Veterinarian Cindy Bressler filed a lawsuit in a New York court on Wednesday, June 23 accusing the "Hero" hitmaker of paying just $8,200 of a $37,800 bill for providing "extraordinary services" for her dogs Cha-Cha, JJ and Dolomite.

The staggering sum is the fee for a month of care. Carey is seemingly struggling to handle her three beloved pooches - she asked fans on Twitter earlier this week if they wanted to adopt Cha Cha's puppies.

Amy Winehouse is taking her new relationship seriously - she has asked her lover Reg Traviss to move into her London home, according to U.K. reports. Clay Aiken is adamant he doesn't "blame" the record bosses who axed him from his former label, admitting they had a difficult job marketing him to fans. Paramount Pictures reportedly fears Tom Cruise's name could not lift up his upcoming movie "Mission: Impossible IV". According to Deadline Hollywood, the studio will be closely watching the performance of "Knight & Day" which also stars the 47-year-old actor and has been unleashed in the U.S. on June 23.

The site reports, if "Knight & Day" fails at Box Office, the studio might kill the upcoming movie "despite Cruise's action hero character". Though so, Paramount insiders inform that no decisions have been made yet.

Joan Rivers' former manager is suing the comic for $2.2 million, alleging he is owed money for resurrecting her "dormant" career. In the filed papers, the agent lists the jobs he allegedly landed Rivers and states he is still owed 10 per cent of her earnings, totaling $200,000. Former "American idol" star Clay Aiken has added his name to the list of possible replacements for departed judge Simon Cowell. Michael Jacksonc fans have been given the green light to visit the cemetery where the King of Pop was laid to rest in September 2009 on the first anniversary of his death but they won't be allowed anywhere near his tomb. Bosses at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California and police have listed what devotees are allowed to do as they pay their respects to Jackson on Friday, June 25.

They can leave flowers close to the singer's burial site, but no one will be able to release balloons or doves and candles have been banned, as have video cameras, posters, computers, incense and radios. There will be an outdoor terrace overlooking Jackson's mausoleum, where fans will be invited to leave gifts and flowers.

Actor Val Kilmer has publicly apologized to his New Mexico neighbors for critical remarks he has made about the state in past interviews. The Doors star accepted an offer from San Miguel County officials to explain himself and attended a commission meeting on Wednesday, June 23, where he attempted to make amends for sleights about New Mexicans, explaining he understood why locals would be upset when they "hear negative things about a place you love".

After hearing his comments, the officials granted the actor permission to rent out guest houses on his estate near Santa Fe. Outspoken actor Jon Voight has taken aim at U.S. President Barack Obama again in an open letter to the Washington Post newspaper. The "Deliverance" star, who is Angelina Jolie's father, called Obama a "false prophet" in 2009 and now he's blasting America's leader for his party's foreign policies in the Middle East.

The 71-year-old Republican calls Democrat Obama, "the first American president that lied to the Jewish people, and the American people as well, when you said that you would defend Israel, the only Democratic state in the Middle East, against all their enemies."

The executors of Michael Jackson's estate have dodged a $4.58 million (3.05 million pound sterling) creditor's claim from the lending company behind the refinancing of the Neverland Ranch - because company bosses missed the deadline for submissions. Executives at lending firm Genesis Group International claimed they had helped Jackson secure a $45 million (30 million pound sterling) loan to prevent the California property going into foreclosure in 2007.

The late singer was alleged to have agreed to pay Genesis 10 per cent of the loan amount plus fees - but Jackson is said to have fallen behind on payments amounting to $4.58 million. Genesis bosses demanded repayment from the Jackson estate earlier this year but the executors failed to act on the notice and the lenders were expected to join the long list of creditors vying for a slice of the superstar's fortune.

Actor Jeremy London's twin brother is risking legal action from his famous sibling after defying a cease and desist order to voice fears the actor is back on drugs and in need of "serious psychological help" following his alleged kidnapping ordeal. The former "Party of Five" star, 37, claims he was taken hostage by a group of men in California earlier June after they offered to help him change a tire on his car.

He insists he was held at gunpoint and forced to drive the men around Palm Springs. London also alleges he was forced to "purchase alcohol and use illicit drugs". Brandon Adams, 26, has since been charged with kidnapping, robbery, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft and carjacking. London's mother, Debbie Nielsen, and his brother Jason London, have spoken publicly about the star's drug battle in light of the kidnapping tale, prompting the actor's lawyers to fire off cease and desist letters to silence them, fearing any comments made could ruin a potential court case.

Actress Susan Sarandon has gone under the surgeon's knife to fix an ongoing foot problem. The Oscar winner injured her foot in a fall during a charity trip to Haiti in January this year, and when she continued to suffer pain, she decided to get the problem fixed once and for all.

Mexican prosecutors have filed a formal request with U.S. authorities to extradite reality TV producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, so he can stand trial for the murder of his wife. The "Survivor" executive became a wanted man in Mexico earlier this month when a judge issued a warrant for his arrest following the death of his wife Monica, whose body was found in a sewer near the hotel where the couple was holidaying in April.

Beresford-Redman was ordered to remain in Mexico as authorities investigated the crime, but he escaped and resurfaced in Southern California, where he was found living with his two children. Mexican officials subsequently charged the producer with the killing and they are now seeking permission from their U.S. counterparts to extradite the suspect so he can face the allegations.

