Pop star Pink has poked fun at rumours she's expecting her first child with husband Carey Hart by joking about having a "600 pound baby". The "So What" hitmaker, real name Alecia Moore, sparked reports she was pregnant after she was snapped with a slight tummy bump on April 12.

The singer has so far refused to confirm or deny the claims, but took to her Twitter on Thursday, April 15 to suggest the renewed baby speculation is just the latest in a longrunning joke. She wrote, "Off to the gym. Lord knows when this 600 pound baby comes out that I've been growing for 8 years, i better be strong and physically prepared!!!"

Sir Elton John put off the idea of becoming a father for years because he feared he was too old to look after a baby. The "Rocket Man", 63, and his partner David Furnish decided to start a family and adopt last year - but they were left devastated when their attempts to become parents to a Ukrainian boy named Lev was rejected on the grounds of their sexuality.

The couple is still keen to adopt, but John admits he had shunned the thought of being a dad until they actually began the whole adoption process. He says, "I'd said until that point, 'No, I'm too old (to adopt).' Then I thought, 'You know what Elton, you're not too old. You're still very young at heart. You've done everything you possibly can in your career, the only thing you haven't done is be a good parent'."

Rapper Rick Ross has been ordered to hand over $300,000 in damages to a DJ he is accused of attacking during an altercation in 2008. The Hustlin' star appeared in New York Federal Court on Thursday, April 15 to give his account of the encounter, in which he and his entourage are alleged to have pounced on DJ Vlad when he quizzed the rapper about rumors he had previously served as a correctional officer.

Ross told the court he was unaware the assault was going to happen and insisted he never laid a hand on the DJ. Vlad, real name Vlad Lyubovni, sued for $4 million, claiming he suffered a broken eye socket, a broken nose, nerve damage to his face and required seven stitches under his right eye, in addition to other injuries, as a result of the attack.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer fears his client will not get a fair trial when he goes to court over the death of Michael Jackson because the King of Pop was so loved by people across the globe. The embattled medic has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter amid accusations he administered the powerful drug that killed Jackson last June.

Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff insists the doctor will not be negotiating a deal with Los Angeles prosecutors because "plea bargains are for guilty people". But he worries about the impartiality of the jury in a case concerning the death of one of the world's biggest pop superstars.

David Beckham has been knocked into second place in a poll to find England's greatest soccer star - behind troubled ex-superstar Paul Gascoigne. The online survey has been carried out by executives at New Black Films, ahead of the release of their new soccer movie "One Night in Turin".

The "24" star was enjoying a boozy night out with a pal on Thursday, April 15 and decided to end the night at exotic dance venue Stringfellows.

British tabloid The Sun reported the inebriated actor began dancing erratically with his shirt off and shouting inside the club before getting into a scuffle with security when he was allegedly asked to leave. Katy Perry opted to talk about her next studio installment in an interview with Rolling Stone. The 25-year-old singer shared her plan to record a Californian song as an answer to Jay-Z's New York anthem "Empire State of Mind".

A wrongful death lawsuit filed by the mother of the late Notorious B.I.G. against the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has been thrown out of court, eight years after the complaint was originally lodged.

The rap great, real name Christopher Wallace, was shot dead in Los Angeles in 1997, aged just 24. His murder has never been solved, despite witness reports and a plethora of conspiracy theories linking his death to the murder of rap rival Tupac Shakur, who was killed in September, 1996.

On the April 16 episode of BET's "106 & Park", Plies has made public a music video to promote his single "She Got It Made". The rapper anonymously sends a lucky lady for a makeover while he is doing a photoshoot and gives her a bag of cash at the end of the clip.

Actor Malik Yoba has separated from his actress wife Cat Wilson after three years of marriage. The "Why Did I Get Married Too?" star admits he was stunned when Wilson phoned him to express her desire to take a break.

Woody Harrelson has reached an undisclosed settlement with a paparazzo who accused the actor of choking him during a violent bust-up in 2006. Josh Levine filed suit against the actor in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2008, alleging Harrelson broke his video camera, choked him and ordered his bodyguard to attack the photographer during the incident in Hollywood, California.

Harrelson countersued for invasion of privacy. According to court documents, Levine and Harrelson reached a settlement earlier this month - just weeks before the case was scheduled to go to trial. Details of the settlement were not included in court records. The case had been scheduled for trial in early May.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" has found its replacement for Orlando Bloom. Walt Disney Pictures has announced that Sam Claflin has been tapped to star in the upcoming movie to play a key role of Philip, a youthful missionary.

Previously, it was reported that Claflin was competing with another newcomer Max Irons for the leading part in the film. It appears that the "The Pillars of the Earth" star won the competition from his fellow British actor.

