Ozzy Osbourne is calling on his fans to decide the name of his new album - after they vetoed his idea, "Soul Sucka". The Black Sabbath star's latest musical offering is set to hit shelves in June, but he decided to scrap the record's name after reading online that his followers hated it.

And now he's calling on them to vote for their favourite title - and has vowed to use the one they like the most. Osbourne says, "This time, before I even announce what I'm going to call it, I'm going to get a list of names and post it on my web site and find out which people like the best."

Oscar-hopeful Carey Mulligan is "embarrassed" critics are hailing her as the next Audrey Hepburn - insisting she feels like cartoon ogre "Shrek" in comparison to the screen icon. Mulligan has been nominated for a string of awards for her role in "An Education", but the 24 year old is adamant she still has a long way to go to match the "Breakfast At Tiffany" star's success - and looks.

She says, "I've always been so embarrassed by that comparison. You feel like 'Shrek' compared to Audrey Hepburn. It's a really nice comparison, but it just seems so mad." And the rising star admits she was stunned to receive a Best Actress nomination ahead of March Academy Awards.

Jay-Z has filed a double lawsuit against a bank and investment firm, accusing the businesses of owing him $3.7 million over his New York hotel development. The "Big Pimpin'" hitmaker - real name Shawn Carter - was set to plough money into the J Hotel, a luxury development in the Big Apple.

His company bought a $66 million plot in New York City in 2007 and obtained a $52 million loan that was assigned to investment managers Highland Capital Management LP and serviced by NexBank SSB. The firm also obtained an extra $11.8 million loan for the venture.

Kim Cattrall can't wait until "Sex and the City 2" movie hits the big screen - because she's tired of keeping the script a secret. Film bosses have warned the feisty blonde and the rest of the cast, including Sarah Jessica Parker, not to reveal the highly-anticipated plot ahead of the film's May release.

Red Hot Chili Peppers star Flea has realized his dream of playing with mentally ill music mastermind Nathaniel Ayers after signing up to join the classically-trained subject of the film "The Soloist" in the recording studio. The bassist joined Ayers and members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic orchestra to record tracks for the homeless maestro's debut album "Putting on Ayers".

The recording session was arranged by Los Angeles Times columnist Steve Lopez, whose friendship with Ayers sparked the movie, starring Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey, Jr. In his column on Wednesday, February 3, Lopez reveals the recording process was difficult because his friend couldn't commit to showing for the session until the very last minute.

Vinnie Jones has snubbed 50 Cent's proposal to launch a chain of traditional U.K. pubs in America - because he wants to take on the project with fellow movie hardman Jason Statham. The "In da Club" hitmaker was hoping Jones would lend his expertise to help launch English pub-style diners in the U.S., saying "Vinnie would be ideal."

But Jones would rather go into business with his "Snatch" co-star Statham - and he's keen to kick-start the business venture in Los Angeles. He says, "Me and Jay (Statham) have been talking about it for about a year. We were thinking The Snatch Bar or something like that down in Santa Monica. We're going to do it, it's just a question of us finding the time."

Mary J. Blige has formed a supergroup to re-record Led Zeppelin classic "Stairway to Heaven". The R&B star has taken over the fabled Studio A at Hollywood's Capitol Records building and recruited Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson, Michael Jackson's former touring guitarist Orianthi and guitar great Steve Vai as her band to record a cover of the rock anthem.

Blige tells Spinner.com, "I think this song is not hard at all because it's based on pure emotion... and once you get lost in the rock 'n' roll moment of it, all you can do is scream to the top of your lungs or go as low as you need to go... It's a spirit thing."

AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson has taken aim at Live Aid hero Bob Geldof for publicizing his tireless charity work. The heavy rocker, who himself supports a number of organisations, insists philanthropy isn't something celebrities should boast about.

Johnson admits he keeps his giving to himself because he doesn't want to make less affluent people feel guilty for not parting with their hard-earned cash. He tells Australia's Herald Sun newspaper, "I do it myself, I don't tell everybody I'm doing it. I don't tell everybody they should give money - they can't afford it."

The drama on last season's "The Bachelor" could continue in the wedding of Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney this March. Life & Style heard from an insider that ABC takes control of their wedding guests list. The Alphabet wants a "Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" reunion even if it means Jason and Molly do not know them well.

The problem is, Melissa Rycroft whom Jason picked only to be dumped for Molly at the end, is allegedly invited. Molly is fine with the other reality show stars but thinks that inviting Melissa crosses the line. "Molly is fine with that, but she's not especially thrilled about Melissa attending her wedding, because she thinks it will turn into a circus," the insider said.

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are going to hit the road for the fifth time with "The Fast and the Furious" film franchise. Variety has reported that Universal Pictures is going to make another sequel of the film series with the two lead actors attached to the project which is entitled "Fast Five".

Additionally, the studio has also closed deals with director Justin Lin and producer Neal Moritz to return to the next movie. Lin has directed the two previous sequels, "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" and "Fast and Furious", while Moritz has produced every film in the series since 2001 "The Fast and the Furious".

