Medical Board Wants Michael Jackson's Physician's License Suspended

June 10, 2010 07:41:37 GMT

In a legal brief filed on Monday, June 7 the board bosses state, "It is not just (Murray's) 'prescribing' practices that are in question, but his fundamental judgment and skill as a physician. While the defendant asserts that he will not practice in California, there is no legal bar to him changing his mind and engaging in practice in this state."
