner, Diandra Douglas, who he divorced in 2000, filed papers demanding 50 per cent of his pay cheque and royalties from the new picture. The lawsuit, filed in New York City earlier this month, claims Diandra's divorce deal entitled her to half her ex-husband's earnings from projects he worked on during their 20 years of marriage - including the original "Wall Street" movie and any possible "spin-offs".

2010 Teen Choice Awards has just released second wave of nominations in addition to the first pack announced on June 14. This time, "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" and "Valentine's Day" grab six more nominations each in movie categories, making the second installment of the vampire drama series franchise lead the competition with 11 nods in total.

"New Moon" adds its chance to win as its stars, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, are nominated for Choice Liplock and Choice Chemistry categories. Moreover, Kellan Lutz is among the nominees of Choice Male Scene Stealer while three of the film beauties, Dakota Fanning, Ashley Greene and Anna Kendrick, face off each other for Choice Female Scene Stealer kudo. For this honor, Kendrick also owes it to her role in "Up in the Air".

The second wave of 2010 Teen Choice Awards nominees has arrived. In music field, B.o.B and Demi Lovato lead with four nods each, while the likes of Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Paramore, Ke$ha and Drake follow with three each.

Cyrus is also up for Most Fanatic Fans prize, battling David Archuleta, Justin Bieber, "Glee" cast and "Twilight" cast. In addition to Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon - Female and Most Fanatic Fans prizes, the "Hannah Montana" star is also nominated in Choice: Celebrity Fashion Line category for her Miley and Max with designer Max Azria.

Back in April this year, Steve Carell let it slip during an interview with BBC Radio that he was not up to renewing his contract on "The Office". The actor has just made it official on Monday, June 28, saying the show will plain survive without Michael Scott.

"I just think it's time," Carell was quoted as saying on E! Online. "I want to fulfill my contract. When I first signed on, I had a contract for seven seasons, and this coming year is my seventh. I just thought it was time for my character to go."

As it has been promised, the first full trailer for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is outed by Warner Bros. on June 28. Mashing up scenes from the first and second parts of the movie, the video gives preview to the final battle. The intense moments are intercepted with a glimpse of scenes when the young wizards mingle with Muggle and when Ginny Weasley gives a kiss to Harry Potter.