Actor/writer Spalding Gray's widow is keeping her late husband's legacy alive by writing a book about her time with him and a play and film based on his journals. Kathleen Russo was left devastated when Gray committed suicide by jumping off the Staten Island Ferry in New York in 2004, and she's committed to keeping her dead husband's memory alive.

Currently producing Steven Soderbergh's documentary about Gray's life, "And Everything is Going Fine", the Hollywood costume designer has big plans for 2011. Rap mogul Master P is teaming up with basketball legend Magic Johnson to give underprivileged kids the chance to meet the sporting icon at a free summer camp. The hip-hop star, real name Percy Miller, is hosting the Game of Life Basketball Camp in Pasadena, California on Saturday, June 26.

Through the project, he hopes to encourage kids aged between seven and 16 to exercise and learn about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Miller will be joined by his rapper/actor son Romeo, who played basketball for the University of Southern California, as well as professional ball players Johnson, Mark Jackson and Rashad McCants.

"Harry Potter" fans do not have to wait longer to watch a new sneak peek to "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows". Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that the first trailer for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" will hit the web on Monday, June 28 at 4 P.M. PST.

The same trailer will also be used to attract "Twilight" fans. According to Collider, the "Deathly Hallows: Part I" trailer will be presented in front of "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" when the film is released in U.S. cinemas starting June 30.

Ozzy Osbourne is keen to rebuild his relationship with former Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi following the death of their mutual friend Ronnie James Dio. The "Prince of Darkness" filed suit against Iommi last May, demanding a 50 per cent stake in the Black Sabbath name and claiming his "signature lead vocals" were largely responsible for the band's success.

Actor James Van Der Beek's first child will be a baby girl, his partner Kimberly Brook has revealed. The former "Dawson's Creek" star announced he was expecting a baby with Brook in April, less than a month after reaching a divorce settlement with his actress ex, Heather Ann McComb.

The expectant parents recently learned they will welcome a daughter this autumn - but Brook admits they are struggling to come up with suitable baby names. Retired American football great Lawrence Taylor has been indicted on charges of rape following an incident involving a minor in May. The former New York Giants star, 51, was arrested on May 6 at a hotel in Montebello, New York amid allegations he paid a 16-year-old girl $300 for sex.

Taylor, who has denied the charges, was formally charged with third-degree rape and patronizing a prostitute and freed on $75,000 bail. But the shamed sportsman is now facing further legal problems - in addition to the two counts, a grand jury in Rockland County has indicted Taylor on charges of criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Aging rock icon Ozzy Osbourne fears he will be unable to cope with the pressures of his upcoming world tour - insisting he will scrap the gigs if his health starts to suffer. The Black Sabbath star, who previously endured a lengthy battle with alcohol and drug addiction, is due to perform in countries including the U.K., North America, Japan, Israel and Russia later this year.

Osbourne has previously insisted he is healthy enough to carrying on making music for years to come, saying, "I recently went for a medical; my doctors gave me a full bill of health." But the 61 year old has now admitted he has concerns about touring the globe.

Movie bosses are giving "Twilight" fans the chance to see the first two installments in the vampire franchise under the shadow of a real eclipse. "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" is set for release at the end of the month, and to mark the occasion, devotees in North America will be able to see the first two films for free in a series of moonlight screenings to coincide with the upcoming lunar eclipse on Saturday night, June 26.

The outdoor showings, organized by Summit Entertainment, will take place in cities across the U.S., including Dallas, Texas, Miami, Florida and San Diego, California, as well as Toronto and Vancouver in Canada.

Notorious actor Robert Blake is facing further financial woes after filing for bankruptcy in 2006 - he allegedly owes more than $1.1 million in unpaid taxes to the state of California. The "In Cold Blood" star became infamous for his troubled personal life when he was tried and acquitted of murder in 2005 following the death of his wife Bonnie Lee Bakley.

Bakley's three children filed a civil suit against Blake and he was ordered to pay $30 million after he was found liable for her wrongful death. Tupac Shakur's song "Dear Mama" and R.E.M.'s track "Radio Free Europe" have been declared American national treasures - the records will be added to a U.S. archive of culturally significant recordings. The songs are among 25 new additions to the Library of Congress' National Recording Registry, a government archive which preserves audio documents considered important for future generations.

There are only 300 recordings currently in the collection. Shakur's song was lauded as a "moving and eloquent homage to both his own mother and all mothers struggling to maintain a family in the face of addiction, poverty and societal indifference" by members of the National Recording Preservation Board.

Executives at the Internet company will now hand over a $50,000 cheque for a temporary school to be constructed in the earthquake-ravaged country. Robert Pattinson has spoken out his thought about Kristen Stewart's rape comment. Unlike some media, fans and spokespeople for rape victims' advocacy organizations who blasted Stewart for her bad choice of word, Pattinson has backed his on-screen lover.

The 83rd Annual Academy Awards is still on the track of its February 27, 2011 slot. Responding to rumor started by Deadline Hollywood that the show might be moved to January, Oscars director-producer Don Mischer has explained to Los Angeles Times that it is not true.

"When I read that in Nikki Finke's column I was completely surprised. I do know that it would not be happening for the show we're doing," he states.