R&B star Jill Scott is facing a legal battle with bosses at her former record label. Lawyers for Hidden Beach have filed a breach of contract suit against the singer/actress over claims she dismissed her ex-handlers after using them to find fame.

The legal papers suggest the record label "poured its heart and soul into making poet and soul and R&B singer and songwriter Jill Scott a superstar". And the music executives claim their hard work "resulted in Scott becoming one of the most well-known, highly respected recording artists of our time".

"Brothers & Sisters" star Sarah Jane Morris is a new mum after giving birth to a baby boy. The actress was keen to keep the baby news quiet, but her husband, rocker Ned Brower, let it slip on his Facebook page. And now Morris' publicist has confirmed the news.

In his Facebook note to fans, the Rooney star wrote, "S.O.N. (Son of Ned) hath arrived... Emmett Andrew Brower weighs in at 8.2 lbs. Sarah labored for 15 hours w/ NO meds... she is a total powerhouse and my hero."

Shontelle promises to bring an edgy and sexy side of her in a new album "No Gravity" which was previously titled "Licky". Sporting a skimpy outfit, she recently did a photoshoot for the album with photographer Robert Ascroft.

As it gets closer to its release date, "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief" keeps teasing audience through some new snippets and images. On Wednesday, February 3, MovieWeb has debuted two clips, one of which follows Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood on their effort to get a pearl in what looks like a casino, while the other one gives a glimpse of Hades transforming into a freaky creature.

Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe has developed a crippling fear of boxer Mike Tyson after finding herself frozen to the spot as he walked by her at a recent awards ceremony. The "Precious: Based on the Novel PUSH by Sapphire" star, who landed her first Academy Award nomination on Tuesday, February 2, attended the Golden Globes in Hollywood in January, where Tyson was also a guest.

John Mayer is calling for generous people to donate for the Haitian relief effort through his "Heart of Life" song. While the track is played, several pictures of the volunteers helping the earthquake victims are flashed with a message read "every donation brings hope."

Since New Jersey is no longer skin friendly for those who want to bare their flesh, MTV is moving "Jersey Shore" to warmer area. The network reportedly will move the shooting to Miami beaches since a letter from the producers to the owner of Miami Mynt Lounge has been obtained by TMZ.

The letter requested the club to clear the area for a shooting which begins March and ends April. 495 Productions insisted they "won't be able to shoot the show on Miami Beach unless" they are "able to shoot in the hottest clubs." Beside Mynt, the production house is also scouting for other locations in the Miami beach area.

Socialite Kim Kardashian has won a permanent restraining order against a man she's accused of stalking and harassing her for months. The reality TV star took legal action against Dennis Shaun Bowman in January amid concerns he believed he was romantically involved with the beauty.

In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kardashian recalled how the obsessed fan began contacting her on social networking site Twitter.com in September 2009, before moving from Georgia to be near her Calabasas, California home. Kardashian went on to claim that Bowman had begun showing up and acting bizarrely at her promotional appearances in the Los Angeles area and sending threatening messages about her boyfriend, American footballer Reggie Bush.

Paris Hilton's reality TV search for a new best friend is at the center of an $8 million legal dispute between show bosses and producers in Dubai over plans to air the program in the United Arab Emirates. Lionsgate Television executives claim producers at Union Emirates, LLC signed a written agreement to co-produce and distribute MTV's Paris Hilton's "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" in the Middle East.

But they failed to pay up more than $4.7 million to cover the production and distribution costs and Lionsgate bosses filed a federal suit for breach of contract in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 2.

Fantasia Barrino ended her relationship with rapper Young Dro after realizing she'd completely neglected her career while enjoying their romance. The "American Idol" winner began dating the hip-hop star in 2007, but the couple parted ways in 2009 after Barrino decided she wanted to return to the spotlight.

She tells MTV.com, "I mainly just focus on my career right now... Everybody wants love (but) right now it's not my main focus. When I let it be my main focus, it interfered with everything else I had going on. I kinda stopped performing. I became kinda like a housewife."

"Beautiful Thieves" music video from AFI has finally made its way out in full. Arriving via MTV, the video sees the band's personnel Davey Havok, Adam Carson, Hunter Burgan and Jade Puget dressed in suits. It follows them making their way to a huge mansion with beautiful ladies awaiting inside.

The video was filmed in mid December 2009. "It's a very cinematic song so I expect we have our work cut out to make the video look as grand as the song is," Adam previously commented to AFI News Headquarters about the concept of the video.

Australian singer Peter Andre cut short a TV interview on Wednesday, February 3 - when he broke down in tears as he discussed the possibility of "losing" his children to ex-wife Katie Price. The "Mysterious Girl" hitmaker was talking to journalist Kay Burley on Sky News in the wake of Price's shock marriage to cage fighter Alex Reid in Las Vegas on Tuesday, February 2.

"American Idol" reviewed back the past auditions in Road to Hollywood. The last audition episode revealed that there are a total of 181 people going to Hollywood. Soon the show will begin the Hollywood week where Ellen DeGeneres begins her stint as Paula Abdul's replacement.