Lady GaGa is going to invade "American Idol" next month. In a post on Twitter, the dance queen who is well known for her outrageous outfit and theatrical stage act confirmed she will perform on the reality singing competition on May 5.

How Neil Patrick Harris will look like on "Glee" has been revealed in two stills released via Access Hollywood. As the guest star of May 18 episode, Harris will play Bryan Adam, a former rival of Matthew Morrison's Will Schuester who is also an anti-arts-funding board member at McKinley High.

The episode is called "Dream On" but the synopsis has not been released. Producer Brian Falchuk, however, shed a little light on how the actor is doing in the episode. He said, "He was delightful, he was easy, he was all the things you wanted him to be. ...When we were writing the character, we were like, 'Oh my God, what if for some reason, Neil ...can't do it? No one else can play this character; we'll have to rewrite the whole episode!' "

"American Idol" producers have shot down reports Paula Abdul will return to judge the U.S. TV singing competition - less than a year after she left the series. Last August, Abdul announced long-running negotiations had fallen through and she had quit the show after eight seasons.

She has since been replaced by comedienne Ellen DeGeneres. Recent reports suggested Abdul would rejoin the judging panel to replace Simon Cowell, who will quit the show next month to concentrate on bringing his hit British talent show "The X Factor" to the U.S.

The directors of a new Linda Lovelace biopic have dismissed rumors they have signed Lindsay Lohan to play the infamous porn star in the film. Recent reports suggested Lohan had been lined up for the controversial lead role in director Rob Epstein's forthcoming film "Lovelace".

However, Epstein is adamant the Mean Girls actress has not landed the part. He tells the New York Post, "Definitely not true for our project, which is Lovelace. We can't speak for any other project out there unrelated to our team."

Gerald Imes will make a shocking confession when he appears for an upcoming episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show". In the Monday, April 19 episode of the talk show, he will speak publicly for the first time about the sexual abuse he has done to his actress sister Mo'Nique.

"Wizards of Waverly Place" star David Henrie was detained by police in Los Angeles on Thursday night, April 15 after allegedly attempting to start a fight at a shopping center. The 20 year old, who stars in the Disney show alongside Selena Gomez, was enjoying a night out at Universal CityWalk with his 16-year-old brother Lorenzo, when the pair became embroiled in a dispute with an unnamed person.

Cops intervened and the actor and his sibling were both taken into custody and cited for a misdemeanor offense of challenging a person to a fight. The pair was handed over to their father on Friday morning, April 16, according to TMZ.com.

Pierce Brosnan's upcoming "The Thomas Crown Affair" sequel has been thrown into jeopardy after director Paul Verhoeven quit in a dispute over the script. The former James Bond star is planning to reprise his role as a high class art thief in a sequel to the 1999 thriller, which was a remake of a 1968 film, starring Steve McQueen.

The Irish actor confirmed the project in February, insisting movie bosses had "a script and a structure that is good". But the production now appears to be in trouble after "Total Recall" filmmaker Verhoeven walked out - blaming his departure on a "regime change" and a decision to use a different script.

Two scenes are clipped from the upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries". The first one gives the spotlight to a conversation between Anna and Damon about the robbery in blood bank while the second one is a small talk between Stefan and Damon about the former's craving for human blood.

The pressure of competition and sudden fame have taken its toll for Crystal Bowersox. A music video aimed to support the revamped version of Shuggie Otis' 1977 song "Strawberry Letter 23" has been debuted. The Dayo-directed clip features Quincy Jones sharing screen with his collaborator Akon.

"The concept of the video is almost like the concept of the song," Akon told MTV. "It's about receiving a letter, but the letter is scented in a strawberry scent, and it happens to be the 22nd letter or 23rd letter. In the video, I'm receiving it from this beautiful admirer. I go through this fantasy world, this garden, and I'm following her through it. I actually get to meet her."

"Lethal Weapon" star Danny Glover has been charged with trespassing after taking part in a noisy protest against a U.S. food giant in Maryland. The actor was among a group of 12 people who were arrested by local armed police following a rally regarding unfair business practices outside the Sodexo Headquarters in Gaithersburg on Friday, April 16.

Protesters claim workers in the Sodexo cafeteria were being paid low wages and had had their civil rights violated. Glover and his fellow campaigners were subsequently released after receiving citations and the actor remains upbeat about putting an end to the alleged rights violations.

Following his radio interview about an upcoming tour with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday, April 15, Adam Lambert took it to his Twitter to announce his opening acts. He wrote, "For those who didn't know, my opening acts are Orianthi and Allison Iraheta!!!"
