Ozzy Osbourne Pleads Fans to Pick a Name for His New Album

Ozzy Osbourne is calling on his fans to decide the name of his new album - after they vetoed his idea, "Soul Sucka". The Black Sabbath star's latest musical offering is set to hit shelves in June, but he decided to scrap the record's name after reading online that his followers hated it.

And now he's calling on them to vote for their favourite title - and has vowed to use the one they like the most. Osbourne says, "This time, before I even announce what I'm going to call it, I'm going to get a list of names and post it on my web site and find out which people like the best."

Oscar-hopeful Carey Mulligan is "embarrassed" critics are hailing her as the next Audrey Hepburn - insisting she feels like cartoon ogre "Shrek" in comparison to the screen icon. Mulligan has been nominated for a string of awards for her role in "An Education", but the 24 year old is adamant she still has a long way to go to match the "Breakfast At Tiffany" star's success - and looks.

She says, "I've always been so embarrassed by that comparison. You feel like 'Shrek' compared to Audrey Hepburn. It's a really nice comparison, but it just seems so mad." And the rising star admits she was stunned to receive a Best Actress nomination ahead of March Academy Awards.

Jay-Z Sues Bank and Firm With $3.7 Million Hotel Lawsuit

Jay-Z has filed a double lawsuit against a bank and investment firm, accusing the businesses of owing him $3.7 million over his New York hotel development. The "Big Pimpin'" hitmaker - real name Shawn Carter - was set to plough money into the J Hotel, a luxury development in the Big Apple.

His company bought a $66 million plot in New York City in 2007 and obtained a $52 million loan that was assigned to investment managers Highland Capital Management LP and serviced by NexBank SSB. The firm also obtained an extra $11.8 million loan for the venture.

RHCP's Flea Thrilled About Joining Nathaniel Ayers' New Record

Red Hot Chili Peppers star Flea has realized his dream of playing with mentally ill music mastermind Nathaniel Ayers after signing up to join the classically-trained subject of the film "The Soloist" in the recording studio. The bassist joined Ayers and members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic orchestra to record tracks for the homeless maestro's debut album "Putting on Ayers".

The recording session was arranged by Los Angeles Times columnist Steve Lopez, whose friendship with Ayers sparked the movie, starring Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey, Jr. In his column on Wednesday, February 3, Lopez reveals the recording process was difficult because his friend couldn't commit to showing for the session until the very last minute.

Vinnie Jones has snubbed 50 Cent's proposal to launch a chain of traditional U.K. pubs in America - because he wants to take on the project with fellow movie hardman Jason Statham. The "In da Club" hitmaker was hoping Jones would lend his expertise to help launch English pub-style diners in the U.S., saying "Vinnie would be ideal."

But Jones would rather go into business with his "Snatch" co-star Statham - and he's keen to kick-start the business venture in Los Angeles. He says, "Me and Jay (Statham) have been talking about it for about a year. We were thinking The Snatch Bar or something like that down in Santa Monica. We're going to do it, it's just a question of us finding the time."

Mary J. Blige has formed a supergroup to re-record Led Zeppelin classic "Stairway to Heaven". The R&B star has taken over the fabled Studio A at Hollywood's Capitol Records building and recruited Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson, Michael Jackson's former touring guitarist Orianthi and guitar great Steve Vai as her band to record a cover of the rock anthem.

Blige tells Spinner.com, "I think this song is not hard at all because it's based on pure emotion... and once you get lost in the rock 'n' roll moment of it, all you can do is scream to the top of your lungs or go as low as you need to go... It's a spirit thing."

Life & Style heard from an insider that ABC takes control of their wedding guests list. The Alphabet wants a "Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" reunion even if it means Jason and Molly do not know them well.

The problem is, Melissa Rycroft whom Jason picked only to be dumped for Molly at the end, is allegedly invited. Molly is fine with the other reality show stars but thinks that inviting Melissa crosses the line. "Molly is fine with that, but she's not especially thrilled about Melissa attending her wedding, because she thinks it will turn into a circus," the insider said.

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are going to hit the road for the fifth time with "The Fast and the Furious" film franchise. Variety has reported that Universal Pictures is going to make another sequel of the film series with the two lead actors attached to the project which is entitled "Fast Five".

Additionally, the studio has also closed deals with director Justin Lin and producer Neal Moritz to return to the next movie. Lin has directed the two previous sequels, "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" and "Fast and Furious", while Moritz has produced every film in the series since 2001 "The Fast and the Furious".

Since New Jersey is no longer skin friendly for those who want to bare their flesh, MTV is moving "Jersey Shore" to warmer area. The network reportedly will move the shooting to Miami beaches since a letter from the producers to the owner of Miami Mynt Lounge has been obtained by TMZ.

The letter requested the club to clear the area for a shooting which begins March and ends April. 495 Productions insisted they "won't be able to shoot the show on Miami Beach unless" they are "able to shoot in the hottest clubs." Troubled rocker Pete Doherty is heading back to court again - he's accused of a motoring offense following a horrific car crash involving his manager. The Babyshambles frontman has been charged with allowing Andrew Boyd to drive his car without the requisite insurance.

"Avatar" has officially become the new king of Hollywood movie industry. According to The Hollywood Reporter, as of Wednesday, February 3, this James Cameron-directed sci-fi has collected $601.1 million from ticket sales in the U.S. and Canada, surpassing the domestic record of $600.8 million set by Cameron's 1998 movie "Titanic". Accordingly, "Avatar" has become the highest-grossing domestic box office movie ever.

The man behind "MacGyver" is consulting lawyers in a bid to block the release of an upcoming spoof movie based on the 1980s TV series. A new film, titled "MacGruber" and starring Val Kilmer, is set to hit cinemas in April, but Lee Zlotoff, creator of the original show, alleges the parody breaches copyright laws as he retained the movie rights to his TV creation.

Backing up Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof's statement during "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" about the end of "Lost", ABC President Stephen McPherson announced on Wednesday, February 3 that the last episode of season 6 will air on Sunday, May 23. The sci-fi series will wrap up in a two-hour finale starting at 8/7c.

"Lost" kicked off the sixth and final season on Tuesday also with a two-hour event. It absorbed 12.1 million viewers and dominated adults-18-to-49 demographic between 9/8c to 11/10c. It was ABC's best two-hour performance since November 2007.

Canadian rocker Matthew Good has paid tribute to his former bandmate Geoff Llyod, who died at the weekend, in late January. The bassist, who founded the Matthew Good Band with the star in the 1990s, was found dead at the end of January. The cause of death has not yet been publicly confirmed.

And Good admits he's still in a "state of shock" after learning of the tragedy. In a post on his official website, he writes, "I really don't know what to say right now. Having just found out that Geoff has passed I'm still in a state of shock. Geoff was one of the founding members of the Matthew Good Band, and, as far as I'm concerned, it was never quite the same without him."