The first in Hollywood episode was Jessica Furney who tried out once with a Janis Joplin song. With a new look and a new song choice, she sang Leona Lewis' "Footprints in the Sand" which Simon Cowell co-wrote. The Beatles legend Ringo Starr has finally found religion as he prepares to turn 70 later this year - insisting he has been searching for God "since the 1960s." The drummer will celebrate the milestone birthday in July 2009, and he is adamant that after years of excess in his "Fab Four" hey-day he has finally found enlightenment.

He says, "'I feel the older I get, the more I'm learning to handle life. Being on this quest for a long time, it's all about finding yourself. For me, God is in my life. I don't hide from that. I think the search has been on since the 1960s. I stepped off the path there for many years and found my way back onto it, thank God."

Rocker John Mayer treated students at the University of South Carolina to a free show on Tuesday night, February 2 - after they camped outside his rehearsal room in a bid to glimpse their idol. The musician has been in Columbia, South Carolina to practice for his upcoming world tour, and the sessions have been staked out by devotees desperate to spot the star.

Troubled rocker Pete Doherty is heading back to court again - he's accused of a motoring offense following a horrific car crash involving his manager. The Babyshambles frontman has been charged with allowing Andrew Boyd to drive his car without the requisite insurance.

Boyd was at the wheel of Doherty's Daimler in September 2009 when he struck pedestrian Chris Corder in Suffolk, England. The victim was seriously injured in the accident and remains in a coma in hospital.

Former teen star Leif Garrett is facing a drug possession charge following an arrest in Los Angeles on Monday morning, February 1. The singer/actor, who shot to fame at the age of 15 with his 1970s single "I Was Made for Dancin'", was busted by cops at a train station and taken into custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

The 48 year old was released from jail on Wednesday morning, February 3 and is due to answer the charge in court on February 24, reports TMZ.com.

A spokeswoman for Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has shot down reports the medic will turn himself into Los Angeles authorities on Wednesday, February 3 as prosecutors prepare to file manslaughter charges against him. Murray is accused of administering a lethal dose of anesthetic drug Propofol to the King of Pop prior to his death in June 2009.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, as of Wednesday, February 3, this James Cameron-directed sci-fi has collected $601.1 million from ticket sales in the U.S. and Canada, surpassing the domestic record of $600.8 million set by Cameron's 1998 movie "Titanic". Accordingly, "Avatar" has become the highest-grossing domestic box office movie ever.

Speaking about how far "Avatar" will go, The 20th Century Fox domestic distribution president Bruce Snyder said, "I have no idea where we go from here." He then added, "The only picture that has gotten this high was 'Titanic,' but 'Avatar' is coming off of a $30 million weekend while 'Titanic' was ending its theatrical run at the same point in the cume."

The man behind "MacGyver" is consulting lawyers in a bid to block the release of an upcoming spoof movie based on the 1980s TV series. A new film, titled "MacGruber" and starring Val Kilmer, is set to hit cinemas in April, but Lee Zlotoff, creator of the original show, alleges the parody breaches copyright laws as he retained the movie rights to his TV creation.

A lawyer for Zlotoff has fired off a series of cease-and-desist letters to executives at Relativity Media, the company behind the new comedy, according to Thresq.com.

Justin Bieber recently opened up about what's to come from upcoming music video for his new single "Baby". Met by MTV during the filming, he said that the cameras will follow him chasing his love interest who plays hard to get.

Backing up Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof's statement during "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" about the end of "Lost", ABC President Stephen McPherson announced on Wednesday, February 3 that the last episode of season 6 will air on Sunday, May 23. The sci-fi series will wrap up in a two-hour finale starting at 8/7c.

"Lost" kicked off the sixth and final season on Tuesday also with a two-hour event. It absorbed 12.1 million viewers and dominated adults-18-to-49 demographic between 9/8c to 11/10c. It was ABC's best two-hour performance since November 2007.

Canadian rocker Matthew Good has paid tribute to his former bandmate Geoff Llyod, who died at the weekend, in late January. The bassist, who founded the Matthew Good Band with the star in the 1990s, was found dead at the end of January. The cause of death has not yet been publicly confirmed.

And Good admits he's still in a "state of shock" after learning of the tragedy. In a post on his official website, he writes, "I really don't know what to say right now. Having just found out that Geoff has passed I'm still in a state of shock. Geoff was one of the founding members of the Matthew Good Band, and, as far as I'm concerned, it was never quite the same without him."

Tiger Woods allegedly has completed his program at Gentle Path in Hattiesburg, Mississippi where he was treated for sex addiction. The golfer who is hit with multiple cheating scandal will be leaving the facility at the end of this week, picked up by his wife Elin Nordegren.

According to Radar Online, Elin has flown to Mississippi to accompany him upon the release. Last month, it was reported that the model has opted to save their marriage instead of going for divorce. She has even dismissed her divorce lawyer in order to give Tiger a second chance.
